We were treated like royalty at this hotel. Cannot recommend it enough. It is an absolutely beautiful location and the hospitality and service were above and beyond our expectations. Would love to return in the future and stay longer. Bowie in the breakfast restaurant was our special waitstaff.

The Four Seasons Bangkok is truly an oasis amid the vibrant chaos of the city. The rooms are stunning, featuring a perfect layout that offers ample spaces to relax and soak in the breathtaking views of the Chao Phraya River. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and the variety of dining options is impressive, complemented by attentive service throughout the premises. Communication via WhatsApp was easy and responsive. However, the spa experience left much to be desired. I had a fantastic 90-minute treatment on my first day, which gave me high hope for another 60-minute session on the day of checkout. Unfortunately, the second visit was disappointing. The massage felt rushed, with quick strokes and an uncomfortable chill from the therapist’s cold hands throughout the treatment. This was unexpected for a hotel of such high caliber. When I provided feedback, there seemed to be little effort to address my concerns.

We stayed for one night after arriving from Ko Lanta and before flying home to UK at the end of our two week holiday arranged by Trailfinders. Our Deluxe Courtyard room was in perfect condition and we greatly enjoyed the comfort and extensive amenities. All the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. The breakfast choice was extensive and high quality, do try the recommendations of the staff. We also enjoyed lunch by the pool on two days which again was excellent. As we had a late evening flight, after 12pm check out we enjoyed the pool facilities. We would certainly return.

This hotel is exceptional in every conceivable way. The staff is among the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Including far more expensive hotels. The wow factor began immediately as we entered when the staff lined up like we were royalty, with warm greetings and those famous Thai smiles. We were then met by our personal concierge and whisked through the stunning lobby that looks more like the marriage of a chic art gallery blended with a botanical garden, fitted with massive water features everywhere and views extending to the vibrant river. We were taken immediately to our room and actually initiated the check-in process there with a lovely lady that scheduled our every request right on the spot. The waterfront restaurant was terrific (get the wagyu skewers!) and a beautiful way to spend time in Bangkok. The onsite BKK Social deserves its own review. There is a reason it’s one of the top cocktail bars in the world, just brilliant along with its fantastic manager, Ferdia. I could have spent every night there! The room….i don’t even know where to begin! The designer of this room needs to come to our home. The textures, colors, uplit statuary, mood lighting, and modern control system are exquisite. And I highly recommend a full water view room. It is incredible to enjoy the sunset over the bustling river and Bangkok skyline from your sitting room or bed. And should you need a private driver there executive BMW sedans are state-of-the-art with lovely drivers. Oh and as if it wasn’t already perfect enough, they offer a private yacht transfer to/from the Icon Siam, just 10 minutes up the river, which proved to be dangerous! Ha In short this hotel alone will make you want to return to Bangkok!

Excellent Hotel for Krungsri Private Banking!

The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River left quite an impression on us that we only have superlatives to describe it! The amazing staff were all so polite and welcoming! Even upon booking this stay, they reached out to us countless times to make sure our requests were fulfilled and our visit was. . . perfect! Their rooms are very nicely appointed, spotless and serene. Bathroom is beautiful and stocked with all the amenities. There is even a gallery (in collaboration with the Museum of Contemporary Art in Bangkok) with rotating artwork that changes often, as well as pieces featured throughout the entire hotel. The architecture here works exquisitely in showcasing all the fine art in this stunning hotel. Whether the weather is ideal or not, this is the kind of resort you'd be delighted to be staying at with several restaurants, two bars, a gallery, three pools, a wellness center and a fully equipped gym, and sumptuous books in the guest rooms (I mean how can you be bored?!) And the breakfast buffet at Riva del Fiume overlooking the pool area has to be one of the best in all of Bangkok! What a selection! Now, how is this for service! Since we had a very early morning flight, the front desk offered to pack us an elaborate breakfast to take with us as the hotel limo drove us to the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, Pare (of the Four Seasons guest svcs) greeted us so graciously and personally whisked us through check-in at the JAL counter, making the process so effortless and easy. What an amazing experience we had at the Four Seasons!

Nice hotel at the Chao Praya River but too anonymous to offer a 5 star service like other Four Seasons Hotels. We arrived late on New Year’s Eve and were not allowed to watch the fireworks at the river promenade because we didn’t pay 600 euros per person for a new years dinner. Next afternoon we wanted to go to the swimming pool but we were number 11 in the waiting list for sun beds. If I pay 1.600 euros per night I think I should have the right to watch the fireworks and I should also have a sun bed at the pool area. In total it‘s not worth the money

My husband and I just spent four nights at this wonderful hotel. It was almost perfect from start to finish. It’s a magnificent property with a staff that goes above and beyond that of any hotel anywhere we have stayed. Every inch of the hotel is designed with beautifulart work, sculptures, and flowers. The pool and restaurants are all perfectl. The only design flaws were in the guest rooms where the lighting was very dim,.even in the bathroom! I would like to commend the entire staff but especially Killian the guest relations manager who seemed to be everywhere and was a delight talk to, the bar manager whose name I’m sorry I can’t remember, and Bowie the server in the breakfast restaurant. They all made our stay very special.

Not a single US news channel such as CNN! Have to get my news of the day from Al Jazeera, CCTV, France 24, Or Russia Today??? No good movies channels. Guess they don’t want you to stay in your room to relax. Otherwise the rest of the property is fine.

We have just spent four wonderful nights at this outstanding hotel. It’s almost too difficult to put into words adequately how impressed we were with our stay. The premium view room was so very comfortable, the food in the breakfast room delicious, our evening meals in the lounge and in the Italian restaurant first class. Then, the Social Bar well words fail. The staff were very nice indeed knowledgeable and friendly. We just loved working our way through the cocktail menu with the help of the bartenders. Whilst all of the staff we met at the hotel were genuinely lovely friendly and caring, special mention to Areewan in the lounge restaurant with whom we really enjoyed chatting. She’s a great brand ambassador for the company. Sincere thanks for a first class experience.

My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River was simply magnifico! From the moment I arrive, I feel like I am in a dream. The staff, they treat me like family — molto gentile, always with the big smile. The room, mamma mia, so elegant, so comfortable, with the view of the river that make my heart sing! The breakfast — incredibile! Fresh fruits, delicious pastries, cappuccino like in Italy (maybe even better, don’t tell my mamma!). And the swimming pool, che bellezza! Infinity style, with the sun shining, it was like being in paradise. Every little detail, from the design to the service, shows the passion and the love they put into this hotel. I travel a lot, but this experience stays in my heart. I cannot wait to come back again — and next time, I stay even longer! Grazie mille Four Seasons Bangkok — you make my holiday indimenticabile!

Located on the Chao Phraya River. It is truly Magnificent! It is the best Four Seasons city hotel we have ever stayed in. The accommodations are gorgeous, the service is impeccable, and the restaurants décor is stunning. The flowers and water features throughout the hotel are gorgeous. There is a central courtyard evoking the rice fields of Thailand. It is a riverside sanctuary in the wonderful city of Bangkok. Before my arrival I communicated with the fabulous concierge staff who replied quickly and in great detail to book restaurants and tours. They offer very reasonable tours of Bangkok. We loved the The Grand Temple Tour that included The Grand Palace, Emerald Buddha, Reclining Buddha, Temple of Dawn and we added a stop to the flower market which was so interesting. The company they use has the most luxurious vans we have ever seen. We also enjoyed the 2 hour longboat tour along the Chao Phraya River to the neighborhood of Thonburi to admire its traditional teak houses built on stilts and watch the locals go about their lives before stopping at Wat Arun for unique views of Bangkok. We had a leisurely breakfast every morning on the river. There is a delicious buffet and also you can order a la carte. My husband said it was the best croissants he very tasted. Their pastry chef is very talented. We stayed in a Four Seasons Executive Suite with breathtaking views on the river. The furnishings, bathroom, linens and bedding are all of the highest quality. The suite was stunning! Housekeeping staff was fantastic. They cleaned our suite to perfection 2x a day. Thank you for your wonderful service. We are so appreciative. It would be worth your while to spend an extra day at the hotel just to go to their fabulous Spa. We booked 3.5 hours of treatments called “ Local Tradition” in their VIP suite -that included foot ritual, scrub, mask, head massage and wrap followed by time in a Jacuzzi to rinse off and concluded with a Herbal Massage and Signature Thai Facial. It was absolutely fabulous and the best spa experience we have ever had in any spa all over the world. It was surely a highlight! Be sure to book in advance as the Spa is very popular. All the dining venues at the hotel have excellent food and the decor is gorgeous. We ate at the hotel Italian Restaurant, the Chinese Restaurant, Thai Restaurant and Lobby Lounge (for the best Wagu Cheeseburger you will ever have!- The burger is also available at the pools.) We ate at the Italian Restaurant a few times during our 7 nights and adored the Manager Sofia. She was so attentive to us. Don’t miss the BKK Social Club for delicious drinks and snacks. It was rated one of the top bars in the world. There is a complimentary hotel water taxi stand right on the property and be sure to go the fantastic ICONSIAM mall and have lunch at the wonderful food court. Pools and loungers on river are wonderful with great service by the pool attendants. We had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager- Lubosh. A hotel as fabulous as the Four Seasons Bangkok does not happen without his leadership and his commitment to excellence is obvious throughout the hotel. He is so engaging, charming and always present and we loved talking with him. Thank you Lubosh for making our stay so special and being so amazing and to us! We also enjoyed talking with Betty- Director of Marketing. She is a pure delight! There is a reason the Four Seasons Bangkok has received so many hospitality awards including two Michelin keys as one of the first hotels in Thailand to receive this prestigious recognition. The Michelin keys celebrate hotels that excel in five areas: architecture and interior design, quality and consistency of service, overall personality and character, value for the price, and their significant contribution to the guest experience. This acknowledgement underscores the commitment of Four Seasons Bangkok to delivering unparalleled luxury and exceptional service. Also it was named to World’s Best Hotels, and awards from hospitality magazines including Travel & Leisure, Conde Nast and Departures naming it one of the most astounding Hotel Openings in the World. Staying at the Four Seasons Bangkok is not just a hotel. It was a wonderful experience! We can’t wait to come back! Also Bangkok is now rated as one of the best cities to visit in the world. I want to thank the staff that made our stay so special: Concierges: Korn, Mr. Big, Peter and Pump – all of you were the BEST! You can easily communicate with them at the hotel on the Four Seasons App. Reception: Eve, and Yayee Brought us to our Suite: Tawan and explained everything in detail. We loved every moment of our stay at the Four Seasons Bangkok. I booked through my Amex Platinum card, and our rate came with a room upgrade, buffet breakfast & $100 credit to be used at the hotel. The property was beautiful, the rooms were luxurious, Byredo products, and the breakfast buffet was stunning. We arrived late on our first night and went to their French restaurant, Palmier, for dinner. The oysters and Champagne were a nice way to start our stay. We went to their bar, BKK Social, three times and loved the bartenders and their creative cocktails. We spent a few days at the pool, having lunch and drinks poolside. The only thing I didn't care for was the bathroom set-up. The bathroom is essentially a pod with wrap-around doors. The double sinks, bathtub, shower, and toilet are all visible when you enter and are in the room. The toilet has a glass door, so there is absolutely no privacy. You have to shut the entire pod with sliding doors to have privacy.... or at least I do. I didn't feel comfortable going to the "bathroom" when my boyfriend was relaxing in the room, as he could see and hear what was going on. This may not bother some people, but it's of note. It wouldn't stop me from returning, but some ladies might be interested in this small detail.

Four Seasons Bangkok is absolutely stunning. The setting along the Chao Phraya River is spectacular and gives the entire property a serene, resort-like feel, despite being right in the heart of the city. The pool area in particular is a highlight, beautifully designed, expansive, and directly overlooking the river, it truly feels like an escape from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Service throughout our stay was excellent, warm, polished, and attentive in true Four Seasons fashion. The rooms are massive, sleek, and extremely comfortable, though they lean heavily into modern design. If you’re looking for traditional Thai touches or decor, this property might not be your ideal fit, it’s very contemporary and cosmopolitan. That said, everything is thoughtfully done, from the art-filled public spaces to the elegant dining options. While it may not have the classic Thai ambiance some travelers seek, it more than makes up for it with impeccable service, world-class facilities, and one of the most impressive urban resort settings we’ve experienced. Highly recommended.
