Not sure who writes a bad review for this property , my guess is their expectations are out of whack Understand that this is a family resort and overall the kids were not a problem (as a parent and grandparent watching children play warms my heart) Having said that , there were a few parents who Let their kids run wild and even engage in dangerous behavior. There is an adults only pool and like the other pools and the beach , it fills up very early The service was excellent and the resort was kept darn near spotless! The food at the buffet ranged from ok to very good with enough variety for any taste We ate dinner at the a La carte restaurants and all were good My only complaint , which is a common one , is that there are not enough chairs There is plenty of room to significantly Increase the the number and not sure Why the resort chides not to

The staff are absolutely fantastic, very kind and helpful. My favorite was the 8th floor breakfast and bar. Starting the morning with breakfast, Jerry and Maria are the absolute best!! Then a night cap with Moses, I’m very happy with the resort. The adult pool was a lot of fun...

The staff are absolutely fantastic, very kind and helpful. My favorite was the 8th floor breakfast and bar. Starting the morning with breakfast, Jerry and Maria are the absolute best!! Then a night cap with Moses, I’m very happy with the resort. The adult pool was a lot of fun and relaxing, Pavon was a great bartender with great customer service! We also enjoyed a couples massage at the spa and really enjoyed the services. We had an issue with our toilet but once we notified them it was fixed quickly. Whether you want an adult getaway or fully family it’s a fun place!

We had a great visit at Crown Paradise Club in Cancun. We were celebrating our 30th Anniversary and the staff made it such a wonderful experience. The property was clean and well maintained with a spectacular ocean view. The food was good with many different choices for cuisine. We would highly recommend paying a little more for the VIP room to get the VIP experience. It is definitely worth it!! Maria and Jerry were always so welcoming in the morning. You could tell that they were sincere with their hospitality, wanting to provide the best experience possible. Moises was also wonderful at night, always there to provide a great experience. We would have given 5 stars but one big negative is the Wi-Fi was very weak and sometimes did not work which created some issues. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. The costumer service in general (bartender and waitress) is really good. Jerry and Maria on the 8th floor lounge were fantastic, very welcoming and excellent services!! The view was spectacular with a relaxing environment to enjoy your meal.

Only warm water in suite ( no cold, no hot) Water was dirty brown colour. Toilet didn't refill, had to use trash can to refill tank after each use. Room safe didn't work, waited 5 days, no promised service came had to carry valuables and passports with us. Buffet food...

Only warm water in suite ( no cold, no hot) Water was dirty brown colour. Toilet didn't refill, had to use trash can to refill tank after each use. Room safe didn't work, waited 5 days, no promised service came had to carry valuables and passports with us. Buffet food was mostly the same every day and cold or luke warm. Even tried at opening time, still no hot food. The only hot food was omelette bar. Seafood was raw and frozen one day. No diet soda available.
