We have stayed her several years. Great hotel. Visited September and November 2024. Very clean, staff is awesome, very friendly. Room was efficiently cleaned and restocked each day. They offer morning breakfast and ice cream, cookies and cobbler each evening. Level parking lot and all at a fair price. Very nicely decorated for the holidays.

PROS: This is an affordable, very clean motel with friendly staff. PROS: This is an affordable, very clean motel with friendly staff. The breakfast is above average with offerings including several kinds of cereal, a variety of breads, yogurt, scrabbled eggs, sausage links and patties, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, make your own waffles, orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. As a bonus, there is a variety of cobblers, cookies, and vanilla ice cream offered at night (for no additional charge). CONS: The placement of the stairs wells between floors are oddly placed and there is only one small elevator. Also, if you have a specific room request, such as being on the ground floor, the motel charges extra to guarantee that request. Otherwise, they grant requests by giving the guests that paid the extra money for a guaranteed request first priority, then by giving the guests that booked their stay directly with the motel second priority, and then grant any other requests made through third-party reservations last. (This is the first I have heard of this kind of prioritizing)

Exemplary experience. The friendly owners, staff, and service were phenomenal. Room was super nice and extremely clean. My wife and I have stayed at newer hotels/motels costing two to three times the price that didn’t come close to Brandon’s Best. Breakfast was great and the evening with ice cream and cobbler was to die for. People that rated Branson’s Best anything but 5 stars are obviously impossible to please. When we go back to Branson, Branson’s Best will be where we stay. Sue, the owner, was stellar and helped us book our choices and places of entertainment. If we could give them 10 stars, we would. Absolutely excellent one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Hot breakfast 24hr excellent coffee and after 9PM 4 kinds of warm fruit cobbler and cookies AND soft serve ice cream. Owners are there almost always and they are VERY friendly and helpful

This is our go to hotel. Our reservations were made several months in advance. Upon arrival, we discovered that our room was not ready. They said we are short staffed on Sunday. Management immediately had our room cleaned and ready in about 30 minutes. Great wifi. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Plenty of hot water. We heard no noise during our stay at night. A couple of items to address, tv remote needs to be cleaned and sanitized. We would like to have seen more lighting on the third-floor walkway. It is dark to walk down. Elevator is a plus. I forget the night hours, but you can get ice cream and cobbler. Anyway, a fantastic hotel which we will be back. Oh, a great breakfast. Plenty of variety.
