Electra Palace Athens

Everything was the best!!!!! The spa manager Irene was very kind and helpfull, and we had the best massage with Irene and Labrini!!!! The hotel was also very clean, very kind people!!!!! We will visit again the hotel!!!...................

We stayed for one night pre-cruise. This hotel is is in a stunning location, very central on foot to so many of the sights of Athens. All the staff we encountered were very professional, courteous and willing to assist or help at all times. The views from the top floor restaurant/bar/breakfast room are stunning and it all appears quite modern compared to the bedrooms. The quality of the buffet breakfast was excellent as was the service. As part of our cruise package we only booked a standard grade room - we didn't spend hardly anytime in the room so we were fine with it. It was very small and well appointed but when we return to Athens we would upgrade to a higher grade. The view from the french balcony was terrible! I would certainly recommend the Electra Palace - location and service really are 5*

Wow! What a view! The hotel is insanely beautiful and right near the Plaka shopping street. The staff is very friendly and they kindly upgraded us to a view with the Acropolis. Wow! just wow! We enjoyed the rooftop bar with incredible cocktails and again- an insane view. Breakfast was also served on the rooftop and honestly one of the best buffet breakfasts we had the entire trip. The orange juice was incredible as was all the food. A very convenient location to all tourist site with the Acropolis side entrance about a 15min walk and shopping less then 5mins away. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We wish we had more time at this beautiful hotel!

We arrived fairly early in the morning for a 3 night stay so it was not surprising that we had a bit of a delay before the room was ready. It was worth the wait, spotless, with a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table and a view of the Acropolis and Parthenon. We dined in the first night and had a splendid view of the Acropolis and Parthenon whilst enjoying our meal and a glass or two of wine. All staff with which we had contact were friendly and helpful with the exception of the young lady who checked guests in for breakfast each morning who was a bit of a misery. By way of contrast checking out was delightful with they lady receptionist teasing me about my late afternoon small beer each day! A very enjoyable stay.

Well maintained hotel with good service and a helpful staff (especially Sophia). We had two stays at the hotel, in October and again in November. The view on our first stay was unremarkable but the room was larger and more comfortable while the second visit provided a good view of the Acropolis but a more basic room. Breakfast on the 8th floor was the best we had in four week of travel in Greece, along with a great view. Location is central with everything you could want or need a short walk away.

Stayed at the Electra Palace for 2 nights before heading to the islands and 1 night before we flew home. The rooms were fantastic and the beds were sooo comfy. The pillows were the best. The hotel was central and close to everything eg the Acropolis and many different restaurants....

The hotel was central and close to everything eg the Acropolis and many different restaurants. The staff were friendly and were great at recommending where to go and where to eat. The pool was great and the view amazing. Had dinner one night in the restaurant which was very nice. Definitely recommend and I would stay again.

Beautifully appointed, the most helpful staff ever. SoHo Restaurant is also a must. Just a great place to stay, close to Acropolis - excellent view from rooftop garden/bar/restaurant. Pool area also has an excellent view of the Acropolis. Everyone, starting with welcome staff to checkout are just the best.

Great view of the acropolis from the breakfast room. Great location to the Placa area especially. Convenient to the changing of the guard and some museums. We enjoyed a terrific breakfast each day and the service in the hotel was great. Perfect place to stay umho

This hotel was so luxurious plus conveniently located. It was up the street from Plaka and a 15 minute walk to the acropolis. The complementary breakfast was delicious and it was served on the roof top resturant. We had drinks there at night too.

We walked to everything we want to do and see .
