The resort is huge and the wildlife is wonderful! Our favourite place was the secret pool, and Marcelino who worked the bar there during the day was such a lovely bloke, and he always kept the mezcal coming! Would return here in an instant

We had such a great time at Grand Palladium! A huge shoutout to Jovani and Isidro at the Sports Bar—they made our trip even better. From the moment we walked in, they were so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. It felt like they actually cared about making sure we were having a good time, not just doing their job. The service was amazing, our drinks were always spot on, and they always had a smile and a great attitude. It’s little things like this that make a vacation extra special. Thank you both—we’ll definitely be back!

My Wife and I had our honeymoon at the Yucaton Hotel and the first night we went to the Colonial resort for dinner. Mario was our server and he was fantastic. The food was amazing. It was definitely authentic mexican cuisine. 10/10 would recommend.

Our buttlers Erick and Diago were awesome and booked us everything from cab rides, dinners, brining ice to our rooms, just all around super. Fernando & Santiago were epic golf cart drivers that really provided excellent service taking us around the resort. Angeles & Viviana gave incredible deep tissue massages at the lovely spa. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Very poor room services, it took forever to fix our broken fridge , broken shower door and to replace our moldy chest in the room. People of Palladium club did not have Zumba and Dance classes available. Did not keep their promises to add a class during our stay. Very...

Loved the staff! Desi, Nestor and crew at the Pool Azul bar were so friendly and worked their tails off. Alexander and the crew at La Hacienda were wonderful at breakfast. We also liked Irma at the Colonial lobby bar. Nice pools, good food, great staff.

Having first visited in 2017 we were looking forward to our return visit Feb 2025, but so much has changed. You now have 2 classes, Premium and not Premium. If you are not Premium you are not allowed into the best restaurants and when you do pay the extra, you only get a limited menu. You are also not allowed into the better cabaret and you eat in the buffet restaurant, where the food is plentiful but not much variety for a 2 week stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pools areas are lovely (love fthe river running around the area) and the beach wonderful. Staff were wonderful with the exception of 1 member who didn't like not being tipped when we spent 70 dollars each for a spa day (not up to the standard of a uk spa). Had so been looking forward to our holiday, but won't go back. On a plus note the tour to Chichen Itza was good, but a long day (13 hours).
