We are staying at many extremely nice hotels in our 2 weeks in Greece and to be honest, this was the hotel I was least excited about because the reviews seemed the most lukewarm, and the price to value ratio seemed high. I also debated between staying right in Naoussa and being further away at a resort like Cosme - a 20 min walk - which has full hotel facilities including gym and pool. I am so glad we ended up here. The hotel is beautiful. We were upgraded to the most amazing room with a private pool. The service is spectacular- from an effusive check in to people rushing up at the pool and beach to provide towels and water. I loved the breakfast with the fantastic yoghurt bowls. The gym was very nice, air conditioned and well equipped. The room was always promptly and constantly made up, with treats in the evening. And although it was quite the walk to Naoussa I really felt that the niceness of the hotel, the great service and the totally complete facilities was worth it.

This was not our first time in Greece, but it was our first trip to Paros and first stay at Cosme. We booked the Cosme because we typically choose Marriott properties. Overall, our experience was okay, but we are not likely to return. First, the pluses: Cosme was recently renovated, thus the property is in excellent condition. Cleanliness is extremely good. Service is generally excellent (front desk is not as welcoming as one would hope). Waitstaff is exceptional. Great pool and beachfront with plenty of sunbeds, cabanas, etc. Breakfast is ala carte and exceptional. Beautiful property. Now the downside: Despite being a five-star property, Cosme is over-priced for what you get, considering its location. It is quite a distance from other restaurants and a 12-15 walk to Naousa, which got a bit old after awhile. Walking to Naousa during daylight is fine, but after dark it's a bit dangerous---not from the standpoint of personal security, but rather there is very little in the way of streetlights, and side walks are non-existent. Put simply, it's not a safe walk at night. The hotel charges a MINIMUM of 30 Euro EACH DIRECTION to take you into Naousa and to other nearby restaurants, even if just 2-3 kilometers. Uber and taxis are options, but their minimum fares are regulated by the Greek government and quite similar to the hotel charges. Bottom line is that you are pretty much stuck at Cosme unless you want to invest in some serious transfer expenses. Renting a car in Greece is certainly an option, but parking is difficult and driving is a bit crazy. That's our take....great resort in a not-so-good location compared to other choices in/around Naousa.

I don’t even know where to start with how bad this hotel is. Firstly there is a working building site next door which they fail to mention on their website or to any travel agent you might book through. Then they try to deny that’s the case. The senior management are rude and frankly condescending and in short it’s not worth £100/night let alone €3000/night they are trying to charge. The restaurant ‘on the beach’ is on a dirt track that has hooligans from next doors building site racing up and down it blaring music. The rooms are average at best and most certainly not worth the price tag attached. The building site has drilling going on throughout the day and piles of rubble lie precariously on the boundary to the property right by the spa. Just a perfect place to relax.

A transcendently relaxing place, set on the most gorgeous spot on the island of Paros, this is not a place to “do” things. It is a 17 minute walk to the charming town of Naoussa, where there are a number of fantastic restaurants, but the reason to go to Cosme is to sit on the beach or by the pool, with one of the world’s great views in front of you. The food is not cheap but is shockingly good. The service is top notch, and the concierge is wonderful. It isn’t opulent, it is simply perfect.

We stayed at Cosme for 5 nights in July. The resort itself if beautiful. Having access to a pool and the beach was wonderful and the location within a 10 minute walk of Naoussa was very convenient. Be advised that this area is not sheltered from the wind and if it is very windy there may be blowing sand and you cannot use the umbrellas at the pool. There are homes under construction next door to the resort but we did not see or hear any construction activity. We had booked an Earth suite but were upgraded to an Ocean suite. The view from the Ocean suite was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the outside patio. The rooms while not terribly large were very comfortable and clean. Each afternoon a small snack and a glass of wine was brought to the room which was a nice touch. Our rate included breakfast and the breakfast service was generally quick and the food was excellent. We ate one dinner and one lunch at the onsite hotel and while the food was very good, the service was inconsistent. We also wished that there had been a different menu for lunch and dinner, with lighter items or snacks available for the pool or beach. Noise was an issue in our room for part of our stay. There were three doors located almost next to each other and we could hear all late night comings and goings and loud door slamming. I recommend having a white noise machine - ear plugs were not sufficient.

We had the most exceptional time at the Cosme hotel in Paros, Greece. This was in large part due to their incredible team: the attention, service, and attitudes of everyone at the hotel. They made us feel special, cared for, and important the entire time. The hotel, room upgrade, amenities, everything exceeded expectations, but the staff made the experience unforgettable. We want to thank the following folks: - Alessia & Pascual (reception) - Dimitris (bellhop) - Nikolas (bar) & Elizabeth (pool) - Leah (manager) I apologize if I misspelled any names, but these folks were especially spectacular amidst the full team of amazing folks. Again, we appreciate the effort and hospitality from everyone and want to make sure the Cosme leadership and Marriott teams know how happy we are. We look forward to returning there in the future!

How to describe this oasis of serenity? The resort is a testament to Greek lifestyle. The buildings housing the rooms feel like individual houses and the rooms are perfectly appointed with luxury amenities, frette slippers, bathrobes , etc. We stayed in an oceanfront room , that while a bit smaller than our initial choice , was heavenly in its view. There is nothing that can compare to having your own private beach with deliciously confortable sun beds and the undivided attention of the beach personnel looking out for your every request. Yes, pampering the guests is this resort’s raison d’etre . This is no exaggeration. And this is no coincidence. The laser focused manager Lia who practically lives at the Resort is on 💯 % of the time on top of her guests. Lia along with her magnificent staff made every moment of our stay unforgettable. We thank her, Alyssa & Pascal for the great memories while not forgetting all the others who made us not want to leave . Paros is a must for anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle and tourists of other islands. Paros has a waterfront with fishing boats and is truly a must see and stay. And there is NO better place to truly enjoy this island than at COSME. Thank you to all from Cosme reading the review. 😘😘

Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Paros! It’s really beautiful and relaxing. Alessia at the front desk was so helpful throughout our stay! We also thought the food and servers at Parostia were top notch. We had booked a larger suite with an outdoor area, however, there was a family of cats that had taken up residence on the patio, so we were unable to enjoy. I think this is standard for Paros, though, and not specific to this hotel as there were cats all over the island. Additionally, the hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to the center of Naoussa. It would have been nice if there was a complimentary shuttle to and from as we have seen that at other hotels in the Greek islands. All in all, we’d definitely stay here again when we come back!

There is a manifesting air of meanness about this Luxury Collection member hotel. Personally I found the service here sub-par. Attending the Cosme Resort for a full-body massage, we arrived early in order for my husband to shower and be ready for his spa treatment. The receptionist placed me in the outside bar, in direct sunlight. There was no cover. I was dangerously exposed in the open glare. This quickly became distressing. This was not a good decision. While my husband had his massage, I asked to use a bed/umbrella. There were hundreds of empty beds and nobody in the pool. I was told “no - it’s only for guests”. Unbelievable meanness considering our loyal custom to Bonvoi over many years. Then I asked to be moved out of the sun, whilst I wait. So they put me in the restaurant downstairs where I sat on dirty seats covered in twigs fallen from trees. I had twigs actually falling on my head. I must have looked so awkward and unhappy sitting there, but no one cared to check up on me. The staff were all to busy talking to each other. I spent most of the time flicking ants away from my skin. It was a different kind of unpleasant than the bar. Eventually I mentioned to staff I was unhappy. They moved me into the air-conditioned inside restaurant. This time, they offered me a swim in the pool, but I felt uncomfortable and felt it was not a genuine offer. Upon departure we were told Bonvoi points cannot be collected for the massage or drinks purchased. Again, not becoming of LC resort. I’ve never been treated in this way in any Luxury Collection, in Athens, Bali, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia or USA. At least, to their credit, they let me use the wifi, which allowed me to upload this review. Thanks. My husband told me the spa service and masseuse were simply excellent. I’ll always come back to Paros but I cannot recommend the Cosme Resort. It’s the poorer cousin of its international brethren and the care for waiting guests like me simply weakens the brand. Better to have a villa on Paros, with your own pool, as we did. To be very honest, I’m glad we did not stay here as the plot of land next door is a building site. The other side is another hotel playing very loud party music. I would have hated that if I stayed at the Cosme. Great place for a massage, apparently… Funny. They would have only had to smile and let me use the poolside and I would never have written this review. But the staff are not really trained in the needs of guests, only the needs of the profit margin. And there it is.

I would give Cosme 3.5 stars, rounding up to 4. It’s no question that the resort is likely the most luxurious in Paros. We were more than comfortable staying here and enjoyed the resorts beauty and amenities. But for the price, the service is not quite there. The staff seems very green - helpful, but a few things slipped through the cracks. And for the price & expectation, we were a bit underwhelmed. We were told there was a complimentary cooking class on arrival, and we had asked the front desk three different times to be added to the next class… each time we were told they would follow up and we never heard anything. We were disappointed to hear said cooking class going on the following night… we would have loved to join. While the food was excellent - my favorite during our two week honeymoon - again, service was hit or miss. One morning my husband’s breakfast came nearly 25 minutes after my own. It happens, but it would have been better to just let us know it would be late. We also would have appreciated more health focused snacks or light bites by the pool. Why not crudités and tzatziki? The WiFi also randomly turned off for me and would not reconnect after numerous attempts. The gym is great but there are no wipes to clean anything down and felt pretty dirty. We also wish there was better lighting on the beach path but walking back from Naousa - felt a bit unsafe.

We stayed at Cosme Luxury Collection for 5 nights in August 2023. We loved the hotel. It has an excellent pool with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and a nice bar off to the side of the pool. The hotel restaurant in front of the pool is also good for dinner. We had a car and the hotel valet service was very quick and easy. The hotel is a 10 minute walk into an incredible town with many waterside restaurants, bars, shops etc. There are also several great restaurants within a short drive of the hotel. The hotel gym is adequate with free weights and some equipment. There is a very good ala carte breakfast each morning. We took a day trip with our car on the ferry to Antiparos. You pull up and drive onto the ferry. You can stay in your car of get out. Its a five minute ferry ride and then you drive off the ferry in Antiparos. The trip could not have been easier!! Overall we loved our stay at Cosme and highly recommend it.

This place is truly a little gem! Everyone was so helpful and kind. They arranged last minute transport for us, helped set up space for us to relax when our ferry was delayed, and just went above and beyond in everything. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and we very much enjoyed the large patio overlooking the water where we could relax. Truly understated excellence. The location was also perfect - quiet and peaceful but a quick 10 minute walk to town and all the action. Only regret was not staying a 4th night!
