We had a horrible experience. This used to be a Best Western and they covered it up with some fresh paint. In my opinion, this is nowhere near the caliber of a Tapestry. There's no elevator, so that was fun carrying all our luggage upstairs. Our room's AC was so loud and sounded like someone was beating a hammer to it. Someone lit a fire in the fireplace around us which sounded the fire alarm and the smoke carried into our room. Hands down the worst Hilton experience and they were awful when it came to requesting some of our money back even though they gave the other couple we were with some of their money back and they didnt even have anything wrong with their room. They just complained the amenities were not what was expected. I do not recommend staying here!

Stayed here in December 2024 and again in February 2025. First stay was in a larger suite that was in a separate building. That room had plenty of space, nice large bathroom with dual vanity, in-room fireplace with couch area around it. Only downside to that room is that the building it is in is separated from everything else by a short walk across a parking lot. The building felt isolated and it made using the hot tub and pool, which are back in the main hotel courtyard, a bit of a walk (minor compliant). The February stay was in the main building. Regular king room but it was ground floor and had a patio with direct access to the pool area. That was a really great feature. Bathroom vanity was small, especially w/ 2 trying to get ready simultaneously.
Location is fantastic. Very easy to walk to anything around the Sonoma square. Breakfast options were limited, but what they had was good.

We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. It was an unexpected reservation after our original reservation not turning out well. The pool area smd jscuzzi are very clean and inviting, the rooms are well appointed and the breakfast was great. Nice staff too.
Good value, Clean and Comfortable
This newly remodeled property was impressive. We’ve stayed here before and this was a welcome improvement. Rated 4 instead of 5 due to breakfast room being small and crowded. This newly remodeled property was impressive. We’ve stayed here before and this was a welcome improvement. Rated 4 instead of 5 due to breakfast room being small and crowded. Burritos weren’t heated before being put out and the juice boxes were super small. The muffins, however, were the best quality baked good we’ve had at a hotel. Be prepared to pay a small parking fee (even though this is clearly a BW property). The pool area was clean and well maintained. Very, very nice. Close to shopping and Sonoma Square. The water in the shower could have been hotter.

Very clean, spacious rooms, plenty of electrical outlets for all our gadgets, well-maintained grounds, nice sized family pool. Only negative is parking situation. Inn charges $5 per day for parking- no biggie. However, the number of spaces available is not sufficient for registered guests. Further, many spaces were labeled for compact cars - but registered, paying guests parked huge SUV's and trucks in the compact spaces. For us, we wanted Handicapped parking relatively close to our room. No spots were labeled for handicapped beyond one spot at registration office. We had to park an entire building away from our room - in a compact-car labeled spot which made getting a walker in and out of the back seat of our car near impossible.

Surprise! Come stay during a major, long term construction project.
Surprise! Extreme, long term and loud construction going on. Jackhammers, much of the parking lot torn up. Hard to drive into property and get to makeshift office (an actual hotel room)/breakfast bar (individually wrapped breakfast burritos and muffins), and eat at tables set up in parking lot. They should have closed the hotel for this construction. Unpleasant situation and the people at the "front desk" didn't care. Maybe they were worn down by customers disappointment and dismay.

Stayed here for one night as part of a road trip along the Sonoma/Mendocino coast. We had a great room, very spacious and a great bathroom with super shower and toiletries provided. We hadn't had a shower the previous morning because the shower in our previous motel was rubbish, but this made up for it in spades! Everything was very clean, and we loved that we could walk to the town centre to pick up some groceries, go to a restaurant, stroll around Sonoma, it was brilliantly located. However, because there were some ongoing works at the hotel, the reception area has been relocated to a pokey little room at the side of the main building and we encountered the two most dreadful receptionists (both female) we had ever encountered on all our travels abroad and in the UK! One, the lady who checked in, was quite old and her mouth and nose were covered by a surgical mask, so we couldn't hear a word she was saying, and she came across as a bit of a "jobsworth". The other girl (much younger) didn't appear to have a clue as to what was going on and when we overheard her dealing with another couple who were complaining that there were no sheets on their bed, gave us the impression that she really didn't care and seemed to be doing this couple a whole favour by going to check out the situation for them. We were not impressed at all at both their attempts at "welcoming" guests to the hotel. Ongoing improvement works and a temporary reception is no excuse for poor customer service. Thankfully, we didn't have to visit the reception area again, and were just able to check out quickly the following morning. But despite all this, it's a great place to stay - but if you can't do steps then it's probably worth asking for a downstairs room!

For a weekend visit to Sonoma where we were on the go the whole time, this location was just fine! Actually, we had a fireplace in our nicely appointed room, comfortable beds and private bath room. The courtyard also offers a pool, hot tub and steam room that we were not able to take advantage of. They do offer in room coffee and a quick breakfast in the hotel lobby, but you are likely in Sonoma for taking in all of the tastes, sights and sounds and will by-bass the lobby offerings. The location for this hotel cannot be beat. You can walk to the Sonoma city square just down the street. Great value, Great location. We were there for the first weekend of March 2024.
