This is a fantastic hotel. We went here for the last leg of our honeymoon and were not disappointed! The food, service and all staff seemed to make it their mission to make us feel special. Given how popular Santorini is, this is a rare gem on the island. Everything we wanted to do in Santorini the staff helped with, finding us the best restaurants/showing us the best hikes/guiding us to a truly fantastic day on a boat which collected from the hotel! I would highly recommend the Caldera boat trip they booked for us (morning slot) as was truly breathtaking and brilliant! The hotel is super clean/comfortable and the main pool is so beautiful with large unreserved cabanas, I would recommend getting their early if you are doing a sunbathing day as the majority of people have the same idea. Most of the suites have private pools, however, these are quite small, and are for dipping in rather than swimming. A perfect spot for couples, would not recommend for kids. My only qualm, is it's a tiny bit set back from the main roads into Santorini, which I felt gave us peace and quiet, but also meant, if you are walkers like us you have to cross a very busy road to get to the main restaurants. If you are planning on using Taxis/getting a car - you will have no trouble whatsoever.

Lovely resort with beautifully appointed rooms. Stunning outdoor and indoor areas and pool. Fabulous location a short walk from the main area of Fira and the bus station with an easy to use local bus system. Gracious and helpful staff. An excellent breakfast with much variety hot and cold.

An absolute oasis of amenities and sanctuary for the soul. Low keyed luxury. Tantalizing food and libations whether dining in the evening, midday nibbles by the pool or morning buffet. Engaging, professional staff catering to all your needs. Close enough to the action and far enough to retreat.

We stayed here in October 2024 for a week for our Honeymoon. We had the Royal Suite and went for the Luxury Living Package. The room was absolutely perfect, having both a private jacuzzi and pool made for some really lovely peaceful moments. Our room overlooked the east Agean sea and we were able to get some beautiful sunrise views from there, and being only a 5min walk to Fira you could easily get sunset views anytime you wished as well. The staff could not be friendlier, they took the time to know you and always asked about your plans for the day and when you returned, remembered, and asked about the activity you had just done. There was always a recommendation each time we left as well, and it wasn’t a ploy to get you spend any extra money, it was just something genuine to get the best experience for your visit. The front desk were able to arrange excursions as well, all of which included a pick up from the hotel. They also recommended local restaurants as well. We also used the spa facilities when there and the spa staff were incredible as well. Could not fault the experience and would really recommend Astro Palace for a stay in Santorini.

Just back from an amazing stay at the Astro Palace Hotel Firo. The hotel is very beautiful in the nicest location to enjoy the morning sunrise. However what makes this hotel great is the most exceptional staff. Some of the best we have ever met in our tavels.

Wonderfully friendly staff, great food, very relaxed and close to town. The private terrace with jacuzzi was well worth it. Sun rise in the morning was spectacular. Room was spacious and four poster bed was spectacular. The huge shower was lovely.

The staff at Astro Palace were universally warm and welcoming. They were extremely helpful during our stay ensuring we had the best trip possible. Their restaurant recommendations were much better than any online resource. The room was perfect with a great view.

Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had stunning views, all just a short walk from Fira. The front desk team was especially helpful, providing excellent recommendations and even handling our reservations with ease. I’ve never encountered such personalized and thoughtful customer service. The complimentary breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with new options each day. On the morning of our early flight, the staff went above and beyond by packing us breakfast to go. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again!

We passed a great week at Astro Palace Hotel and Suites. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the ladies of the front desk who also helped us during our stay with all types of information and services. The whole staff was extremely kind and helpful. We had a beautiful, spacious room overlooking a private pool and terrace. The everyday cleaning and towel service was perfect. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food and you were even free to ask for additional items like special egg dishes or coffees. During the day and from 7 pm you could make your choice from a menu of fine food and drinks that you could have served outside near the pool area or in the inside restaurant. Drinks were served till late in the evening at the outside pool bar by always smiling staff. The hotel is very well located at a 10’ walk from downtown Fira, away from the crowds but easy to reach. You can all also visit from here the hot spots of the islands and the staff helps with booking taxi’s, tours or boat trips. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend this hotel when you stay at Santorini. Many thanks and compliments to the staff.

We came here for our honeymoon and would highly recommend. Hotel staff in general were very welcoming and friendly, staff at reception taking time to recommend places to visit and excursions we could do. The hotel was amazing, great views from the pool and very well kept and clean. Bar staff were also very polite. Breakfast was lovely, a buffet with a variety of cooked food, pastries and fruits etc. The room was great as well with the pool and jacuzzi, which again, was well looked after by cleaning staff. Hotel is also well located, just a short 5-10 minute walk from the town centre. One of the most enjoyable places we have stayed and will definitely be returning in the future.

We had an enjoyable stay at this very nice hotel just outside the center of Fira. The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a bar by the pool manned by two very nice bartenders. You can enjoy breakfast by the pool or drinks after dinner. The breakfast is included in your stay and has a variety of breakfast items. We definitely plan on returning to this beautiful hotel.

Great hotel, but the staff really made the stay. Convenient location close to Fira. Hope, Katerina, and Marilena saved our vacation since our booking elsewhere turned out to be a scam. The bar and restaurant staff were always pleasant, helpful and accommodating.

The staff were amazing, specially the ones at the reception. They go out of their way to make your stay perfect! Had our own private pool, clean and tidy rooms. The room were very clean and tidy, they come very morning to clean the room. Excellent staffs.

The Astro Palace is a beautiful hotel with some of the finest personal service I've ever received. The desk clerks (Achmed, Katerina and Hope) treated us warmly and knew exactly who we were and where we were headed and were incredibly helpful in making reservations and arrangements for us, whether it was a taxi or a dinner. The rooms were spacious with a gigantic shower with two rain shower heads which was impressive. Breakfast was elaborate and delicious. The hotel is a short walk from the center of town, which makes a nice distance between you and the hubbub. We loved it!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Astro Palace at the end of April. The exceptional staff made the stay for my partner and I truly memorable, mostly because of their sincere conversations and hospitality. A special thanks to Georgia and Ahmed at reception, as well Adbul and Dimitri in the bar/restaurant. We were even offered a complimentary room upgrade as we were there for my birthday, however kindly declined - we were happy with what we booked. The hotel was immaculate, and the friendly housekeeping staff were always around to do a daily clean if required or assist with any amenities needed. The view of the sea from the pool is picturesque with frame of the beautiful hotel and greenery. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful stay, just a few minutes walk from the bustling streets of Fira.

We booked a stay at a different resort in Santorini but were disappointed with the venue. We then reached out to Astro Palace and mentioned that it was our honeymoon. They told us that they had a room available and once we showed up they had upgraded us to a special suite! Beginning to end, the staff were absolutely incredible and very accommodating. We wish we had booked here for both nights of our Santorini stay as it was truly an amazing experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming and luxurious space with beautiful views.

Astro Palace is amazing - great location, really friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful pool and bedrooms. Hope and the receptionists were so helpful and made our trip seamless by helpful us with restaurant reservations, taxis and excursions. Would highly recommend!
