Love everything about Disney's Boardwalk. The Inn, the Villas, the shops, pools, service, and boardwalk itself. The easy walk to Epcot and little adventure to other hotels and Hollywood Studies are also great. Love being on the backside of Epcot, easy entry, and exit. Too bad Jellyrolls is going to be closing, but will give new Jazzclub a shot.

A great hotel that far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa that had a fantastic view and everything we could need for this trip. It makes such a difference having kitchen and washing facilities available on a Disney trip. Location wise it's the best Disney hotel,...

A great hotel that far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa that had a fantastic view and everything we could need for this trip. It makes such a difference having kitchen and washing facilities available on a Disney trip. Location wise it's the best Disney hotel, walking (or boat) distance to two parks and the bus journey to the other isn't long. Little bit annoying that the bus can sometimes be shares with Yacht and Beach club but hopefully Disney hear the feedback on this. Food options are limited but what there is good. The other hotels around Cresent Lake have some great restaurants and Epcot is within walking distance.

The room had been recently renovated and we couldn't have asked for a better view. Will definitely stay again and recommend to all. Food options need a little working on, but otherwise great stay.

Completely underwhelmed. For a Disney "deluxe" this falls short. First of all, I've seen better pools at a Holiday inn. Yes it has a water slide, and if you have little kids maybe that will make it worth it. The bar at the pool does not have table service "until...

Completely underwhelmed. For a Disney "deluxe" this falls short. First of all, I've seen better pools at a Holiday inn. Yes it has a water slide, and if you have little kids maybe that will make it worth it. The bar at the pool does not have table service "until summer". None of the restaurants jump off the page as they are all Disney incarnates and let's face it, Disney restaurants are not known for their greatness. Go across the bridge to eat at the Dolphin. No room service despite it being advertised. I just wanted to relax with a cocktail so I went to their "famed" bell Vue lounge. No table service there either, you go up to the bar and get your drinks....ummm if I wanted to run drinks all afternoon I'd go to a college bar or a ball game, but if you're selling $24 cocktails, hire a server. Anyway, pretty ho-hum stay. Like the area but will probably stay at Dolphin or Beach Club going forward.

We may have found a new home resort at Disney — the resort is absolutely beautiful, you simply cannot beat the location, outstanding dining options (especially Flying Fish), and the manager and her team truly went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip extra special from the moment we checked in to the moment we departed. Epcot fireworks from our balcony was a highlight. Thank you Kristin and Co. for an unforgettable stay. Highly, highly recommend this resort.

Stayed here for 5 nights. The location and amenities of the resort are great, we appreciated being able to walk to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios but also having a boat if we didn't want to walk. You also have other resorts which are served by the boat (and walkable)...

Stayed here for 5 nights. The location and amenities of the resort are great, we appreciated being able to walk to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios but also having a boat if we didn't want to walk. You also have other resorts which are served by the boat (and walkable) if you want a choice of more restaurants. The villas are currently being refurbished and there was lot of building traffic using the walkway outside our building. It didn't affect our stay, but the view from our balcony overlooked where all the construction vehicles were parked. Our room did need a refurb though, it looked quite tired. Other than a blocked toilet, everything was clean and worked though. Our room was a very long way from the lobby, one of the furthest possible so it was quite a walk back to most of the resort facilities. There was a set of stairs however just along from our room which took us out to the car park and the walkway to Hollywood Studios so it was very convenient if going to either of those.
