Could not recommend Constance Prince Maurice more! We had the best stay and only disappointing thing was that we only had 6 nights… The Staff are flawless and cannot do enough for you, always going above and beyond. A big mention to Sylvabelle who played such a big part in making this part of our honeymoon so special. And all of the pool staff who were super friendly and attentive. Quality of food and drink is 10/10, we didn’t have a single bad meal. Will definitely be returning!

As soon as we finish one holiday at Prince Maurice for the Christmas holidays, we book for the following Christmas…that’s how much we love it. The staff are the best of any resort we’ve been to. After all these years, they anticipate our every need and know exactly what we like. Breakfast is wonderful with eggs cooked to order as well as pancakes. The Asian restaurant is our favourite. Special thanks go to the amazing Reza who always takes such special care of us, as well as all the beach staff and of course Sylvabelle.

The private deck, overlooking the mountains, was the perfect spot to watch breathtaking sunsets and enjoy an intimate wine tasting experience with Mr Vikash. The charming houses on stilts added to the resort’s magical ambiance, while the floating bar and restaurant created an unforgettable dining experience over the water. Celebrating a birthday here was nothing short of extraordinary. The outstanding food was a highlight of our stay—everything was delicious, well-spiced, and beautifully plated. From homemade ice creams and delicate canapés to divine cakes, every bite was a delight. The warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made our stay exceptional.A special thank you to Mr. Romain, Head of the Front Desk, ensured we were always taken care of, while Mr. Shaan, Front Office Manager, welcomed us with kindness. We are grateful to the lovely receptionist Rachel and the trainee Virginie, whose beautiful smile brightened our days, as well as Genevieve, the attentive Guest Relations Officer, and Mrs. Barbara, the Corporate Quality Manager, for her dedication. A special thank you to the gin bar bartender for crafting unique, delicious drinks and to the whole pool team (main pool and quiet pool) Also big hugs to Sarika and Suchita from the Spa!❤️ The attention to detail throughout the resort was great. The turn-down service was thoughtful, and room service was impeccable. With so many activities to enjoy, stunning surroundings, and such warm-hearted people making us feel truly special, our stay at Constance Prince Maurice couldn’t have been more perfect. We fly to Mauritius every February. It is one of our favourite destinations, and our top choice of hotel is the Prince Maurice. The hotel sits in a category all of its own. It offers the perfect blend of style, service, unrivalled comfort, delicious cuisine across three restaurants, as well as inclusive golf on two courses. The beach is beautiful. The spa is amazing. We can see that we are not alone in regarding the Prince Maurice as the best on the island as we see many familiar faces again and again every year on the beach and in the restaurants. The staff are absolutely sine qua non and will go the extra mile always to make sure your stay is perfect. On this trip Anousha lent me one of her saris to wear to dinner when I expressed a wish to try one on as an experience. Such an experience. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. For a relaxed, but incredibly luxurious holiday destination there is no better choice than the Prince Maurice.

There's something magical about returning to Constance Prince Maurice - the tranquility of the entrance hall and the warmth of the greetings make this one of our special places. The staff are all so incredibly attentive and the food is divine. Having access to two wonderful golf courses is another reason we return. Looking forward to being back again in November 2025

We are just back home from yet another wonderful stay at the Prince Maurice - The hotel definitely deserves its top rating it really is superb from the friendly helpful service to the delicious food, great wine list and unlimited golf on 2 courses. With regards to the staff nothing was too much trouble for any of them but must make a special mention of the 2 chaps who run the service by the adult pool Vikash and Sandeep plus the Ice Cream man. They really went out of their way to look after us even having our drinks ready on our return from the golf course.

Stayed here for seven nights recently, our first time visiting Mauritius, and we could not have chosen a better hotel. Pros, of which there are many: The restaurants serve the best food we have ever eaten, anywhere! Absolutely exceptional! All the staff are so polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The beach villa we stayed in, no.65, was fabulous. Beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, immaculate, super comfy enormous beds and pillows to sink into, and a wonderful private pool (approx 8m long) Treats arrived throughout the day including freshly cut pineapple chunks or a tub of delicious ice cream. The condition of the buildings and the grounds are immaculate. There is no scruffiness anywhere - it all looks recently painted. I was assured they have a very good maintenance team and it shows. The sea itself was a pleasure to swim in, the warmest sea we have ever swum in. Cons, very difficult to come up with - I would recommend taking your own hair conditioner as the conditioning shampoo supplied washes but certainly does not condition. Can't think of anything else that needs improving! We really can't recommend this hotel highly enough - we will certainly be back next year!

We stayed at the Constance Prince Maurice for 15 nights in January 2025, looking for a relaxing break in the sun. We got this and so much more - it was a fabulous experience, exceptional due to the wonderful staff at the hotel, from the gardeners to the management. It is not a large hotel and this means that guests are well looked after by the attentive staff. The beach is pristine and you are looked after by Rajesh (who was amazing), Sunt and Vikram. They appear as soon as you sit down with a supply of water and treats such as ice cream and pineapple slices. There are a lot of activities available: we made use of the tennis, golf (pitch and putt on-site and 2 amazing championship courses nearby), the spa, the gym and water sports. Paul and Ivan at the tennis were superb coaches. There are three restaurants but each has a different menu every evening, plus a la carte, so there is always plenty of choice. The food is top quality and beautifully presented and served. The Barachois floating bar is ideal for sundowners, overlooking the lagoon and the mountains beyond and the Barachois restaurant similarly floats on the lagoon. The Archipel is the main restaurant (also for breakfast) and offers superb, often locally sourced, menus each night. The staff were excellent - too many to name. The highlight was the Asian restaurant. Not only was the food excellent, but the service from the team, and especially Anousha, was top class, she went above and beyond to deliver everything we asked for. There is a sommelier at each restaurant and they help you navigate the extensive wine list. The team at the hotel could not do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

A fabulous hotel in an idyllic setting. The staff were outstanding polite and beyond helpful in every aspect of our stay. Two pools to choose from both with service to the sunloungers and a vast array of places to park yourself on the beach without feeling like you are sitting right next to each other. Various water sports to choose from along with golf at the neighbouring Belle Mare Plage resort both courses are excellent with shuttles half hourly each way. Large rooms with big bathrooms containing two sinks, enormous bath, separte shower and toilet plus safe etc. Lovely big balcony overlooking either pools, water or beach. Spa also excellent and very peaceful with sauna, steam and cold pool! Full body massage was heavenly.
