C'est la deuxième fois que nous y passons 1 semaine et nous y retournerons. / This is the second time we have spent a week there and we will return.

Amazing holiday and resort been twice and happy both times, great friendly staff. Bar staff and cleaning staff top notch... juan at the front lobby was awesome and chatty.... helped us check out with bags etc .... Love weather and nice cocktails.

Overall a really nice resort. Staff great and food excellent. Did not like glass doors in bathroom towards room and difficult to use bat as very high to climb in Arismendy est un excellent host.. . .. ...... ... . .. .. . ..........................

Great entertainment here in Gran palladium punta cana this guys are the best dancer and the best with the service in a special Christopher we made the yoga with he and was Amazing Dominican is beautiful😻 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We have just been here for our honeymoon for 2 weeks and we have had the best time. All the staff have been friendly, there was a few that didn't know much English so they sort of stayed away from us due to the language barrier but that didn't bother...

We have just been here for our honeymoon for 2 weeks and we have had the best time. All the staff have been friendly, there was a few that didn't know much English so they sort of stayed away from us due to the language barrier but that didn't bother us. They upgraded our room for free because it was our honeymoon, the cleaners are on point. They cleaned our room every day and even brought fresh towels at night for us to use. We also used the room service which is an extra charge now but came in handy when we were shattered from trips or hungover 🤣. The place is huge, it's pretty impossible to get bored here. We would love to come back and bring our children as they would love it here too. We would like to put a special shoutout for Domingo, who has made the trip super special. He is super friendly and always singing and laughing every morning whilst serving us. He has had us belly laughing and give us recommendations for the restaurants on site. Don't get sucked into the travel care people, they say they give you a tour... they don't they try to sell you a timeshare so if that's not for you don't waste your time as we fell for it and it took 4 hours of our first day here away for us. We mentioned it to tui and they were super apologetic and said if we had asked them they would of told us stay away unless we want a timeshare. The tui rep Cely was brilliant and any issues we had were sorted ASAP through her, so if you do have any problems to go tui and they will get it sorted quicker than if you go reception. Food selection was spot on for us, we like to try everything and anything and there was also variety and the la carte's were lovely, steak houses were incredible. All in all 10/10 would recommend to any of our friends or family who want a full relaxation holiday with plenty to do.
