We spent 3 nights here and had a great time. Hotel is in an excellent location away from the main road so quiet, up the side of the hill with nice views. Lots of hikes from the hotel so you don't have to worry about driving or taking gondolas to other areas. However if you do then there are gondolas just a short walk from the hotel plus a bus stop. Bedroom was spacious, clean, good water pressure. Approx 50 rooms in the hotel would normally be too big for us but with this hotel it didn't feel too big. Spa area was amazing. Lots of different rooms, saunas, steam rooms, relaxation room with water beds, showers, large indoor swimming pool that you can swim to the smaller outdoor heated pool that we really enjoyed. After a long day of hikes it was lovely to be able to use all these facilities. All staff (restaurants, reception, concierge, bell boys etc) excellent, helpful, attentive. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, cooked breakfast menu to select from, plus yoghurts, cereals, fruits, meats, cheeses, breads etc. Great spread. They have three different restaurants in the hotel and all were excellent food and service. If visiting Alpe di Suisi we would definitely stay here again.

If this is your first time visiting this hotel, you will love it. Beautiful hotel, delicious food and extremely attentive and friendly staff. We've been coming to this hotel in the Fall for the last few years and it has always been a Heaven on Earth experience for us. Under the new ownership, many things have changed and we miss the hotel we knew and loved. The new decor is pretty over the top with blue hues and the dining experience felt not as welcoming and warm. No table linens and less food choices for both breakfast and dinner but still adequate. We still had a good experience, just not the experience we were used to. The rooms are great and remain mostly unchanged. We were bummed to see they got rid of the lit up birch tree wall in the bathrooms but the rest of the room was beautiful and the addition of the complimentary mini bar was a bonus. All in all, we had a wonderful time but miss the decor and ambience before the renovation. The front desk staff, wait staff, valet and other staff were top notch, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The older I get the higher my bar gets for hotels. We have stayed at some pretty outstanding places but this one was SHEER PERFECTION. The staff, wonderful. The food outstanding and so much of ot. An enormous breakfast buffet and complimentary small lunch Buffet of sandwiches and snacks for after your hikes (loved this!. Our restaurant & room service meals were some of the best meals I have had in my life. Gorgeous & soacious rooms overlooking the Dolomites. The spa area with 4 saunes, indoor outdoor pool and huge gym with everything you could possibly need. Every little small nuance was covered. We ended up canceling our next hotel and booking extra nights here because we did not want to ever leave. Truly a remarkable stay and we will be back. Special love to Anna the absolutely wonderful concierge, the amazing wait staff, both of our 6:00 pm Sauna guides.

Our room was stunning as was the whole property. The location at the top of the gondola made it ideal for hiking. Loved the steam rooms, pool, gym and lobby amenities. Was a great place to relax after the hikes. Hope to return here again and again!

We had an amazing stay at Alpina Dolomites! Stayed at a terrace room and enjoyed a large terrace with great views of Schlern and Sasso Lungo. Stellar service from the moment we arrived. We arrived pretty late at 9PM and Anna at the front desk made sure to inform the kitchen to expect us for dinner. It was very thoughtful and a great start to our vacation. Luxurious room with a cozy sitting area, desk, amazing bedding (one of the best I've experienced), well-stocked in-room mini bar with many complimentary options - nuts, chips, chocolates, coffee and tea, still and sparkling water - all replenished daily. Large bathroom with shower and tub, double sinks, kept consistently warm and comfortable. Plush robes and slippers are provided. No in-room iron but we requested and was provided immediately for our stay. No AC in the room and we requested for a fan and it was provided as well. During our stay in July, the mountain air was cool and made the room comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - great buffet and we were able to order cappuccino and eggs ala carte. Dinner with our half board was a 4 course meal with 3 menus that we selected from - 1 menu that changed daily and 2 fixed menus that remained unchanged. A salad buffet was also available, with great choices as well. Service in the restaurant was always attentive and exceptional. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Alpina Dolomites and highly recommend it!!!

We just left Como Alpina after the most restorative five day vacation. The Seiser Alm is one of the most breathtaking places in the world. We enjoyed hiking, e-biking, and ending the day in the beautiful spa and pool. The food was delicious ious, creative, and vegetarian friendly, with lots of local ingredients. But what really makes this place special is the staff, all of whom were kind, professional, warm, and knowledgeable. We want to especially thank Anna the concierge, Stefano at the Chalet restaurant, and Ivan at the bar. We are already dreaming of returning!

In March 2024 we enjoyed it again in Como Alpina Dolomites. A special hotel in a special setting, the Seiser Alm. After visiting the hotel for many years as Alpina Dolomites. Now part of the Como group. It's taking some getting used to because the color schemes have changed and all the staff have been replaced. Unfortunately, some staff are still a bit inexperienced. However, it immediately felt like old times. Top location, very good lunch and dinner, nice wine range and maximum attention from the waiters. Swimming pool, wellness and sauna environment are still superb and of good quality. Terrace outside very good. As an extra, there is now a bar/restaurant from Como Alpina Dolimites on the slopes where you can relax in the afternoon with music and very nice staff. And here too a nice lunch / dinner menu. Looking out over the Seiser Alm is already a pleasure. Especially when the weather is good and skiing and hiking are at their maximum. Definitely Como Alpina Dolimites again next year. That's for sure.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We fell in love with this hotel in a visit during the summer and had to stay again, this time in October to see the larches in fall colors. There is so much attention to detail in the interior, service, amenities and food! All the staff were so welcoming and kind! The food deserves a particular mention. The half board is an incredible value for the quality - the dinners we have had here are among the best we’ve had in our entire lives. We cannot wait to return as soon as we can to see the rebrand and hope it’s every bit as magical on our third visit.

This is an excellent hotel in terms of service and the gorgeous setting surrounded by the Dolomite mountains. The staff was very friendly accommodating, helping with suggestions for the area. The room while comfortable had a couple of issues. The bathroom entry is completely glass (which we found a little strange) and if a light is left on in the bathroom for the night it shines into the room. I think the square footage estimates for the room on the hotel's website include the large deck outside the room so if your preference is for a very spacious room you may want to upgrade. The hotel is not close to any towns so when you want to venture out (which could be never, given the beautiful setting and well equipped pool, spa and fitness area) you have to go down the mountain. The breakfast is plentiful with lots of options. Dinner is good but not gourmet.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at this wonderful hotel. The location just above Compaccio village provides sensational views over the mighty Dolomiti and across the alpine plains, as well as easy access to hiking trails, chairlifts and the gondola from Siusi. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed and had a large balcony with the same fantastic views. The common areas of the hotel such as the lounge, bar, restaurant and indoor/outdoor pool were equally luxurious. We opted for the half-board and could not speak more highly of the breakfast and dinner choices and deliciousness. The staff is professional, welcoming and friendly - we were especially impressed with Lorenzo and Daria in the main restaurant who made us feel special and helped me practice my Italian. The reception staff provided detailed information on appropriate hiking trails for us, We had a fabulous experience and hope to return one day.

Already been here the 2nd time in three months... Loved how peaceful and confortable you can get while staying here. The whole team were like our family that know us by name and they prepared wonderful programes that both active people and inactive ones can enjoy. The restaurant and the Chalet made us not want to leave the property because they had everything we wanted to eat. The hiking and binking tour were amazing. This is my home in Europe. Love it so much.

We read all TripAdvisor reviews before making our reservation and they all reflected a spirit of continual improvements. WOW, everything was incredible! Probably one of my most memorable memories was waking up softly to the morning sound of cow bells in the distance. I was so impressed by the caring management of Alpina Dolomites that I suggested an improvement to the incredible breakfast display. Current they even include an ingredient list for the many breads they serve. I suggested that in addition they also include small samples of each bread so that visitors can taste a small sample to see if they like the bread rather than cut off a large slice and then throw it away to sample another bread. In summary, the Alpina Dolomites is a rare, beautiful hotel located on one of the most beautiful and tranquil mountain spots. A true rare gem!

Great Days In the Dolomites
The staff at the front desk and in the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel. The food was excellent and the recommendations for hiking were perfect for us.
