An exceptional stay. We visited for our 25 year wedding anniversary and wife's birthday. The service, the complimentary extras, the little things included in the stay, the quality of the room, service, food, ambience, neatness, friendliness and quality of the facilities were really fantastic. We have now stayed at several resorts in Mauritius because we've been living on the island for 2 years, and this one was by far our best overall experience. The only gripe was one minor maintenance issue that was not resolved, but it did not dampen our weekend. The beach was not exactly ideal. The beach area is well maintained, but the rock formations in the water make entry and exit difficult and the waters are a bit rough to carry out activities such as paddle boarding or canoeing. The resort has got many facilities, several pools, a wet area at the spa for all guests to use, and many other activities to enjoy.

We come to stay here for our honeymoon , One of the most luxury resorts we have been , amazing service and great facilities : 4 swimming pools , amazing sea view and a huge bedroom. Greatly recommended P.s great service and hospitality by Sylvana during our stay .

We stayed in Belle mare place in april and it was a totally amazing experience. The property itself is beautifully located on one of the most beautiful beach stretches of Mauritius. The rooms are spacious and well located along the beach.. we woke up with the beautiful sound of waves every morning. The food was amazing too.. we are vegetarian and they have a lot of choices for us.. the property has many restaurants we loved indigo the best! The chefs were kind enough to take extra care and customised as per our food preferences. The water sports were included in our package and were very well managed. The beach was serene and clean and equipped with beach beds. The staff was amazing and super on hospitality! Loved our week long stay and would definitely return to the same resort whenever we visit Mauritius again 💖

Hello, we have visit this hotel from the 20.02.2025 until the 27.02.2025 we arrived after night flight and we received the room which was neer to the children pool , the noise was too much and the air condition did not work good in the room at first they did not agreed to change us the room only after a day that we kept complaining they replaced us the room the new room was Ok but at night we started to hear noise in the room after two nights with noises we found a mouse that was living in the room sofa , until the end of our visit in the hotel no one and no manager came and said we are sorry we had an issue with the electricity in the room for three days in the last day the requested us not to post this story but we think that posting this story will let you know more about this hotel , and maybe maybe they will improve their service

We had an unforgettable stay at Constance Belle Mare Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made us feel truly special. We came to celebrate our honeymoon, and the team went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. As part of their honeymoon package, we were surprised with thoughtful gestures every day- champagne, fresh fruits, and little treats that made our stay even more enjoyable. The level of service and attention to detail was outstanding, and we left feeling completely satisfied and grateful. Highly recommended for a perfect romantic getaway!Last thing, if you need anything just talk with Priya from the treat, she would love to assist!

처음 도착했을때 너무 좋았습니다. 멋진 배경도, 멋진 방도 우리를 행복하게 했습니다. kailash는 우리에게 멋진 해변을 알려주고, 맥주도 선물해줬습니다. 전에 묵었던 리조트에서 너무 만족해서 기대를 안했는데 기대 이상이었습니다. 스파도 매우 훌륭합니다. 그런데 문제가 있습니다. 모든 직원들 다 친절한데, 조식 뷔폐 계란 요리하는 남직원, 여직원은 서양인한테만 인사하고 우리에게는 인사도 하지 않고 무시하는 표정을 짓습니다. 아마 동양인을 무시하는 것 같습니다. 조식 먹는 2일 내내 그랬습니다. 아침부터 기분이 안좋아집니다. 기분 좋은 신혼여행에서 아침부터 기분이 안좋게 하는 직원이 있어 매우 실망했습니다. 어떻게 바로 사람이 옆에 있는데, 서양인에게는 해맑게 웃으며 인사하고 우리는 무시하며 어떤 요리를 먹을건데 물어보지도 않고, 메뉴를 말하면 대답도 안하죠? 이건 잘못됐습니다. 우리에게만 그런게 아니라 다른동양인에게도 그럽니다. 기분 좋은 여행 마지막 리조에서 이런 경험을 하게되어 매우 불쾌합니다. 리조트는 만족스러 추천하지만 다른 방문자들에게는 그러지 않기 바랍니다. We loved it when we first arrived. The lovely background and the nice room made us happy. Kailash guided us to the great beach and even gave us beer. We were so satisfied at the resort where we stayed before that we didn't expect much, but it exceeded our expectations. The spa is also very nice. However, there is a problem. All the staff are friendly, but the male and female staff who cook eggs for breakfast only greet Westerners and look dismissive without even saying hello to us. Probably ignore Asians. That was the case for two whole days of breakfast. I feel bad from the morning. I was very disappointed to have a staff member who felt bad from the morning on a pleasant honeymoon. How can you greet someone with a bright smile to a Westerner, and we ignore and don't ask what we're going to eat, and they don't answer when you tell them the menu? This is wrong. It's not just for us, it's for other Asians, too. We are very offended to have this experience at the end of the pleasant journey. The resort is a satisfactory recommendation, but I hope not for other visitors.

I had a wonderful experience at Constance Belle Mare! The welcome was warm and inviting, setting the tone for a great stay. The front desk ladies looked stunning in their uniforms—an elegant bright orange, like the sun at night, paired with smart blue. The Blu Bar was a lovely spot to relax, with great ambiance and delicious food. The entire weekend was peaceful and truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!
