Stayed 4 nights in One bedroom Villa. Room was nice, high ceiling, modern, aesthetic. Nice pool, with a view, you can see sunset and desert right from the pool. When I was there the weather is quite cold and windy but the water inside the pool warm enough, which is good. There's a lot of birds outside, be careful with their poop :) The Spa was really nice, I choose B signature spa with Carol, you can also chill at the spa pool after treatment. I like the ambience at the spa. For me the hotel, room, spa, and environment was nice, But there's something about this hotel which I think they really need to improve, namely the hospitality and services. 1. We had a late checked in, and wanted to ordered in room dining right when we're arrived, waiting for our butler to texted us (they informed us they will texted us ASAP) we waited for around 20 mins I think, but still no text, so we tried to call the reception, found out that our room phone was broken, so I called the reception by number from my cellphone, they said the number that we gave them not registered to WhatsApp :) long story short we found out that they saved a wrong number :) 2. In room dining food that we ordered always come at least an hour (even more) which for me it's quite slow, and they didn't gave us the expected time when the food will arrive, and we don't know exactly why our food is coming so slow. 3. There's a lot of small things that I noticed that the staffs not being nice, waitress at the restaurant when we had breakfast the next day, the buggy driver who drive so fast like he's in a rush even when it's night and cold. 4. We took sunset horse riding, everything goes well until when we're done our driver told us to be hurry and said "can you be quick because I don't have time" :) I know it's Ramadan, and he needs to break the fasting as soon as possible, but I don't think it's a right thing to say to hotel guests :) That's the long review of my experience staying in this hotel, I hope they improve :)

We would definitely recommend visiting Bob Al Shams resort and Spa. The highlight of our trip was the walking tour with Jamal and the safari with Ismail.They were both very attentive and informative. The food in the hotel was top notch too.Thank you so much guys for your warm welcome.

This is our favourite hotel on the planet. The feeling that although it’s full hut quiet is incredible. And this is the real Arabian experience. This resort is absolutely gorgeous! The whole place feels like a peaceful day spa, and the staff are always there to make sure everything is perfect. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and they went all out to make it special with a cake and fruit in our room and even another cake at dinner. The amenities are fantastic—heated pools that are so relaxing and a great spa. My husband and I did a hammam session together, and it was such a cool experience—super relaxing and just what we needed. We also went on the desert safari, and wow, it was such a blast! The high-speed dune bashing was so much fun, and our guide, Ismail, was awesome and hilarious. He made sure we had a great time and shared some really interesting stuff about the desert. Bab Al Shams is the perfect spot if you’re looking for a mix of adventure and relaxation. We can’t wait to come back!

Ms. Anees kindly guided me and helped me serve! he first asked if I was missing anything and helped me in a way that I felt comfortable. The accommodation is very clean and luxurious overall. I am satisfied. I wanna come here again. Lol. see you next year.

We were recommended Bab Al Shams by our son and his fiancé, and we weren’t disappointed. This is a fabulous resort, architecturally reminiscent of old souks, stylish and interesting. We stayed in a junior suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. What sets Bab Al Shams apart from other places is the outstanding service across all areas of the resort - reception, the lobby, the pool areas, restaurants, bars, the staff who keep the resort and the rooms spotlessly clean- thank you to every single one of them, they cannot do enough for you. There are too many to mention but I have to recognise Amal, who served us an exclusive dinner in Zala on our last night - he was outstanding and truly gave us a night to remember. I’d recommend doing the safari dessert experience, it was great fun and Ismail, our driver was brilliant, the best! Take the 5pm drive as it’s the last one, so no rush to get back and if you’re lucky like we were, you’ll see the most magnificent sun set. If you’re considering staying here- book it - it’s fabulous.
