We had a very pleasant 3 nights at Aqua Natura. The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming, especially Aldonio. The room was very nice with a great sea view and welcome drinks at the reception and in the room were a nice surprise. We enjoyed our meals in the Sea View Restaurant, the staff were very pleasant and it was a nice place for our evening meals. We always received a friendly greeting from the chamber maids. We would have given 5 stars if it were not for the Roof Top Restaurant where we had a meal one evening. We did not feel the staff were as friendly as the Sea View Restaurant and the food was disappointing and not good value for money. We did not feel that the on going renovations inconvenienced us and we look forward to returning one day to try the new suites and restaurant. Thanks again.

Amazing hotel-beautiful views exceptional food, facilities and staff. Everyone was so warm and friendly, they couldn't do enough to make our say more pleasurable. Perfectly located hotel with outstanding sea views. Plenty of things to do in the locality. The island of Madeira was a magical escape.

However, the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from our room. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, taking in the stunning ocean scenery. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel!

We liked a lot of the hotel. Location of the hotel and the quality of restaurants (sea view and roof top) were quite and extraordinary. Especially the Japanise cousine roof top restaurant was of our favorite. The hotel personnel were very friendly both at the reception and in the restaurants.

The hotel was comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the sea pools were perfect to swim in once the waves calmed down. The breakfast was also delicious, with fresh fruit juice every day.

Excellent hotel, in a beautiful location with breathtaking views from the room. The service of the staff is great and the onsite restaurants, particularly the 'Seaview' restaurant is fantastic. The hotel had dedicated parking for guests and free access to the nature pool, which were great pluses.

This hotel has no need to worry about arranging a sea view, all rooms are in sea view. I think this is the best hotel in terms of location and views. The waves were excellent enough to feel the power and beauty of nature. Highly recommend^^

Beautiful place - the view from the terrace, the pools directly in front of the hotel. Staff was super friendly. I was able to use the pool of the other hotel and the restaurant was so kind to still serve us with food although opening hours were already over.

We stayed for 3 nights in room 204 and really enjoyed our time in this town. Parking was free and close by our hotel. We had been traveling for 2 months and this was our last stop! The room was nice with a comfortable bed and balcony that had a “commanding” view of the crashing waves below! The waves were mesmerizing to watch and we loved the sunsets from the ocean restaurant! We had half board and meals were very good … breakfast was delicious, fresh and with variety! Staff was kind and helpful! We saw the other two properties by aqua the studios ( very little views and tucked back in behind buildings ) and the aqua natural at the other end of town. Aqua natural was not as close to the sea and the lobby was quite large and “ soulless” in our opinion. The hotel was larger than ours and catered to tour groups. Our hotel aqua Madeira catered to the independent traveler and was quieter and with amazing waterfront sea and lava pool views . We received free passes to the lava pools below. Our lobby was also more intimate and cozy with fantastic views outside to the sea. We also received a bottle of wine upon arrival for our anniversary which was appreciated! They are building a restaurant next door with studio rooms on the top level which will be really stunning ! We highly recommend this little gem on the northern Madeira coast!

The ocean front view from the room was spectacular and the staff was very friendly and informative. Thoughtful touches very evident in the room with chocolate on the pillows and a complimentary sparkling wine. We would love to come back in the future!

It was a nice stay, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with nice verity. I didn't like the coffee, but it is only me. The most fabulous thing was the sound of sea waves hitting the stones all day and night and of course the sea view.

Everything was superb. Stunning views, beautiful surroundings, excellent food & service. We enjoyed listending to waves and unintereupted oceán view from the room or balcony. Unfortunately did not try the Natural pools. Would come back again any time.
