Jesse served us some fabulous Virgin Coladas at Bask Beach Club which is part of The Fairmont and definitely worth a visit . I also recommend the Poke Bowls and the beach beds are fabulous . It’s a very relaxing experience and the team are great here . Enjoy 😀

My husband and I chose Fairmont The Palm for our honeymoon, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely fabulous, setting the tone for a memorable stay. We opted for the half-board package, and given my severe nut allergy, travel can sometimes be nerve-wracking. However, the staff at Fairmont took my allergy seriously and went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort. Chef Siddhant and Harsha's service was exceptional. They personally came to our table upon arrival and would ask about my meal preferences. They then made sure to prepare delicious meals for me, including Eggs Royale at breakfast and grilled fish, steak, and pasta, all cooked in a separate allergen-free kitchen. The attention to detail in preventing cross-contamination, particularly in the buffet restaurant, was second to none. I have never experienced such thoughtful care in a hotel setting, and I truly appreciate all the chefs, especially Siddhant and Harsha, for their efforts. I wish I could remember everyones names, even though I didn't eat from the buffet the chefs behind the counters were so lovely and the restaurant hostesses also. Another highlight of our stay was the pool bar, where Sajith deserves a special mention. His service was always with a smile, and he was such a joy to chat with. We first met Sajith in the hotel's vegetable patch, which was a lovely touch. He took the time to tell us about the hotel's offerings and the pool area, and his enthusiasm made our experience even more enjoyable. Sajith and his team work incredibly hard, and we spent many relaxing moments at the pool, thanks to their excellent service. Our experience at the Brazilian steakhouse was another standout. Chef Manish took the time to ensure that my allergy was considered, and instead of serving myself from the salad buffet, he prepared separate allergen-free side dishes and cuts of meat just for me. They were delicious, and we had an amazing evening at the restaurant. Once again, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making it a fantastic dining experience. In Boldly Asian's bar, we had after-dinner drinks on a couple of occasions, and Bikash (Roy) deserves a mention for his exceptional cocktail-making skills. He showed a real passion for his craft and was a lovely person to converse with, always going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. We chose Fairmont The Palm for its prime location on 'the trunk' of the Palm Jumeirah, which allowed us easy access to downtown Dubai and the Marina while still enjoying the more peaceful and relaxed atmosphere of the Palm. We felt truly looked after throughout our stay, so much so that we extended our time there! I’m curious whether the allergy policy and training offered to staff is the same across all Fairmont properties around the world because after this experience, I will definitely be considering other Fairmont locations for future stays. Once again, thank you to everyone at Fairmont The Palm for making our honeymoon unforgettable. We hope the staff members mentioned here receive the recognition they truly deserve – they are an absolute asset to the hotel. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is our second visit to Dubai staying at the Fairmont The Palm. This time we decided to experience the Fairmont Gold and it was a wonderful stay. The food and ambience in the lounge were first class. The staff in the lounge were so professional, very attentive, friendly and made us feel so welcome. Myint and Roju were so lovely, Amzad, Gilbert, Sufian, Achis, Khai and Jai Cee and others were fabulous. The service was outstanding. They were true ambassadors for the Fairmont Hotel Group. This is our 3rd visit to The Fairmont and yet again the staff exceeded themselves , every member was so helpful kind and friendly , especially those who looked after us in the gold room, Amzad, Khai, Gilbert .Aashish and JC and myint! my only complaint is not enough sun in the adults only pool area , so if you want to sit here , it’s a stress and rush to get good lounger , lots of palm trees , whilst I understand the need for this in high summer November to April it’s annoying as weather so glorious . Food in restaurants was ok , buffet was same food every day , ok for lunch though , not sure if we will return again , as much as we loved beach it was nice to sit by pool, hard to get good loungers in sun, management might want to consider having pool towels by bar area as if you wanted a dry towel you had to walk to main area .

My husband and I have just returned from the Fairmont hotel on the Palm Dubai and we have had a wonderful time.From the moment we entered the hotel we had a very warm welcome from the concierge and the reception staff. We were then taken to the Club Lounge which is delightful, it has splendid views and large balcony where we enjoyed canapés and drinks from 5/7 all the team in there are really helpful and courteous. All the restaurants we visited were really good and again with superb service.Bedrooms are spacious with an en-suite bathroom and a walk in shower. I would just like to mention a few people who really made our holiday so memorable and a big thank you to each and everyone of you. Amzad,Khai, Rojo, Jeecee, Gilbert,Ashish,Myint. Hope to see you all again very soon.

Had a lovely 8 days at the Fairmont. Alcohol very expensive. We had a pint of Guinness and a peroni which was £32. No wonder the bar was empty. Disappointed as when I returned home I received an email to say I'd left a pair of sunglasses. Most hotels would post out to you. Fairmont wanted me to pay postage which I thought was a bit much considering how much we paid for the holiday. The hotel was lovely but this just left a sour taste.

We stayed here for 5 nights from the 14th March - Couldn`t fault the hotel for anything. Everyone we met was very polite and professional. We spent sometime at the beach club across the road and service was very good. We used the mini bar to keep our drinks cold and they gave us 5 bottles of water a day. There is a supermarket across the road which was a 5 min walk around and was the same price as Waitrose. We had the half board package but be aware there is a supplement to eat at Little Miss India and also the Asian(I think this should be included as you can only choose from the HB menu unless you wish to pay more). They have happy hour but only for certain drinks. This was a great location to get around and we used the Careem App but found if you just used a Hala Taxi without the app this was cheaper. We would return to this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont The Palm – it truly deserves five stars. The location is perfect, right on the Palm with lovely views and easy access to all the hotspots. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and has a relaxed luxury vibe throughout. What really makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff. They go above and beyond to make your stay special. A big shoutout to our favourite restaurant and bar – Bold Asian. I honestly want to bottle it up and bring it back to the UK! Winnie and Roy are absolute stars and make the whole experience outstanding. The Fairmont Gold Lounge was another highlight – a calm, quiet escape from the buzz of Dubai. Afternoon tea is a treat, and the complimentary drinks and nibbles between 5 and 7 every day are a lovely touch. Jai and the team really know how to look after you and make you feel genuinely welcome. Even Jamga, who kept our room immaculate, went out of her way and offered to get us an extra day bed for our terrace – just one example of the thoughtful service throughout. Couldn’t recommend it more – we’ll definitely be back!

I’ve stayed at Fairmont the Palm many times over the past few years. I’ve been lucky enough to have Raghu service my room on the last two occasions. I was so happy when I saw him outside my room on the first day this visit. I knew that everything in the room would be perfect. He anticipates your needs and gets to know how you like things in the room. He gets to know the time you go for breakfast and pops in to make up the room while you’re out. It’s so nice to return from breakfast to a nice fresh room. I will return to the Fairmont soon I hope and nothing would be better than having Raghu as the room attendant. Thank you Raghu

The hotel is huge and well maintained. Despite having a complimentary stay, the staffs provided excellent service. Didn't expect the balcony to be big. Selection in the breakfast is OK. Special thanks to Jennelyn for assisting with professionalism from the check in til check out.
