I have just returned from a superb stay at this wonderful hotel. Truly a 5 star hotel with old school high standards of 5 star service of a by gone era. The facilities are excellent with something for all tastes and all areas including my bedroom spotlessly clean and shiny! Congratulations to the housekeeping team. The staff are incredible and genuinely nothing is too much trouble. All suggested restaurants were amazing and authentic in the city. One of the most impressive memories will be one of the concierge’s wishing my husband a happy birthday which was completely unprompted other than when I made my reservation. The tradition of The Ritz is still alive at this hotel. look forward to returning

We own & manage a resort and thus are rather particular when we are on the guest side of things but found absolutely nothing to fault during our stay. I commend the staff on their hard work and lovely spirit. .

Simply an amazing experience at the Palace. My wife and I have travelled all over the world and it’s hard to find better service than here. Not to mention the hotel is gorgeous. We loved our room and for the price it’s hard to beat going anywhere else.

We stayed recently for 9 nights and had a very positive and delightful experience. The team was professional, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. So many great touch points during our stay. The room was comfy and super tidy and had amenities we wished we knew beforehand, like umbrellas, daily bottled water, a universal power adapter etc. That bathroom shower was just awesome, really great pressure and wide showerhead. It was a really great stay, good natural lighting, consistent even climate controlled room. We got to watch a concert during tea time, and that was pretty great too, the acoustics in the tea room were fantastic! Great location. We felt very safe around the neighborhood. Great food options nearby, and very close to lots of shopping as well. Thank you Sergi, Christian and the entire staff at El Palace Barcelona for a fantastic memorable stay! We hope to be back with the kids next time soon!

I really like the staff at this luxury hotel—slightly old-fashioned, but the only one in Barcelona that offers such vast spaces. It certainly retains much of its “Ritz spirit.” However, as I was leaving, I passed by a young recruit standing at his post in front of the hotel, hands in his jacket pockets, gazing rather intently at a woman walking by. El Palace Barcelona is an excellent hotel. Great location to most Barcelona attractions. Amazing breakfast! Super comfy room, with all the amenities you could ever want. Very nice staff. What else can we say- we would go back “in a heartbeat “. 😊
