Sorry to say that this is not up to 5-star standards. A nice location and facility, but a 'Superior Room' is not large enough for a couple. I had to live out of my suitcase, because there was not space to unpack more than one person. Sitting room, other than the bed, was practically non-existent. Along with space issues, the toilette leaked constantly and four visits from techs did not fix it. While staff empathized, they did not find us another suitable room. It brought down our whole trip.

Great experience staying here. We were only here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon trip and the staff and hotel were excellent. Their attention to detail is second to none. Rooms are size able, we had two showers in the bathroom and plenty of extra space. Only critique of the room is that there were two beds pushed together instead of a full king. The fitness center was small but comparable for most European gyms. The bartender downstairs, Alexandre, was excellent. He was professional and took pride in the drinks he made. I would highly recommend this hotel

“Wonderful hotel in the heart of Paris!” If you want to see an oveview of this hotel please look at my youtube channel: Travel with Nicola and Isabella Our stay at Hotel Castille was good! The hotel’s location is next to all the luxury shops, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, Place Vendôme, and the Louvre—perfect for exploring Paris on foot. The rooms are elegantly designed, combining classic Parisian charm with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and professional but In this hotel we missed the extra bit of service you expect from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was good: fresh, delicious pastries, baguettes, fruits, and excellent coffee, all served in a cozy and stylish setting. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel a touch of luxury, Hotel Castille is the perfect choice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We could not have asked for a better experience! From the front door, the lobby and to the rooms, everything was exceptional. The staff was over the top helpful, kind and always smiling. There is a lobby cat who just adds to the whole atmosphere.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel grounds are pristine and the rooms are spotless. This chic boutique hotel was in a great location - walking distance to shopping, restaurants and transportation. The staff were so friendly, helpful and always went above and beyond for us. Aaron at the front desk was the best and he always anticipated our needs. So pleasant professional and efficient! Michel & Miguel at the concierge were a huge help with restaurants recommendations, reservations and tickets. Even before we arrived in Paris they helped us plan via email. Loved the complimentary beverages, snacks and coffee machine in our room too! Daily housekeeping and turn down service were always so prompt. Thank you to the entire staff for making us feel at home! This is an amazing hidden gem in Paris not to be missed!

We stayed at Castille Paris to celebrate our first anniversary and were welcomed by a nicely decorated room. :D We were received by Malek & Abraham at the reception when we arrived. Kudos to them for providing us with an upgraded room for our stay. :) Their rooms are super clean, comfortable, and cozy. The room service did a great job of making the room daily as we returned to the hotel in the evening. The breakfast menu at the hotel has limitless options. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, and it should not be skipped. :P We would also call out to Mintu from the bar. We were at the bar on a busy evening and our order was taking longer than expected. Mintu generously offered us snacks and a small drink while we waited for our order. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make sure that guests feel at home during their stay. We would stay here again whenever we are back in the area.

OK, so for context, I stay around 75 nights a year in hotels across the world and used to work in a hotel when I was younger… so I am not a stranger to hotels and a decent level of service and quality. The Castille in Paris was a really disappointing stay at EUR800 a night for a suite. Let me tell you why: - Aircon didn’t work. We highlighted it during our stay and it didn’t get fixed for all 4 of our nights - Sheets disappeared from our room and we were told that the specific sheet (top sheet) that was missing is not used in the hotel (it was there the prior 2 nights…) - Woken up at 7am on one of the mornings we were there with super loud drilling and dragging of furniture right next to and above our room. This continued even after we highlighted it. Apparently it was next door at a business but there was certainly furniture being dragged in the room above and that finally stopped on our third call to reception - Buffet breakfast goes from 7am - 11am (EUR48… wow) and regularly ran out of dishes whenever we went from 8am - 9.30am. These dishes weren’t replaced when we asked for them. They ran out of these same dishes on all of the 4 breakfasts we had there - Coffee was always served cold, even when expressly asked for very hot. The solution was to microwave it on the 3rd attempt each morning and make it like molten lava. Somewhere in between would be just fine but perhaps a point was being made - They offer a pillow menu and we decided to try it out and ordered 2 of the same ergonomic pillow. 2 completely different types of pillows arrived when they should have been the same - On my 3rd night of the stay when I was out and about in Paris, a random EUR1,000 charge was made on my card by the hotel and no one could explain what it was - I checked out in the morning and settled my account. When I came to collect my bags and get a taxi to the train station to make my Eurostar booking, the hotel demanded I pay another EUR162. I showed them clearly the booking with the net amount payable by me and they couldn’t make the mathematics work. Positives? - The concierge team was helpful and got us tickets to Musee d’Orsay when it was booked out - Some nice little touches in the room such as a tote bag - Great umbrellas for use - Amazing location close to the metro and boutiques - Functional gym relative to other hotels in Paris For the price, there are infinitely better hotels in the same area. I will not ever return to the Castille Paris. The accountability of the hotel for the service lapses and the communication to me as a guest was terrible. My traveling companion suggested I write this review. She was stunned by how poor this experience was and she travels a lot less than I do… so here it is

Gem of Hotel, in Ideal Location

a bit of a difficult start, but worked it out and greatly enjoyed our stay. Diminished use of one leg makes tub use impossible. Requested walk-in shower upon making reservation and later through email exchange. Front desk was not aware of request. They did move us next evening to room with separate shower so remainder of stay was beyond expectations. From the great staff, clean spacious rooms, exceptional breakfast; to the 2 cats that hang out in the lobby it was a terrific experience. Add to that a premier location on the right bank and you have the ideal hotel for your next stay in Paris. After many years visiting Paris, our first stay at the Castille, but certainly not our last!
