The place is wonderful. The ppl are great. Dont be entitled and remember the golden rule. Treat others like you want to be treated. I saw so many ppl treating the staff so rude and it was uncalled for just no home training at all. The food is made for...

The place is wonderful. The ppl are great. Dont be entitled and remember the golden rule. Treat others like you want to be treated. I saw so many ppl treating the staff so rude and it was uncalled for just no home training at all. The food is made for all old to young so dont expect no wow factor of flavors and seasoning because everyone cant handle that. They ask you up front at all restuarants if you have any alergies or dietary needs. If you want to experience the true flavors of Jamaica go off the resort to eat. I highly recommend it take a taxi. Hydro therapy and the massage was top notch as well. No problem with getting a seat at the beach. Did not hang out at the pool you can do that at home. Tip the staff. I brought ones to give out dont have to be like america tips just be smart. The room cleaner and person that stocks your fridge deserve something everyday. Especially if you want special request for your fridge leave tip in there with note and tip for room cleaner by name card. Take the good reviews over the bad ones but there are some truths to them. You have to experice the place yourself we all dont like the same things. I did not bring kids but they have daycare programming so you can have some alone time with you partner. Enjoy your trip!!
