This is a cool property. It is situated on the "other side of the hill" from downtown Oia, just steps from the main drag. Our room overlooked the western side of the island, with a great sunset view. The rooms are big, bright and airy. Ours had a personal pool that was wonderful. The bed is large and comfy. There are at least 3 pools one with an in-pool sit down bar. The property is well kept. Note that it is no a hillside, so walking up and down hills is required (as is most of Santorini). Note that the main pools are not heated and rather cool. The pool in our room was heated. There are two restaurants, we ate ate one and it was great. The grand pool is quite a sight. It is large and has various islands. There are nice comfy lounge "bags" surrounding the pool. This is a five-start resort and not inexpensive, but a great experience.

Room - Natura Suite, thank you for arranging this room for us. Well worth selecting this option if possible. Loved the shower in here! Hike - Amazing experience and very grateful the hotel is running this as it took the hassle out of trying to arrange it ourselves. The hotel is as amazing as it looks in the photographs and the food is exceptional, but the thing that makes this hotel stand out from others is the service. I have rarely received such impeccable, professional and outstanding service from so many individuals at one hotel. The standards the staff are trained to are exceptionally high and each staff member is a credit to the hotel and brand. Thank you to Dimitris and the rest of the guest experience team for making certain arrangements to make our stay extra special. Thank you to Demetris the tour guide for an amazing experience on the hotel complimentary hike. This was the highlight of our trip. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. The other Andronis hotels seem just as spectacular, however Arcadia offered the right balance for us in terms of relaxation and atmosphere. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We’ve just had a wonderful 10 night stay at the gorgeous Andronis Arcadia in Oia. Beautiful ,stylish, contemporary. The service by each and every member of staff was excellent. The attention to detail was superb.The Beefbar restaurant was a highlight too. Thank you to all. We’ll be back 😀

Best resort I’ve ever stayed at the people are fabulous the views beyond beautiful definitely 5 star in every way If you are fortunate enough to book this do not hesitate it’s gorgeous. Also 5 min walk to oia center but far enough away to be private and peaceful

We loved our honeymoon at Andronis Arcadia! The infinity pool is incredible with amazing views, and the location is perfect because it is private but still so close to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff are so friendly and the breakfast is delicious. There were also lots of special touches including the welcome drinks, rose petals and candles that made this stay a memorable experience!

The service here was truly outstanding. They took time to know you and would do anything that you asked. The little touches were what made this as good a service as anywhere. Arranging a rental car, but having it brought to the hotel and left at the hotel at the end. They did excellent work with reservations and we always landed up with the best table. The hotel is on the opposite side of the caldera, which may be odd for some people, but what it means is your stay will be peaceful and quiet because there are no tourists buzzing around and it is a few minute walk up the hill. The room was well appointed both inside and out. Again, the staff was excellent and tried very hard to enhance your enjoyment. My only criticism was the food. The restaurant and the surrounding pools were a real highlight of the hotel, and the staff in the restaurant were also excellent, but the quality of the food, and to be honest, this was a Santorini issue, not just the hotel. But high pricing and low quality is a concern. If I had to pay the 7 euros for the coffee, I would have been exceedingly disappointed. I tried for three days to try and find something good for breakfast, finally opting for tea and a bowl of porridge! Regardless, the food in much of Santorini, especially in Oia was not good and that was also the case here, but it does not detract from the very high quality of service and lovely accommodations. I would certainly recommend staying here.

We recently celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary at Andronis Arcadia in Santorini and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Even before we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care and attention with helpful email correspondence. The staff went above and beyond during our stay, thoughtfully decorating our room with rose petals and candles whilst we were out for dinner on our first night – such a special and romantic touch that set the tone for our stay. Our stay finished on a high when the team kindly accommodated our late (evening) checkout request, meaning we were able to make the most of the last day of our trip. We stayed in a stunning sea view suite with a heated plunge pool. The location was excellent—just a short, easy walking distance to the Oia Caldera, but away from the sometimes insanely busy crowds within the Caldera. It gave us the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The service was impeccable; no request was too big or too small. The entire team was incredibly responsive and ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. The overall atmosphere at the hotel was luxury chic, including the chilled vibe of the main swimming pool, where we once again were met with excellent service including complimentary sorbets and refreshing mocktails. All hotel restaurants we dined at were excellent, we particularly enjoyed daily breakfast at the Pacman and sunset dining at the Lycabettus. We also loved our hike from Thira to Oia expertly guided by Dimitris, whose knowledge of the island’s history made the experience even more enriching. The Evexia spa managed by the welcoming Iliana, was serene. Whilst there I attended a lovely grounding vinyasa yoga class led by Joanna. We can't recommend Andronis Arcadia and its welcoming team highly enough. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration and time in Santorini so memorable!

You have the best combination of privacy, relaxation and spectacular views. What takes Andronis Arcadia to the "next level" however is the outstanding customer service that is always polite, attentive and professional from every member of the team. Special thanks to Mariana who made us feel instantly welcome on arrival and for her expert advice and recommendations during our stay, to Ourania who welcomed us every day to breakfast in the Pacman restaurant, to Pantelis and all the waiting staff, to Angela our housekeeper and Janis and Paris at the pool side. You made us feel like we wanted to stay forever.

The Grande Pool bar staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Food and drink excellent. Janis (Jonathan) was especially friendly and helpful. The pool is enormous and good for paddling and swimming. Wonderful chairs and beds in sun or shade.

Great dinner with an amazing view. At the same time there was a party taking place with traditional music and artists. Well organized and a surprise with fireworks. The service was really friendly and kind. Looking forward to visit it again

The Andronis Arcadia is perfectly located, close enough to Oia which is bustling with energy and enough of a distance to escape to a calm retreat. The views are stunning from the hotel and the sunset from the poolside bar is a spectacle beyond words. The rooms are specious and the resort has all one needs, restaurants, a lovely boutique, a spa and the gym. The highlight of the hotel was their friendly staff who were ever so helpful in taking care of our needs. Marianna in particular looked after us very well and advised us on all our excursions timing them to perfection. I would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious way to explore Santorini. You will be very well looked after.

The Andronis Arcadia truly lives up to its reputation, it’s absolutely gorgeous in every way. Our sea view suite was stunning, with a beautiful layout, luxurious shower, and a view that took our breath away. The location is ideal: steps from the heart of Oia and the caldera, but still easy to access for tour pickups and drop-offs. One thing to note is that depending on where your room is located, it can be a bit of a walk to get back to the lobby (uphill, about 10–15 minutes), though golf carts are available if you call ahead. The pool area is beautiful and quiet—we wish we had more time to enjoy it. Breakfast is included and delicious, and the hotel restaurants (Beefbar and Pacman) were two of the best dining experiences we had in Greece. The service, food, and ambiance were all phenomenal. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Santorini.

Spent along time planning where to stay on the island and the Andronis Arcadia did not disappoint. The staff were amazing - special mention to Zoe (apologies if spelling is incorrect), they were all so attentive and polite. Our suite was stunning and ideally located by the Pac-Man bar/restaurant where breakfast was served and also gave us access to main pool. Took on board the recommendation from Zoe to try a catamaran cruise around the island and she was completely right - it was amazing. The resort is a short stroll via steps - wear suitable footwear, from Oia. Definitely worth a visit during the day and at night, the views are breathtaking. Plenty of shops if your partner likes retail therapy!!!!! Could not fault the Adronis Arcadia and its staff at all. It and they were fabulous and we will certainly be going back for an equally as memorable holiday. Thank you. Room 701

Our favorite saying of hers, was “consider it done!” We did have some challenges twice at the restaurant with service/wait times/communication, but the food was good.

Beautiful and private view from our private infinity pool. Excellent shower and bathtub setup. Good coffee maker. Minibar. Room service. Spa. Very clean. Good climate control. Locking sliding glass doors. Good value! We went into Santorini for tours but most enjoyed our time spent kicking back at the hotel.

Our first visit to Santorini to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary (part one). From the airport pick up to drop off everything was perfect! The check in process smooth, the room fantastic and all the staff first class. We generally choose our hotels based on trip advisor reviews and to date have not been disappointed. Many have written about the wonderful staff, they were right, others have written about the sunsets, which were superb! We enjoyed a great hike with Dimitros, something we’d recommend, the wonderful spa, and finally both restaurants, which are worthy of five stars in their own right. We’ll be back.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Andronis Arcadia in Santorini. They have the largest pool in the island. Individual suites have a heated pool if you select that option which is really a nice addition for couples traveling. They have a beautiful restaurant beef bar that overlooks the Aegean Sea and you can watch the most beautiful sunset. The hotel is also located directly across from the shops in the town of Oia. Overall great location, accommodation and staff! 10 out of 10!
