Absolute luxury experience We had a fantastic time. The place is spotless and well maintained. The service was top tier everywhere from the pool servers, restaurant staff, housekeeping, and front desk. We had the best massages and spa time. Plan on enjoying all the complimentary spa features as well. You can use the spa facilities as of my writing with no spa service booked, even daily, but I’m glad we got to experience the Masseuse Beatriz. She was the best. It’s way in the middle of nowhere and I liked the peaceful quiet atmosphere. Security is top tier as celebrities are known to enjoy this location. Hike up to flat rock and look into the sea turtle nest hatching. ( ask about it with concierge) definitely wear flat shoes / flip flops for dinner ladies and bring a wrap for dinner. It was very windy so plan on having a light jacket for everyone. Food was incredible and loved the deep spa tub in our room overlooking the ocean. Definitely eat at the French and Greek restaurant if open. Limon was good too ( outside seating)

We just arrived back from spending 7 nights at this amazing resort with 2 other couples. We shared a 3 bedroom Oceanview Villa and it was perfect. From the food, to the service, to housekeeping, to golf, to Lucha Libre tacos, to the spa, to the gym, there’s not one thing that disappointed us. I want to recognize a few of our favorite people. Chef Maritza at CDB who cooked an amazing lunch out of the fish our husbands caught that morning- an absolute delicious feast! Julien at Milo for brunch took phenomenal care of our group, we missed him on our last morning! The bellman Mauricio was there to greet us and to send us off. He was so helpful, friendly and just an absolute peach! Meli at the ocean pool bar had our orders down and never let us go thirsty! Ana at the golf shop was so helpful and took care of ensuring that we had all the gear we needed- we were shopping there almost daily. Lastly, Jorge at the golf course took great care of our husbands during the multiple rounds of golf and ensured they had the best time. I don’t often write reviews, but I want others to experience what we just experienced. This is a resort that we will continue to visit. Thank you all for a memorable week!

Excellent Four Seasons experience

Wow! Four Seasons Los Cabos is pure perfection on the East Cape. My husband and I are so glad we selected this gorgeous resort to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We’ve travelled to many Four Seasons and can confidently say Los Cabos is top notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided unparalleled service. They went out of their way to make our anniversary feel truly special. The resort feels like a desert oasis on a pristine 2-mile white sand beach — which is very unique and special for Baja California!! The grounds were immaculate and the decor of the rooms were modern with a local flare. The resort is perfect for couples or families. We left our 3 year old daughter at home for this trip and can’t wait to bring her back with us when she turns 4 and can enjoy the Kids Club. Some of our highlights were: The gorgeous swimmable beach! I honestly can’t think of a better beach we’ve been to. The water is warm with very mild waves. You can safely and comfortably float in the water and walk in the sand (with no risk of tripping on rocks). Perfect for kiddos and adults alike. Beach service with Meli was fantastic — he really made our trip memorable! ¡Muchas gracias por todo, Meli! The food was out of this world. Our favorite restaurant was Limon in the lemon orchard. We also loved Milos for fresh fish and Mozza Baja for pasta. Again, the staff truly made our dining experience exceptional and special. We also LOVED the baby turtle release and our private fishing charter (we admittedly were unlucky with our fishing, but did get up close and personal with a pod of dolphins and had a fabulous morning). The Oasis spa was FANTASTIC. I booked a body scrub and 90 minute oasis massage — it was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The facility is gorgeous and I loved the sauna + cold plunge. I considered a plunge pool room but am so glad we had an ocean front executive suite instead. The views from the ocean front rooms are insane and offer more privacy, especially given we were in the ocean all day and wouldn’t have used a plunge pool much anyway. Thank you, Victor, for helping us find the perfect room for our stay. Your warm introduction to the resort was so appreciated! THANK YOU, FOUR SEASONS LOS CABOS!

Our stay at the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos was nothing short of magical. The location is a true paradise, with breathtaking views and serene surroundings. The service was impeccable, with every member of the staff—from the waiters to the administrative team, pool, and beach attendants—greeting us with a smile and an outstanding level of hospitality. The attention to detail was flawless, and it felt like no request was too big or too small. The resort’s pillows? Absolutely the best in the world! They made our nights even more comfortable and memorable. A special shoutout goes to Gilberto, the waiter at Estiatorio Milos during the dinner shift. His service added an extra touch of excellence to our dining experience. Our time at this resort will forever be etched in our memories, and we can confidently say that it’s impossible to ask for better service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an unforgettable luxury getaway!

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, done in a modern yet almost authentically Mexican style. We loved it and we were so grateful to be upgraded to a plunge pool room which we made good use of. As a couple, it was great to be able to escape to the adults only pool so we weren't surrounded by too many children during our stay. Similarly having the options to dine at Milos and Limon later on meant that by the time we arrived there were virtually no children around and the dining experiences felt really exclusive. Even down to the incredibly high quality olive oil carried in Milos. We were very impressed by the service teams and the chef. We must give a special shoutout to the Sommelier/Assistant Restaurant Manager in Milos who looked after us so well during our stay and gave a great tasting session on Mexican wines which we are now huge fans of. Our only critique is that the property is miles from Los Cabos town so once you are in the resort you are a little bit trapped without ending up with transfers that cost $200 each way. However, there is plenty to do on the property that this is not a huge problem. The experience of Costa Palmas is absolutely worthwhile!

My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons Costa Palmas for 3 nights in May. We won the stay in a silent auction at a charity event and had never been to the west coast of Mexico in the past. The total travel time coming from the east coast of the US was 14 hours each way for us, which would have been tough to do with our children for such a short stay. The resort itself is in a very secluded area 1.5 hrs away from the airport or 2 hrs away from any Cabo San Lucas activities. We had booked a sunset dinner cruise through Viator in Cabo San Lucas for one evening and spent $500 roundtrip to get to that, so I would definitely recommend researching more carefully where any excursions leave from. The room and grounds of the resort were stunning and all of the staff went above and beyond to help us. I can't say enough about the amazing service, especially upon check-in with Collins and at the adults' pool with Jose. Every single staff person we encountered at this resort was very helpful and kind. We did not try the spa services since we had such a short trip. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort if you're looking for a very serene and plush trip. I would not recommend if you want to venture outside of the resort a lot and explore Cabo San Lucas.

4.5 out of 5 almost there but not quite Really enjoyed our stay Rooms are great spacious amazing bathrooms Property is well laid out 10 to 15 minutes walks To restaurants beach and pools Food is very good a bit expensive with burgers at 37USD partially because of the exchange rate Service is good - Julian at breakfast - Paco at the pool service are the best in show The hotel is remote 1 hour ++ from La Paz or San Jose del Cabo - lots of construction going around, all though there is no noise it’s visible from many areas of the hotel. Beach it’s ok - I guess for Cabo is better than others.
