Excellent service, from both Keane and Ramadan that were excellent and really helpful !! They went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with everything. I ll certainly return there ! Not to be missed, make sure you take a close look at this option for Dubai Palm

We have just returned from our stay at the hotel but are not satisfied at all, we arrived at 01.30 in the night and we were assigned a room for disabled people. That's really not a nice feeling as a couple to have to stay in a room like this, then we went to the reception in the morning to report this and they gave us a room on the street side where we couldn't sleep until 02:00 in the morning because of the sound of the car, really not normal, we have never come home so tired from a holiday! This hotel is definitely not recommended for a relaxing holiday. Next time Dubai will definitely not be there.

The Andaz is an excellent hotel, with a fantastic service ethic, This was shown when we arrived at 1.30 am and guess what no room in any shape or form. To say that I was a bit upset was an understatement. What they did was find us a room at another Hyatt 30 minutes away. Not a great feeling having been travelling all day and very tired. We returned to the Andaz the following morning about 11 am and from that point on the experience was fantastic. They had upgraded our room type to a mini suite which was very nice and upgraded to half board plus which included drinks with dinner. The room was very nice but the standout was the staff all of which were fantastic especially poor Elna on reception who managed the whole no room problem very calmly and politely. The catering team do a magnificent job, we had dinner at the buffet for all 4 nights and I don’t think a single dish was repeated. The Indian catering team produce magnificent food every time. Choices for Vegetarians, Vegans, and carnivores with a superb selection of fresh hot and cold food. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The 2 pool areas are very nice, especially the large outdoor pool near the beach, lots of sun loungers and shady spots as well. The 14th floor adults only pool was nice with great views and a relaxed chilled adult vibe. The hotel is in close proximity to the Nakheel mall which has everything you could need, and only a 15 minute taxi to the Mall of the Emirates. In summary I’m would definitely choose the Andaz if we do return to Dubai for location, but above all the food and service.

This was our first trip to Dubai, and the experience was amazing! Besides all the places to visit, this review is about the Andaz Dubai The Palm hotel. The hotel itself is on the trunk of the palm directly opposite the Nakheel Mall and The View tower (both well worth a visit!). The hotel has its own private beach and beach club bar. Interior: the décor was clean and modern. The air throughout was filled with lovely scent from some of hidden diffuser - the lobby and corridors smelt wonderful! Our room had a great view of the bay and Dubai downtown. It was spacious and comfortable. Dining: breakfasts and most dinners were in the main dining area just after reception. But if you can go down to CoCo beach bar for dinner. The Mexican food was better than we'd had in Mexico! A special shout out to Kavin for making us super welcome! Overall: great location for our first trip to Dubai. Tips: dress like a celebrity, take a local taxi to Atlantis The Royal (about 18 Dirhams) and visit the Ling Ling bar.

The hotel was perfect location to enable a walk out up a mall and also to West Beach . This was a real bonus. There is also a small row of great quality restaurants on the beach within 5 mins walk, we are there a couple of times including a fabulous Sunday lunch. Hotel was spotless and always smelt gorgeous like a high end spa. Staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble. The only food we ate in the hotel was breakfast but no complaints, great quality and options to offer fresh made egg dishes. Hotel grounds and swimming pool area was great, lovely view of the sea and the burj. Generally quite peaceful and relaxing, a little bit noisier on Sundays with local families and children but there is an adult only pool if you want it. All in all great stay and would not hesitate to return!
