Started out rough- we were put into a hotel room that didn’t seem clean and had an empty fridge. They promptly moved us and then there was a miscommunication about our luggage. It was a mistake and they recovered quickly and made sure we were taken care of- so even that ended up to be a positive. Food- lots of choices and had great meals at each restaurant. Definitely recommend the Bodega and the Peninsula. Staff- Absolutely amazing. Alejandro at the pool was AMAZING. He was so fun and took care of us each day! Also Antonio at the Peninsula bar was so nice and EXCELLENT. Those two definitely deserve a raise! Spa- went 3 times. I recommend the deep tissue massage and vitamin C facial Resort- it definitely can be a walk to the pool/restaurants/lobby depending on where they put you. Phase 3 is the farthest. They do have golf carts where staff can come pretty quick to pick you up if you need it. Excursions- Lilia in the lobby hooked us up with some of the best trips! Both ladies there were super helpful Tips- definitely bring a lot of small bills. We ran out and it was hard to get change Presentations- expect to have one

Victor is an amazing bartender. We had so much fun. Fantastic cocktails. The presentation was top notch h. Definitely visit the lobby bar at the Fiesta Americana in Cabo. We will be enjoying our week here and look forward to returning. Top notch.

One of the best vacations ever. Everyone was very friendly and service was over the top. Hats off to Emilio and Angel at the lobby bar . One in a million!. Great food and great drinks and smiling faces. Never been on vacation to a place that was so friendly

We have visited this resort 5 times over the last two years. While we have sworn off vacation clubs for over 35 years, we finally became members and thoroughly enjoy all this resort has to offer. Our salesman Bobby is the best! This is a well maintained property that they are continually updating and upgrading. I am a fairly picky traveler and I find myself very comfortable with the accommodations. The staff in all areas is exceptional as well. Our concierge Antonio goes above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with our room and makes sure all our needs are met. Jorge is also a great help throughout the check-in process and is always ready to assist us. The entertainment team is fantastic and does a great job providing fun activities to keep us on the move! Nicole is a darling and remembers us each time we come back to visit. She made sure to celebrate our anniversary as well as my son-in-laws birthday poolside and she leads a great water exercise class. All of the team is great and I’m sure I am spelling names wrong but Yair, Jacciel (baby face), Armando, Lorena and Leticia (?) all do such a great job running activities and keeping guests entertained. Also, if you have an opportunity to take a paddle yoga class with Alexandra, do it. She’s great. The wait staff in the restaurants and pool area is wonderful and attentive as well. Most recently we had Yami and Alejandro by the pool. They were always available to bring us food and beverages and went out of their way to be sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend a stay here if you are considering it! Also, it didn’t hurt that the whale activity was CRAZY!

Had so much fun with the activity team and the best waiter Rodrigo Ramirez! Awesome food and drinks! Top notch. We loved watching the whales all day. We also experienced the grand club which is an added perk. The staff is absolutely wonderful!
