Once again our October visit was as wonderful as ever. This hotel is the perfect destination for a quite relaxing holiday with everything on site to make it so. The hotel grounds including the beach were looking so much better than in May. The ground staff had obviously been working very hard.
We were back in our favourite room which although repainted since last year is starting to look a little dated. I believe refurbishment of rooms is taking place and hopefully every room will be included. All the many rooms we have stayed in offer wonderful views of the sea, and we have been able to watch many beautiful sunrises.
There are several restaurants on site offering different cuisines. As we always have a hire car we like to eat out; this gives us the opportunity to eat more traditional Rhodian dishes and to support local Tavernas and restaurants. When we do eat in hotel our favourite restaurants are the Pool Restaurants, Prestigio and Lachania. The food served is very good and beautifully presented, but the selection of dishes is a little limited. If the Grill Corner menu, served only at lunchtime, was also available it would offer more choice. It is here you will find the amazing Jani who is so welcoming and efficient, even when the restaurants are busy he still makes time to interact with guests making them feel special.
Talking of staff, we must say that one of the main reasons we have returned to the hotel year after year is because of them. Every member of staff is so friendly and kind, no request is ever too much trouble. We must mention some who stand out for us. At breakfast there is Elena who seems to have an amazing memory for guests’ preferences and Maria, who is sadly retiring this year. Her friendly, welcoming smile, which we have known ever since our first visit in 2014, will be sorely missed.
At the Pool Bar you will find a great team working so hard to serve hundreds of amazing cocktails and other drinks. A big thank you to the wonderful Voula who has the most beautiful sunny nature and the biggest smile, she also makes the best special Metaxa. Thank you also to George and Kristian for their friendly welcomes and sense of fun.
The reception staff are brilliant too. Ivan and Irini are so helpful and are never fazed by any requests. The porters, including Jan and Angelos, are often your first point of contact when you arrive at the hotel and their welcome and efficiency sets the exceptional standard of service you will experience during your stay. The only sad note for us is that Katerina the amazing Operations Manager, who now covers all 3 Atrium hotels, is no longer based solely at this hotel.
Stargazing was a new addition to the entertainment this year. A brilliant Thursday evening hosted by Stratos, with a chance to see the moon close-up, also Jupiter, Saturn, a dual star & other celestial bodies, as well as his knowledgeable interesting Astronomy talk. The amphitheatre was the perfect setting for the event.
We love this hotel, and we have already booked our flights for May 2025, our 15th visit!

We have recently returned from our 6th visit to this gorgeous hotel and cannot speak more highly of it! From the moment you arrive, the warm and joyful welcome from the brilliant reception team, always ready with a glass of bubbles before being whisked away in the buggy by one of the helpful and always friendly porters to our room. The complementary bottle of wine and fruit waiting for you in the room and that feeling of complete relaxation, after a day of travelling , begins! Heaven! The rooms are kept beautifully clean and it was such a treat to see Stella's creative flower displays! It is so hard to mention everyone as ALL the staff are exceptional and a real credit to the Atrium but we must, as always thank the amazing Voula and all her team at the Pool Bar. They make us feel so welcome and happy to be back - It is always our first stop. Then of course the gorgeous welcome at the restaurant by all, special shout out to gorgeous Elena and Maria for looking after us so well at breakfast and lunchtime and then Maria and Denis in the evening. George and the bar staff upstairs are a brilliant crew looking after us so well while we enjoy the evening entertainment. We met some wonderful people up there and thoroughly enjoying dancing to the live music with them. An afternoon trip down to the beach bar to say hello to the fabulous team down there. On this occasion my husband had a small accident and Fanis on the night team at reception was exceptional with his calm reassuring kindness. Trinity at the Spa is a very special woman, so kind and knowledgeable - my massage with Greta and MaireElena was just divine. Enias (The delightful Manager) is always on hand to ensure you have had a lovely day and that everything is perfect for you. We could go on and on but suffice to say we have booked again as this really is our happy place. Huge thanks to you all and hoping you have a very well deserved winter break before we see you again in May 2025.

This was our seventh visit to the Atrium. We like to go in October when the hotel is less crowded and temperatures are cooler. We always have a room with a private pool, but the hotel's pools and surrounding areas, are very pleasant and there is also the beach to enjoy. Everything is well maintained - the gardens are absolutely lovely. The layout of the hotel itself is quite stunning and the views are fantastic. Everything is very clean and the standard of housekeeping in the room is always extremely good - thank you, Marina!
There is a gym and I think the prices in the spa for treatments are quite reasonable. There is ample choice for food options across the hotels. The mini market is well stocked and priced competitively.
Lee, who runs the Dive Med, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My husband first dived with him seven years ago. It inspired him to gain lots of PADI qualifications.
This year we thoroughly enjoyed the star gazing/planet observation evening with Stratos and would definitely recommend this activity to adults and children alike.
The staff are absolutely wonderful and in our experience, cannot do enough for you. Friendly and welcoming and it's nice to see familiar faces when we return. We need to say a very special thank you to Katerina who is so efficient at organising everything and does her best to make everything happen. We need to also thank Enias (the manager) who literally 'walks the job'. He is absolutely everywhere all day and every day, interacting with guests and making sure everyone is happy. We were sorry to say goodbye to Maria in the restaurant who has retired. Raphael (one of the bar guys) is always cheerful and chatty as is Janis. However, we have to say a HUGE thank you to Voula, the bar manager. She (and her staff) work incredibly hard and yet remain so cheerful. She's very efficient and keeps the bars clean, well ordered, well stocked and she makes the best cocktails ever! I don't think there is a drink she cannot make.
We can definitely recommend the Atrium Prestige as a place of friendly tranquility.

What a delight that we found this 5* hotel. We booked a Platinum Junior Suite with private pool and premium all-inclusive. The room was very spacious with a super king bed, lounge area with sofa & armchair & huge TV. Lovely bathroom with jacuzzi bath, separate shower cubicle and double basin. Linen/towels fresh every day if so desired. Comprehensive mini bar with premium grade drinks, although getting it refilled was a little hit & miss. The terrace with sofa, armchair, table, 2 sunbeds and private pool overlooking the beautiful sea was just lovely.
The hotel grounds are pretty and very well kept. We found the buffet breakfast and food at the 5 al la carte restaurants to be very good - however work does need to be done on desserts, which weren't as good as they could be. The Hotel Phone/Tablet App was very useful, being able to order drinks from your pool or beach location and order room service. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, but some went above and beyond and deserve mention ... Vladimir, Eleni & Jani provided exceptional service and were so cheerful and friendly that they made a great holiday even better. Additionally, Paula at Reception was very helpful with all of our questions.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel and happily recommend it.

The grounds are immaculate and well maintained and once nightfall's the whole hotel takes on a magical feel transformed with glittering lights in the pools, which is the most amazing site against the backdrop of the gorgeous sea view .
We had a prestige room with its own pool and it was simply stunning.
As the hotel is a spa hotel it is based on relaxation and therefore the location is set in a peaceful area , set away from the madding crowds and the views from everywhere are Wow - if you would like to visit the rest of the island then car hire is readily available and there is a bus stop right outside for convenience , which takes you all over the island.
The Premium all inclusive is well worth paying up front as the food and drinks were 1st class .
We loved the Al La Carte restaurants but the main dining room is fabulous too .
All rooms have a mini bar which is restocked daily - complementary on all inclusive.
We were only in the hotel for 3 nights as we had other commitments but we could not fault this hotel and cannot wait to go back for a longer stay .

This was out second visit to this hotel. We like the quiet location and the great swimming. The staff is outstanding and the maid service wonderful. The hotel manager is very visible and seems to be on top of things. He does a great job. The food is good and plentyful . We had the half board which suits us well. Lots of salad, lots of fruit, main courses mostly pretty good. Large swimming pools and lots of sunbeds. Great spot to unwind.

We arrived quite late to the hotel, close to midnight and was greated warmly we were shown briefly around the resort by golf cart and then to the room, we were left a couple of plates of food along with a fruit platter and bottle of wine.
The rooms are spacious and well positioned with lots of storage if not a little aging (5019)
We did had a leaky toilet that was fixed whilst we were out .
Holiday makers here tend to reserve sun beds at the beach which there’s absolutely no reason to there’s that many. The beach is pebbly and the sea is crystal clear. We didn’t make it to the pool during the visit.
The app works well booking restaurants and ordering food and drinks to wherever you are. Didn’t have any issues getting into the restaurants but we were there mid September and so didn’t seem at full occupancy.
The grounds and facilities were great what let this hotel down was the quality of the food and friendliness of the staff.
The hotel itself is quite remote however you can hire a car or get a taxi to local towns but we went with the intention of having a relaxing week by the beach. Which we did.
Having read such great reviews of the hotel and the price paid we had high expectations and unfortunately for us it just didn’t reach those expectations.
Rooms were always cleaned to a high standard however we were both ill with food poisoning and so obviously took the shine off the place.
The food lacked any seasoning we didn’t go to the buffet so can’t comment on that.
The guy on the pancake station in the mornings was more interested in his phone than serving you the pre-made pancakes which were rubbery because they’d been sat there. And the morning hot plates were just warm, which ok it’s a buffet, for the price we did expect a a la carte breakfast menu which there isn’t. As a whole It just lacked that exclusive feel.
We had a late flight and had already pre arranged to keep the room for an extra day at a premium reading what others were able to secure a room for, which knowing the lack of bookings at that time of year could’ve been slightly discounted but there you go o guess this is the price you pay to guarantee the room beforehand.
Would we return, no. The hotel just didn’t have that premium feel.

Nice hotel on a beautiful, remote location, surrounded by untouched nature. A wonderful sand-pebble beach is south-facing and rapidly in the shade in the evening. Breakfast is a huge buffet of medium to good quality. Cooked dishes are made with low quality oil without the olive taste but gladly they have fresh greek salads, fresh fruits and the wonderful greek/strained yogurth. Rooms are good sized with a beautiful sea view but unfortunately the walls are paper-thin and the doors have a large gap on the side. You can hear every cough or snoring from the neighbors. On a Sunday morning you get woken up at 7.30 by the friendly but very loud speaking cleaning team. And if you’re unfortunate and have neighbors above you you hear every chair moving on the tiled floor. The evening entertainment is also very loud even in the most remote rooms. Gladly they usually stop at around 10 pm. All in all an ok 4 to 4.5 star hotel with international flair but certainly not feeling greek in any way.

Relaxing and personal experience

The hotel is lovely. The gardens, waterfalls and lagoons make beautiful surroundings and our time here was so relaxing, just what we wanted. There are several choices of restaurants and the food is good - quite short menus but a good range although I should have liked more fish options. We chose the Greek restaurant mostly and were made to feel very special by Nicos and his team, especially Janni and Vladimir, all of whom made our experience very personal and special.
Our room with pool was well-kept, although the design is a little tired and I think would benefit from a walk-in shower instead of bath and over bath shower. The view over the sea at sunrise was perfect, and I especially enjoyed watching the sparrows in the roof tiles. Overall a lovely place and I’d happily return.

If you are looking for a relaxed week away in a beautiful hotel with great pools and amenities then this is your place to stay!
Rooms always cleaned to a high standard, staff all helpful, pools pristine. We loved the quietness of the resort at this time of year - not sure how it would compare in the middle of the summer - my assumption is much noisier and lively based on the number of sun beds around the pools.
My partner had a massage in the spa which he said was very good and the spa facilities were top notch!
What lets this hotel down? The food. Plain and simply. We have stayed at Ikos hotels and Marbella Elix in Parga previously and this hotel does not compare to the food we enjoyed at those resorts. Don’t get me wrong, there is plenty of it, lots of choice and it’s not offensive - but we enjoy eating out and want to look forward to meals when on holiday and paying a lot of money and we simply didn’t on this holiday. The steaks were good quality but not flavoursome or seasoned, burgers looked lovely but were dry and over cooked. The pizzas weren’t that of Italian standard, there was no variety of vegetables on the buffet - it felt like that 5* food experience was missing. No bread basket while waiting for food at the Al La Cartes and service was sometimes slower than you’d expect.
Also to note that sending you away with paper cups for cocktails if you wished to take them back to your room - not a 5* experience at all and put me off having any round our own pool during the day!
Another point is the last day experience. All inclusive ends at 11am on your last dah - so if you have a late flight like we did you basically have to beg and pay extra to keep your room and get vouchers for meals that sh oh I’d just simply be included. This takes the shine off your holiday not knowing if you’ve got a room on you last day. Everyone gets vouchers for meals and drinks so why not just extend all inclusive until the time people leave to depart? Make it simpler and less stressful and make people value their last day with you . This is not a cheap resort to come to - we spent almost £6000 so to not feel wanted on our last day and have to pay and extra £100 to keep our room when I’m heavily pregnant and not flying until midnight is not great service - especially when the hotel was half empty! They say it’s down to your choice of flight - when you book a package holiday you get very limited choices and having checked all flights to the uk are fairly late on so please don’t use this as your reasoning.
Overall a lovely weeks holiday to enjoy some sun and time together before our baby is born but not the fully 5* experience we were looking forward to or expecting.
