After doing lots of research on Santorini, I decided to book the Grace Hotel. Every review website or YouTuber spoke so highly of this hotel, and I can honestly say it didn't disappoint. Yes, you pay a bit more than other hotels, however if you are looking for a romantic setting, exceptional views, world class service and a quiet ambience to let the days drift away on your private deck and pool, then this place is for you. It's a once in a lifetime hotel as is Santorini once in a lifetime island. So, pick the Grace Hotel and you will be assured of truly lasting memory. We can't wait to return....because the Grace is so good, Santorini it back on our bucket list. If you have mobility issues - i.e. can't comfortably climb up and down 100+ stairs then this is not the right location for you. The hotel has porters for your luggage, but you still need to walk up and down many stairs each day. You certainly come away with strong legs ;)

Lazy mornings with tasking-like menu paired with some bubbles, chilling by the infinity pool and enjoying spectacular view is exactly what we needed from Santorini!

Grace/Auberge Hotel Santorini is a special place…breathtaking views, lovely accommodations, gorgeous, sexy inifinity pool, good food with scenic overlook, and warm/attentive staff. The concierge staff was very helpful in arranging drivers, tours and dinner reservations. What a five-star experience!

We recently stayed for few days mini break at the beautiful island of Santorini. First and foremost I have to say how exquisite the customer service of this Hotel is. We had to postpone our original stay but have received nothing but support and appreciation of the situation. When we finally got there, the hospitality, the eye for little details and kind gestures, together with the breathtaking location of this beautiful hotel left us nothing short of admiration. From the first picture taken up on arrival, to the little sweet box in the room, the evening lavender bags, the five course breakfast menu and the everlasting smiles and kindness of all the people working there, everything felt genuine and was appreciated enormously. Over the years, my wife and I have been blessed to stay at many world-class 5 star, 50 best, Michelin key hotels. The Grace may have had the best customer service I've ever experienced. George and Sylvia at the pool were friendly, attentive, funny and absolute stars at making you feel special. The wine tasting with their sommelier was a highlight of our stay. He also created a fantastic wine pairing for us later in the trip at the delicious Varoulko based upon our favorites at the tasting (many thanks to the staff for our anniversary surprise). The Bartender at the 363 bar also amazed. We told him a story about a purple rum drink we had 6 years prior in NYC during our wedding weekend. He said he could do better. Within 10 minutes completely off menu he recreated a cherished memory of ours...and yes his was better. I haven't even gotten to the wonderful front of house staff, the rooms, the view, the pool or half day sunset cruise. What can I say? We were blown away by the Grace. If you are going to Santorini this is the place to go. Thank you to everyone there!
