Quick service better elsewhere
I went to the quick service eatery, one of us got the buffalo chicken sandwich and the other a chicken and rice bowl. The price was about 2 dollars more than other quick service and although OK we were both underwhelmed and will not return. The sides of French fries...

TL;DR - We loved it! This is where we will be staying from now on.
I didn't think we would ever find the right fit for us at Disney World. We finally found it, and it's not even a deluxe resort. Which is difficult to believe because the service & amenities at club level well exceeded our expectations.
The Gran Destino Tower is located at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. It still feels new even though it has been open since 2019. We loved everything about it. It's fresh & modern. The décor is absolutely beautiful! I could have spent all day taking pictures around this building, but we just wanted to relax and enjoy our stay.
The service starts before you leave your home. Disney Signature Services calls to ask if you have any allergies, questions, or concerns. This is when we found out that the Chronos Club would be available to us even before being assigned a room. It opens at 6:30am for coffee. They start serving a hot buffet breakfast at 7:00am. What is cool is that the Barcelona Lounge in the lower lobby also opens for breakfast at 6:30. There are options before you even get on that bus to leave for your theme park destination.
The bus is the only complimentary transportation at this resort. If that's a problem for you, then you may want a resort that's closer to the theme park or that has access to the Skyliner/Monorail. We've stayed at Disney's Riviera and the Contemporary resorts in the past. It's nice to have that 2nd option. At the same time, we've never had an issue with their bus transportation. We used Bus Stop 1 the entire time. There are 4 stops at this resort, but our stop always seemed to be the last stop before going to the park.
We received a notification that our room (9565) was ready at around 2pm (automated check-in). We originally were thinking it would be the 9th floor because they do have club level rooms on floors other than the 15th. But then, the app showed that the room was on the 15th floor. It's kind of a strange room number system. We walked all the way down the hall and immediately recognized the Magic Kingdom off in the distance through the hallway window. The MagicBand was our room key. All went well unlocking the door. The room was spacious and clean. It was the perfect size for 2 people. The couch was extremely comfy for a hotel. It had everything that we needed. There was even a great view to watch the fireworks from EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.
I think the most relaxing part of our stay was the Chronos Club. We checked in at the concierge desk immediately upon entering. The level of service here is fantastic! We were offered a seasonal drink from a list of 3. The Sugar Plum Punch was very good. The lounge is decorated so beautifully. There is Christmas music in Spanish, and lots of game boards for kids and adults. The view of Hollywood Studios was even closer at this part of the hotel. I can see why people head over here and the Dahlia Lounge to view them. I think the best buffet times were breakfast and dessert. They start serving bite sized desserts at 8:00pm. They were actually good quality type desserts such as Horchata Cheesecake and Lemon Olive Oil Cake. I was thankful that they immediately offered me a box to take what I wanted back to my room. What I liked best was that you could grab & go any of the items. They even had snacks such as KIND bars and veggies that you could take to the park. The bottled water and canned sodas were always available.
I could go on & on. It's really true what they say about the Gran Destino Tower. It's a moderately priced resort with a deluxe feel. The club access makes it pricier, but it's still less than if you were to stay at a deluxe resort. Some deluxe resorts at Disney World don't even have club access. Honestly, I think even a non-club room in the tower would be great. You have access to everything at Coronado Springs.
We will return! There's so much to see, and I feel like I didn't get a chance to really walk around to enjoy the outdoor scenery at the resort. It will be a longer stay next time.

Disney experience, similar to a time share
Decent Disney money saving experience and accessible via bus to Disney's Parks, Disney Springs. Clean Rooms, small breakfast area/assortment---but a stay here requires: long walk to breakfast and medium walk to bus stops. It costs less than EPCOT Resorts, but has fewer overall amenities too.
A lovely moderate resort, with deluxe touches

Nothing to fault with the resorts facilities, laundry room, food, pools, parking and gym were all great. Location wise it's super easy to access all of the parks and you feel within the Disney bubble. It's also only a quick 20min drive to Orlando itself and the shopping malls.
I would recommend staying here if you're looking for a more premium Disney resort within the moderate category!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience my wife and I had during our one-night stay at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. As long-time Disney passholders, we were excited to enjoy the benefits of concierge access during our visit. However, our experience was far from what we anticipated.
Before our arrival, my wife had communicated with the resort’s virtual assistant to confirm that the room we booked would have access to the concierge lounge. Upon check-in, we were informed that our room did not include this access. We requested that the staff review the chat transcripts to confirm our inquiry, and were told they would call us back with their findings.
After waiting for a couple of hours without any follow-up, we returned to the resort, only to be told by Front Desk Manager Joshua that the conversation with the virtual assistant had only shown an inquiry, but no mention of concierge access. Despite our request to review the transcripts ourselves, we were denied access to them.
As a gesture of goodwill, we were offered a $50 credit to our room, which, given the value of the concierge lounge access, felt completely inadequate. When we expressed our frustration, Joshua responded in a robotic and dismissive manner, offering repeated apologies but no meaningful solutions to resolve the situation.
As multi-year passholders and frequent Disney resort guests, this experience has left us deeply disappointed. We had expected a higher level of service and accountability from Disney, particularly as loyal guests. Regrettably, due to this experience, we have decided that we will no longer stay at Disney Resorts in the future.
Joshua's lack of empathy and failure to provide an appropriate resolution significantly contributed to our frustration.
