What a perfect dream vacation! My stay at the Bulgari Hotel in Rome was nothing short of extraordinary, a true testament to Italian luxury and sophistication. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for an impeccable stay. The luggage service was flawless, with everything handled efficiently and with care, leaving me free to soak in the ambiance of this beautifully designed hotel. Breakfast at the Bulgari Hotel was an absolute delight. The service was next level, attentive and warm, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The coffee was exceptional, truly some of the best I’ve had, and the wide selection of food catered to every craving imaginable. Each dish was perfectly cooked, with an array of freshly squeezed juices that were both refreshing and delicious. The restaurant itself was grand, offering a large, spacious, and beautifully designed space that elevated the entire dining experience. The hotel’s overall design is a masterpiece, exuding elegance with a distinctly Italian flair. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere that is as inviting as it is luxurious. The hotel was full of surprises, including an Italian candy bar, adding a delightful touch to the experience. What impressed me most was that, despite the hotel’s unparalleled luxury, the prices were surprisingly reasonable on the menus and at the spa for the level of quality and service provided. The pool is paradise. Bulgari Hotel Roma is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a blend of modern elegance and timeless Italian tradition. I can’t recommend it enough and look forward to returning soon. It’s the only place I want to stay in Rome.

We visited through an invitation, and the hotel is stunning. Everything is brand new, with excellent service, beautiful and very comfortable rooms. The hotel’s location is outstanding. It’s close to everything, and we loved it. We highly recommend it, especially if your plan is to go shopping.
Rooftop bar is pricey and tipping is encouraged

This review pertains to the rooftop bar only (we didn't stay at the hotel). Getting to the bar, you need to speak to an attendant who then guides you to a special elevator which then pre-announces you to the bar hostess before the elevator takes you up. Maybe it's meant to deter the hot poloi. At any rate, it doesn't exactly make you feel at ease entering the bar. It was not crowded. We sat at the bar & ordered 2 martinis and were served two rather small ones. In Rome they alway serve you nuts and/or chips with alcohol and this was case here too. But they also surprised us with some hors-d'œuvres. We were going to have dinner elsewhere right after, but we appreciated it. When we gestured that we wanted to pay, the bartender, without missing a beat, removed the martini glasses, even though mine wasn't quite empty. (With drinks so small, I had been pacing myself.) The drinks cost 25 euros each and the bartender said something to the effect that he'd appreciate a tip. (This was unusual and the only place in Rome where we were asked for tip.) I wanted to at least have my glass back and have one last sip of of my pricy drink but the bartender had moved on and I couldn't make eye contact with him. There are many places in that neighborhood to have a cocktail that's a good bang for the buck and experience great Roman hospitality and ambiance. The rooftop bar at Bulgari Hotel Roma is probably way down the list. Pros: See the hotel hallways on your way to the elevator, free surprise hors-d'œuvres Cons: You won't necessarily feel welcome, somewhat small & pricey drinks, asking for tips, so-so service,

We are writing to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience we had during my recent stay at Bvlgari (20-24 November). From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the high standard of hospitality and service provided by your team. The whole atmosphere, the service throughout the hotel was exemplary. The staff, reception staff were warm and welcoming, the team of concierge were always courteous, professional, and attentive to any needs we had, excellent service was provided to us, we also want to point out that the option to have breakfast at any time during the day was excellent. It was clear that the hotel places great emphasis on guest satisfaction, and that made a huge difference. We are more the grateful for an upgraded room, the room we stayed in was not only comfortable but also beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay

Luxury price tag but no tour services
The lack of a competent concierge was glaring. Tourist services in July were non-existent. Paying 2000 euros per night for this level of service is unconscionable. I expected much more from a brand like Bulgari. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a perfect position in the center of the city. Our room was exquisite , the furnishings and bathroom were outstanding. Service and staff were exceptional and it made our stay in Rome so comfortable and convenient. If you are looking for luxury in Tome then this is where you stay. The pool and gym were also fabulous and really completed the whole experience. Breakfast is served all day which is a nice touch as you do not have to keep looking at the time whenever you wake up. The menu is perfect and is served in their outside patio area which is lovely. We shall return!

Flawless. We just left our 4 night stay at The Bulgari Hotel in Rome and are already planning our return! We absolutely love Italy, especially Rome so come often, and can honestly say this is now our favorite hotel in the city. I am a Virtuoso travel advisor and the Bulgari checked all the boxes my clients look for - exceptional service (professional but genuine and kind), incredible facilities including the best indoor pool/spa + gym I've seen, and a rooftop terrace and bar that are beyond. The room itself was dreamy, sophisticated and modern with a turndown service each evening that delighted with various desserts and hot tea. I can't recommend this property more. Grazie mille! 💫

The moment you step in this hotel you get transported to the world of luxury hotels without the snobisme you would usually encounter in some similar establishment, it had the beautiful Italian warm spirit, its is well placed in the center of Rome yet it has a SPA and its very relaxing atmosphere, the decor is breathtaking but in my opinion what make the whole difference is the kindness, the professionalism and the smile of the staff, special thanks to Kseniia the concierge and her colleagues who did look after us during our stay with so much love and dedication, she is such a lovely person. we also used every facility and we can say its a no fault. The breakfast is amazing with a very thoughtful selection and lovely morning staff, they will do anything to satisfy the customer which is heart warming. we did however notice the bar manager lady was very arrogant and wouldn’t even look at us every day we visited the bar, she is very nice to Italians on the other hand, racism / superiority vibes i would say, we were actually lucky to be looked after by Edoardo the assistant manager, he is was very considerate and lovely person and did help us a lot in our restaurants quest, the bar tenders always smiling and ready to offer the best drinks experience. We will certainly be back as the Bulgari Roma definitely won our hearts. Thank for the incredible stay and thanks for birthday cake and wishes.
