One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Simply put, the service is the best you will ever receive. Be shuttle is fantastic and the front desk were so helpful. Food and drink in the hotel isn’t cheap, but it’s all very good quality. 100% going back

We stayed at this beautiful hotel in Santorini celebrating our wedding anniversary and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms were stunning, with breathtaking views. Breakfast by the pool each morning was a highlight, with a delicious spread of fresh options. Breakfast was included! We also had the pleasure of dining at both on-site restaurants, and each was exceptional!! As a family traveling with children, we were so impressed by how accommodating the staff was with our kids, making them feel just as special as the adults. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of luxury and family-friendliness. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Santorini in style and comfort. We can’t wait to return!

We recently stayed at Canaves Epitome in Oia, Santorini, and it was an unforgettable experience. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel blends modern luxury with traditional charm, and the sunset views are unbeatable. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and the private pool provided a perfect, peaceful retreat. Plus, Ammoudi Port is just a short walk away. We will be back !! Highly recommend!

This is a great luxury hotel. We stayed four nights and were treated wonderfully by all the staff. The hotel is at the far end of the island but still only 30 mins by car to the airport. The rooms are modern and spacious with a few useful touches such as 5 USB charging points and a lovely double shower. It is not far to walk into the local town but we made use of the free shuttle service a few times which operates all hours. The small cove below the hotel has a number of nice restaurants as does the local town Oia. We got the hotel to book us two restaurants and Im sure as a result we ended up with the best tables.

Canaves Epitome in Oil was probably the nicest resort we've ever stayed. The villa we had was perfect with an incredible infinity pool with views of the Caldera. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Everyone we encountered there was so nice with typical Greek hospitality of wanting to make sure we thoroughly were enjoying our stay. The breakfast every morning was fantastic, and my partner thought the croissants rivaled what we ate in Paris. The breakfast options were amazing and everything was delicious. We ate dinner at Elements one night and it was over-the-top. Not cheap, but a wonderful gastronomic experience - with again, amazing service. We personally liked not being in the middle of it all in Oia. Just far enough away that you didn't have to deal with the crowds, but we still were able to take a free shuttle (5 minute ride) into Oia. We were glad we didn't stay in town; we had privacy and we still had beautiful sunset views of the Caldera. We would definitely choose to stay at Canaves Epitome if we return to Santorini! A wonderful experience and out stay there was the highlight of our trip to Greece. Fantastic!!!

We had an incredible experience at Canvas Epitome. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. One of the best features was how easy it was to request anything via WhatsApp—whether it was arranging activities, requesting extra towels, or booking transport, everything was handled seamlessly and promptly. Oia is easily within walking distance, but the complimentary shuttle service makes it even more convenient. It runs as frequently as you need it, making exploring the area completely stress-free. What really made our stay extra special was the thoughtful touch for my wife's 40th birthday. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and a small cake in the room upon arrival, which was such a wonderful surprise. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! If you're looking for excellent service, convenience, and a place that truly goes the extra mile, Canvas Epitome is the perfect choice.

We had no problem making multiple reservations upon our arrival after consulting with the staff about what we wanted. We ended up not exploring Oia as much as we initially planned because we didn't want to leave the hotel.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were so attentive and everything was so clean. We found this hotel through Amex Fine Hotels. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with plunge pool. It was such a refreshing plunge pool. The main pools weren’t crowded. The welcome gifts and the snacks at turn down weee adorable. Housekeeping even rolled our cords with Velcro. It’s a small thing, but that kind of attention was noticed and appreciated. We had breakfast at the main restaurant and in our room and it was great, so much fresh fruit. Our room had the best view of the sunset. We didn’t want to leave. But when we did there was a complimentary shuttle to Oia town, which was so convenient. It’s only five minutes away, but with no sidewalks we used the shuttle and didn’t feel stranded because they were so responsive via WhatsApp. They also gave complimentary beach bag and hats, so neat. And anytime we sat at the pool they brought out waters. Stay in this hotel!

Incredible hotel with amazing staff. I honestly could not fault the hotel in any way. I took my wife as a surprise for her 50th birthday, we had free champagne delivered to our suite twice, chocolates, cake, twice, balloons in our room when we returned from a meal. Truly amazing....

I took my wife as a surprise for her 50th birthday, we had free champagne delivered to our suite twice, chocolates, cake, twice, balloons in our room when we returned from a meal. Truly amazing. The breakfast is to die to die for I tried a different dish each day and was never disappointed. We eat at the Elements restaurant which was fantastic. I have traveled a lot and stayed at a lot of nice hotels but this is definitely one of the best. Well done to all the staff you made our holiday a truly wonderful experience.

Canaves Epitome is the epitome of luxury in Santorini. With breathtaking sunset views, stunning suites, and impeccable service, every moment here feels special. Just a short ride from Oia, it's a tranquil retreat ! Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!

We stayed at the Canaves Epitomes for 8 nights in August 2024. It is a truly wonderful place and the team there in all areas are the most friendly and courteous you can find. Nothing was too much. The accommodation was a very high standard. The hotel is a few minutes outside of the main resort of Oia which is a benefit as a shuttle service is provided on demand but you are not subjected to the very busy town, especially when the cruise ship guests descend. You can experience the amazing sunsets from the hotel without the need to travel into Oia. I would fully recommend this hotel.

Incredible Hotel in the perfect Oia Santorini location just 5 minute drive to Oia, but secluded and away fro tourist areas. Pool villa suite was beautiful with private dunking pool. Exquisite community pools, Excellent food and service. 10/10.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was our favorite place out of many other luxury hotel destinations. From check-in, you feel as though you have entered into a special place. They set a feeling of calm as they greet you with a signature drink and gently guide you through your stay. The shuttle into town was very convenient. The room was amazing and while they all vary I am sure none will disappoint. The breakfast was nice, but even better enjoyed in our private suite. The staff work seamlessly to make your stay feel so luxurious and relaxing. We hope to return someday to enjoy it all over again!
