The resort has been highly praised for its superb amenities, friendly staff, great food, and top-notch spa services, particularly the therapists Antonia and Vera. The hotel itself is described as stunning with amazing facilities and views, providing an aura that makes guests feel at one with nature. The Kitchen Garden experience comes highly recommended, where guests can pick fresh produce and make fresh bread and pastries in Mouries with Chef Dimitri and Mrs. Panagiota. The meal prepared afterwards was noted as amazing. All members of the staff provided top customer service, starting with a refreshing welcome drink.
This is definitely not 5 stars hotel BELIEVE ME - the beach is super dirty, not well maintained at all, physically extremely hard to go inside water - the system of having reserved sun beds for specific rooms, makes it impossible to chill around the pool and the garden around...
