We were not happy with the resort apon arrival. Seems that everything that could go wrong did. Then we met Carlos and even though we thought just another promise that won’t happen. He went over and above for us. He made our 46 th anniversary wonderfully special 💝

Kaci did a great zumba class, food is great, weather fabulous, lots of walking but shuttles available. Very welcoming hotel and I loved the pools and how the people were really nice and enjoyed my stay. 5 restaurants, lots of choices! Great view from my room

We were scared after reading the reviews of the hotel but thought that it might not be true. First impression at check-in was really bad as they were not able to provide room after promising two times and then after 3 hours wait manager came and declined directly that rooms are not ready, if we pay extra then we can get room early. Rooms are sinking, needs major renovations. There is race to book Chairs/beds at pool or beach early in the morning around 6 am. If you get up late from bed which you usually want to do in your vacations then you will not get any chair on beach or pool to sit/lay down during the day. Weird system. You have to stand in lines to get any drinks at bars or for a meal in restaurants as well which waste your half of vacation time. Except front office staff, other staff was friendly and co-operative. Do not expect that you will get a water bottle at front office but if you pay, yes you can get one. Not good experience overall. Will have to believe in reviews before booking hotels like these.

Excellent service. Always ready with our cappuccino and looked after our breakfast and lunch. Ruperta and Candiro were superb. Food and drinks were filled without asking. Thanks again for looking out for our more mobility restricted people.

There are trollies, but far and few between. If a trolly went by it was usually for the VIP or members only. Felt sorry for those who were older/or had any disability of walking. Long ways to the beach and the 2 pools I would call it a party place. Entertainment doesn’t start till 9:30 and the music plays all night making it so hard to sleep. Talked to others and they had the same complaint about the noise all night. There is a black white 24 hr sports bar. It is nothing like a sports bar. Where all the noise comes from Very disappointed. Food was ok (not bad), Overall results are- if you want to get rest/relax don’t count on it. Looks like a 5 star initially but seems to be a 3 star. Staff (5 star😉).

Roberta and Candto were excellent. Nice to relax and let someone else cook. Special restaurants were worth the walk. Omelet girl was friendly and efficient. Cannot wait for the new Circle one bar to be finished. Andres is great for any special requests. Catamaran captain was very friendly and skilled.

Been to many resorts yearly over 16 years. This is the worst experience my wife and I have had. Ive never made a complaint at any resort I've been to but this one deserves a review. Building number 7, which is apparently well known around the resort to be terrible as on our first night everyone we met said "oh your in building 7, we've heard about that building...". It reeks like sewer beyond being tolerable, phone in the room doesn't work and after 3 trips to the front desk they say there's nothing they can do, there's no rooms available. As I'm having this discussion there's multiple people checking out of the resort freeing up rooms but also saying they would never come back here again... It is now 3am and I've been trying to resolve this situation for hours, I extremely regret the decision booking at this resort. Book elsewhere...

Budget resort but clean and staff was very friendly. Food average but lots of options. Drinks on the lower end and all had an aspartame taste to them. Annoyance was Building 5 - No water 2 days and no hot water for most of our trip. Called multiple times.

Housekeeping did an excellent job as did the concierge who restocks the refrigerator in our room. The food was delicious and plentiful! The price to stay here is very reasonable. Eren and Andrea were very helpful in arranging our reservations for dinner and informing us of the Circle One parties and nightly entertainment.

Ruberta and Candido were amazing at the buffet for breakfast and lunch. David, Andrias and Huberto at the CircleOne bar were the best bartenders and hosts of the CircleOne beach area. The food was great, nightly shows were amazing. Great trip!

We had a few issues while at your hotel - there was DEFINITELY NOT enough lounging chairs…we go to relax, not fight for a chair near a pool or beach - there is NOT enough golf carts We were in #6 building, my husband could not walk well but there was very seldom a cart for a ride and when it came it was usually full - also In Our building the elevator did not work -the receptionist Tania was AMAZING, she helped in many ways and made our stay much better You should hire more people like her - the food was GREAT! No complaints at all in that dept PLEASE FIX THE LOUNGER SITUATION….or we will NEVER be back! There are way too many other resorts to choose from!
