Wow! Unparalleled service and experiences at this wonderful property over the Xmas period. Despite some rainy days, the resort was absolutely beautiful and well maintained and the staff, exceptional. We didn't leave the resort the entire time because everything we needed was right here! From check in to check out, from breakfast to turn down, our stay was seamless. If there was one thing missing (and only one!) it was a library. Some days the rain kept us indoors for a few hours and access to books or board games would have been great but that's it...our villa was incredible, we had amazing spa treatments, enjoyed all pool areas with views and all food & beverage in all venues! Too many special mentions to make but here goes; pool staff - the best, restaurants staff - cannot do enough for you, housekeeping - thoughtful and thorough, buggy drivers - witty and prompt, front desk staff - helpful and generous, Vela bar staff - knowledgeable and attentive, management - always talking to guests and interested in your experience, Xmas Tree lighting experience and Santa's arrival - innovative, joyful and generous, cultural experiences - beautiful and interesting. The resort property is older style but in well maintained condition and Villa 104 had was just perfect for us. 5 stars goes to the Pastry Room which really was a highlight every single day! Special thanks to Subi, Nata, Jastin, Rey, Oce, Budi, Yudi and brilliant front desk staff. We observed some entitled guests behaving poorly towards staff at times and never once did the staff react to the embarrassing demanding behaviour of a small number of guests, the staff simply tried harder and that is a credit to them individually and to their training. Thank you Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay for such an amazing stay, we loved every second of it!! Kathryn & Craig Stokes

First our review is from an off season time so we cannot relate when the Four Season Jimbaran is in high season. Our 4 night stay was excellent. We combined this with a 3 night stay at the Four Seasons Sayan (reviewed seperately). The staff was exceptional. The king bedroom villa was very nice with the infinity plunge pool view of the Jimbaran Bay. The breakfast buffet provided a south East Asian smorgasbord with western dishes. Many items varied each day (turns out they had a 3 day variable menu). While the villas did not have direct access to a beach, main pool overlooked the bay and the Sudara beach club had direct access to the beach. Sundara is part of the resort and can be reached by buggy or walking. Our favorite restaurant was Jala (Balinese cooking). The menu provide many Balinese dishes combined with great service. I would also recommend the Java Cooking academy. You do not need to be a cooking expert to enjoy the experience. For a stress free getaway this provided everything we were looking for.

One of the very best hotels we've stayed at in Asia. Beautifully laid out and maintained throughout in a cluster of small "villages". Villa very pleasant, spacious inside and with its own thatched seating area outside which offered views over the sea. But....whilst the plunge pool is excellent in the heat, the water is so still that the edge cannot be easy distinguished, especially in the dark or with children. (I had a near miss) It needs clear demarcation between the decking and the water. The entire staff were excellent, attentive & caring without being obsequious. Each bade a courteous greeting whenever they saw a guest. Make time to stroll round the grounds, they are quite extensive and carefully manicured. Just take note of how to get back! The food was excellent as was the service. If you are visiting Bali, make this a "must go to" hotel. (plus it's convenient for the airport after a long flight)

My wife and I had the most amazing experience during our stay. Our suite was absolutely amazing in design, decor and upkeep by our two room attendants. We had an amazing private outdoor shower that was so connected with nature. We have missed that experience from the moment we checked out. All of the food was absolutely delicious and the floating breakfast was an experience that we will never forget. General Manager Randy introduced himself to my wife and I during a breakfast encounter and it is easy to see why this resort is top notch from top to bottom. Randy and his entire team is absolutely top notch and we will return ASAP!

We stayed here during our honeymoon and wouldn’t have done it any other way. Our villa was secluded and private- we really appreciated the outdoor shower and space to relax outside. The resort’s pools, spa, gym, and landscaping were unsurprisingly perfectly kept. We ate at the resort’s restaurant a few times and always enjoyed our meals but I have to say, our favorite part of every day was the breakfast. It was absolutely phenomenal and should not be missed. The service was also excellent and the staff did everything they could to make sure our needs were always met.

Remarkable resort and villas
Remarkable experience. Everything was perfect: rooms, installations, restaurants, service, spa, gym, pools. The villas have their own pool and are an absolute marvel, specially so those with ocean view. The entire resort feels like a blast from a romantic past. Spectacular views of Jimbaran Bay. Would come again.
A Little Bit of Paradise!!!

Coming to Bali, we weren’t looking for just another contemporary resort that could be anywhere in the world; we wanted something authentic, something truly “Bali”—and that’s exactly what Four Seasons delivers. Laid out like a traditional Balinese village, this villas-only resort is designed and decorated in an authentic style. Our ocean-view villa was so spacious, with both an indoor and a wonderful private outdoor shower (we never used the indoor one!), and an oversized plunge pool, which we used every day. We also enjoyed walking through the 'village' rather than calling for a golf cart. The staff were excellent and their passion for what they do really shines through. As for food and drinks—this is the place to be! From the charming Telu bar, which has its own Arak (you have to try it) cellar, to the incredible Jala Restaurant, where the menu is inspired by the ocean and sourced from local fish markets (you can even join the culinary team to see how your dish is prepared!). The restaurant also doubles as a cooking school, offering classes to discover local techniques using organic Indonesian ingredients. And the breakfast? OMG—culinary heaven in an open-air pavilion! There’s even a separate building just for pastries and desserts (walking there burns calories, so don't worry! hahaha). The resort has a very nice large main infinity pool, however, we never used it. Instead, we preferred morning swims in our private pool or the waterfall pool, followed by time at the huge oceanfront pool (or in the ocean, of course) at the Sundara Beach Club. They have great lunch and cocktail options there, too. There wasn’t anything we didn’t love. Yes, as some may point out, you can see the airport in the distance, but you can’t hear it! And think about this: at night, instead of looking into a dark void, you see shimmering lights in the distance. For us, that was a big plus! You guessed it—highly recommended! We truly miss it....

The Four Seasons at Jimbaran is absolutely breathtaking. The property landscaping is absolutely stunning. Extremely professional and polite staff and their breakfast buffet keeps you full until dinner time. Also, Sundara beach club Sunday brunch is a unique way to indulge in exquisite foods before relaxing by their infinity pool.
