When you’re paying over $1000 a night you expect a lot, and that’s exactly what the Capri Tibiero Palace delivers! Everything was top notch — from the staff, to the service to the accommodations. We loved our time there and highly recommend it!

What a wonderful experience! We came to Capri for 2 nights and our air bnb was in central Capri. We set off this morning on the AMAZING footpath and chose this restaurant for our evening meal as it looked wonderful and was close to our place. It was super windy today so the ferries weren’t running. This was to our advantage as we hate crowds. We were the only ones in the restaurant that is always fully booked. They said today in September was like winter-A fluke! Mohammed, the manager was really lovely. The warm seafood salad and pizza were perfect. Service and all the extras were impeccable. Highly recommend. Running home in the pouring rain was actually charming.

The service here is nothing short of spectacular, thanks to Vincenzo, the bar manager, and his exceptional team Melinda and Serena. Every time I walk in, they greet me warmly, and before I even have to ask, my favorite drink is already being prepared. The atmosphere is the perfect blend of sophisticated and cozy comfort—a place where you can unwind and enjoy the company of both friends and strangers who quickly become friends. But let’s talk about the cocktails. Vincenzo is more than just a bartender; he’s an alchemist, a true artist in his craft. Each drink is meticulously crafted, a masterpiece in a glass, both in taste and presentation. The cocktails here are the best I’ve ever had—each sip is a reminder of the pure excellence that defines this place. The level of professionalism, the warm and friendly atmosphere, and the sheer artistry of the perfectly curated cocktails make Jacky Bar an absolute must-visit. Tiberio Palace is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The entire staff is dedicated to pleasing you and they will do whatever they can to make you happy. Me and my wife only eat kosher, so a big part of what made our stay here so special was Muhammad and the team at the restaurant. They knew exactly how to accommodate us and did it without us even having to ask. The food is always so fresh, and the breakfast selection is beyond anything we’ve seen. Beautiful hotel + outstanding service. We can’t wait to come back.

The service here was outstanding. At check in we were offered a seat in the lounge, cold towels and a welcome drink. We then were given a tour of the hotel and overview of amenities and services. We enjoyed time at the pool where the staff was so fun and attentive. One day we missed lunch and the manager of the restaurant, Tito, extended the lunch menu to us 45 minutes after the restaurant closed. In the lobby bar/lounge, they offered us beautiful snacks (including a complimentary tiny pizza), great drinks and atmosphere. Every question about town or what to do, or how can we, was met with a an answer, never an apology or a “I’m sorry that’s not possible”. Wonderful experience and 6 ⭐️ Service.

The ambience, decor, Italian chic style, food and most of all service make this perhaps the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Location is top notch and everything was absolutely world class. Highly recommended for the most discerning of travelers. Stefano and team thank you for an unforgettable few days. We are counting down the days until our return.
