We had the most amazing stay, the room and balcony were beautiful, the staff all of them from housekeeping/reception/spa and restaurant could not do enough for us, they recommended some amazing places to visit and eat, we did the hike across the hill, horse riding on the beach, catamaran, snorkelling and visited the restaurant cave, and would love to come back, the shuttle in the evening was perfect running every hour, all in all 5*, could not recommend them highly enough. So thank you very much all of you. And hope to see you again soon.

I stayed at Andronis Concept this October for my honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful Cycladic architecture and breathtaking views of the Caldera. Zoe was amazing and helped us plan the perfect itinerary, from exploring Santorini to recommending incredible experiences. One of the highlights was the most romantic dinner at Lauda, a sister property, where the food, atmosphere, and views were unforgettable. Our suite was gorgeous, with thoughtful details like welcome treats and a lovely surprise on our last night to celebrate our honeymoon. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and October was the perfect time to visit — peaceful with great weather. Andronis Concept made our honeymoon so special, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

My stay at Andronis Concept was nothing short of magical. I had the pleasure of staying in the Armonia Suite, and from the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The personalized service was truly exceptional, with rose petals, decadent truffles, and champagne waiting for me in the suite, making for a beautiful welcome. The suite itself offered breathtaking views and a private pool that made watching the famous Santorini sunsets an unforgettable experience. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight, and my favorite dish was the catch of the day freshly prepared to perfection and full of flavor. I loved the desserts too!! The staff made my stay truly memorable. Gabriella at reception made me feel immediately at home with her warm welcome and attention to detail. Vicky by the pool was attentive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect as I relaxed by the water. And Giannis from the restaurant made dining there an even better experience with his impeccable service and kindness. Thank you, Andronis Concept, for an extraordinary stay. We stayed at Andronis Concept for our honeymoon and it was perfect. We found the hotel through American Express Fine properties and hotels, and boy was it! Andronis took amazing care of us and made sure that our honeymoon was special. I had pre-booked a honeymoon surprise in our room with a beautiful bouquet of roses, chocolate strawberries, and some Moët. It was all absolutely fabulous. We were there towards the end of the season in Mid-October so the whole island was less busy, but the weather was amazing. The location of Andronis Concept is fantastic because you have beautiful views of the caldera and Oia, without being in all the busyness of Oia. It was very relaxing, especially with every room having their own heated infinity pool. We did a fabulous cooking class while at Andronis, and it involved using the on-site garden for the freshest most local meal. Overall everyone from the staff, to the food, Andronis was quite perfect and should highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Santorini. The dinner at the on-site restaurant and room service was ALSO phenomenal!

The staff at the hotel were sweet and well-intentioned, however they were not"polished." The management obviously does not instruct the staff about high-end clients so they were not knowledgeable about destinations, activities and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were sweet and well-intentioned, however they were not"polished." The management obviously does not instruct the staff about high-end clients so they were not knowledgeable about destinations, activities and restaurants. That left the staff to simply recommend sister hotel restaurants and activities, So if asked which is the best cooking class, for example, they would recommend their own...only. When asked about a specific restaurant just 4 minutes from the hotel, they said they never heard of it, but offered to make a res at their restaurant. The hotel manager had breakfast in view of the other diners each morning and never once came over to see how the guests were doing or ask if there was anything we might need. The rooms and main areas had a nasty odor, not what one would expect from a luxury hotel in Santorini. The food at this hotel is awful from the sub-par breakfast to the average-at-best poolside fair. Not at all like our experience at other hotels in Greece. The hotel is indeed beautiful with infinity pools in all of the rooms, and the location is perfect in Imerovigli overlooking the sea, We enjoyed the exquisite views and our suite was lovely although the bathrooms are tight. All in all a beautiful hotel with OK amenities.

My husband and I spent four days and three nights at the Andronis Concept hotel. We were celebrating his birthday and our 20th wedding anniversary. Let me begin by saying that Zoe greeted us when we arrived and was extremely helpful our entire trip. All staff were friendly and helpful but Zoe went above and beyond. The hotel is beautiful and our hotel room had a private pool with a beautiful view. We could not ask for more. Also, we were to able to walk to Fira and Oia as their were walking trails close to the hotel. If you are thinking about staying here, do not hesitant. We hope to return in the future.

Excellent resort and highly recommended. Pros: Stunning view. 5 star service. Beautiful and new. Serene and peaceful. Beautiful spa. The location on the edge of the cliff is amazing. Don't hesitate to stay here. Difficult if not impossible to do better on the island. Tips: The lower rooms were built right up against a highly used public walking path so people can look right into your room and patio. Our upper level room was a HUGE improvement and much bigger. Definitely worth the extra cost. All the bathrooms are nice but have an airplane sized sink with 0 countertop. A minor problem in the big picture. Fabulous location, service and resort!

Absolutely wonderful hotel, couldnt recommend highly enough. Rooms are stunning with views of the caldera. Staff go above and beyond particularly Vicki, on poolside, who is so attentive. Location is fab. Ideally situated away from the busy towns but still within walking distance.

A superb return visit to Andronis! We stayed two years previously and it was the most wonderful experience so we knew that it was going to be exceptional again. Zoe made our stay so enjoyable by organising our fabulous trips to Thirassia, wine tour, excellent restaurant recommendations and ATV hire. A highlight for us was dining at Throubi restaurant where the service, presentation and quality are outstanding! Also helps that the mixologist is amazing! Can’t wait to visit again! We stayed 5 nights here on our first visit to Santorini - check in experience was very helpful with lots of tips of things to do Situated on the walk way from Fira to Oia but our room still had privacy as we were elevated above the path - be aware in Santorini of rooms on the pathway as they are not very private ! Hotel offers a shuttle service every night to Oia which was super useful to visit restaurants - we also dined onsite 2 nights and the food was amazing as was the service from the Sommelier who recommended some very nice wine - amazing view from the restaurant terrace Room was very clean and service from all staff was great

Andronis Concept Resort was spectacular! It’s modern, recently built and the suites and amenities first class! Our concierge, Eva, was quite simply the best we’ve ever experienced! She was super professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond our expectations on a daily basis. There were three couples in our group, all with different preferences and Eva absolutely made our trip by catering to our every need regardless of day or time. She suggested and arranged a boat charter, vineyard tour, museum tour and all our lunches, dinners and transportation. She along with ALL staff made for a very memorable trip to Santorini!

I first visited Andronis Concept with my former boyfriend two years ago, and from the moment we arrived, I felt like I had stepped into paradise. I've stayed at many 5-star hotels throughout my life, but this one is truly in a league of its own. I first thought I was being so enthusiastic about this place because of our trip together, but I quickly realized it wasn't about that but about the place, Andronis Concept itself. I came back on a couple of solo trips for work for my lifestyle company, and the experience only gets better. Andronis concept approach to customer hospitality is beyond what you are used to in Greece. The service is impeccable, the staff are warm, and the rooms will blow your mind. The breakfast area, with its breathtaking views, makes every morning feel like waking up in heaven, you will feel all the feels! The spa? Another level entirely. You’ll feel as if you’ve left the island and been transported to cloud nine for a few magical hours honestly. Not to mention the peace and quiet all around. The reception staff are always ready to assist with a smile and great mood! I’ve been fortunate enough to experience other Andronis hotels, and their commitment to exceptional customer hospitality shines throughout the entire group really!

This is the most incredible hotel I have ever stayed at. It was as beautiful and as luxurious as I had hoped! The private infinity pool and the views are as breathtaking as I had imagined. The thing that stands out to me the most was the customer service. They made us feel like royalty! They use WhatsApp to communicate the entire trip, and you get an immediate response every single time. They coordinated anything and everything so easily and quickly. There is another app for the hotel itself that was incredibly user friendly as well. We ordered cocktails to our room with about 3 clicks (I didn't have to enter my name or room number or anything), and less than 10 minutes later it arrived to the room. They somehow knew who was ordering it. We then went to dinner later that night at Throubi restaurant (at the hotel) and when we entered, the host asked how our drinks were. The bartender came up to our table shortly after, greeted us by name and mentioned that he hoped we had liked the cocktails that he had made for us. The personal touches they have with their customer service were mind-blowing. This was just one simple example, and the entire trip was like this! While not cheap at all, it was absolutely worth every penny to have this once-in-a-lifetime experience! I seriously cannot recommend Andronis Concept Wellness Resort enough. A perfect place for a romantic get-away. Also, hats off to Zoey at the front desk. She was wonderful and kind and incredibly helpful!

Everything exceeded our expectations. I wish I could give 10 stars! The location is beautiful!, And I can't say enough about the staff, how courteous, how gracious, and how wonderful they all are. From the minute we arrived there were always smiles and warmth. Elsa and Gaby and Anastasia were always there to help us and could not do enough. Our room with the pool and the extra sundeck was exceptional and it was nice to have the second floor as well. Breakfast was wonderful and served immediately. Never a delay and again always a smile! Nina at the spa was amazing and her massages were incredible. She even led a walk from the hotel to oia and made the 2 1/2 hours hike go by in a flash. Whenever we needed directions or a taxi or anything, it magically appeared. The main infinity pool is beautiful and the cave pool is incredible. I can't say enough about how wonderful the resort is and how we were treated like family. We were also lucky to visit two other Andronis resorts, but I am glad we picked the concept location as it was very quiet and welcoming .do not miss the throubi restaurant for a delightful sunset meal and amazing food! If I could, I would go back tomorrow, it was well worth the 12+ hour trip from NY and I look forward to returning, and being part of the Andronis family!!!!!! As i said, 10* stars!
