Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun

We have just returned home from our 12 night honeymoon and we had the best time! Everything (staff, food, drinks, clenliness, room, entertainment) was absolutely amazing! I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Fiesta Americana provided a relaxing experience. We planned our getaway weekend with a few days in advance and had no regrets of the experience we had. We also got to celebrate our anniversary, and they celebrated us (See picture)! So, if you visit for a special occasion, make sure to share it with FA. FA provides an array of variety of foods (Argentinian, Italia, Thai, Ceviche, buffet options -- among others), a spa (great service), an indoor and outdoor gym (jungle gym included), pools, access to a beautiful beach, and a family environment.

Excellent service! Very friendly and attentive staff. Eladio and Henry Soza at the buffet are awesome! Beach is beautiful! FYI - the restaurant offer limited choices included with the all inclusive rates. Las Mexicanas entertainment was also excellent

Spent my honeymoon here and we had an AMAZING time. The staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean, and the beaches were taken care of. Food was good and the waitstaff even better. Eladio always greeted us and even remembered our names. We will be coming back.

Food is really good and high quality. Hotel is really nice and the pool as well. Most of the staff members are also very polite and friendly. But house keeping is the worst we ever had in a hotel. Everyday some of the towels in the room are missing. Sometimes the minibar is not properly refilled. We have complained 2 days in a row about house keeping (up to now) at the reception. Yesterday we had 2 towels instead of 4 in our room after house keeping was there, reception noted it, and we got only one delivered instead of two. Today we had only 1 towel after house keeping was there, minibar was not filled, used vanity kit was not replaced, carpets which are usually next to the bed in our room were missing. Therefore we noted everything down on a paper, got only towels and minibar refilled. House keeping is everyday bad and even if you ask reception you only get parts of the missing stuff and this happened multiple days. (Nothing is about extras, only things part of this room) Really bad for a 4 star hotel. Room number 153
