Absolutely beautiful hotel, will definitely be my hotel of choice when back in Bangkok. The staff were fantastic- especially in Trader Vics but everyone was lovely. My only negative is that we booked a river view room ( more expensive ) but it was so noisy all night long as it is a busy working river and our sleep was disturbed several times a night. Next time I’ll book a pool view, looked much better. Bangkok far exceeded our expectations as did this lovely hotel.

From the moment we were picked up from the airport the excellent service commenced by the Anantara team. We stayed in a deluxe junior suite and although we didn’t ask for a river view you could see the river from our balcony. We only stayed 2nights but needed longer to experience all the resort has to offer especially the restaurants. Too many great team members to single any out.

I highly recommend the hotel!! - The room is large and super clean. All the amenities in the room is well equipped. I enjoyed the facilities in the hotel. - Swimming pool is well maintained and so relaxing. I could literally stay there all day with fresh coconut juice! One of my favorite thing about the swimming pool here is that there's first come first serve for the sunbathing chair on the spot. I don't like the system that people just leave their towels to book the chairs and then disappear for half day. Here, you go to the staff, and they will find a chair for you. I love this idea so much!! - Breakfast is superb! I stayed there for a week and never get bored of the breakfast here. - Shuttle boat service is free of charge. The boat comes on time and boat staffs are very nice and friendly. Icon Siam is a must visit! - Hotel staffs, bellboys, receptionists, housekeeping, hotel restaurant staffs, concierge, etc. all of them from the first point of arrival to the last point of depature are so nice and friendly. They are always there to help with anything. - There's shopping mall & restaurants just a few step from the hotel entrance. - Transportation, if you need to get a taxi, please use Grab Taxi application. 90% of the taxi here is quite expensive bacause they don't take the price from meter but they just set up the price by themslves which is redicilously insane pricy. Overall, I love everything about the hotel and looking forward to going back for sure!

This hotel was exceptional however staff food amazing but drinks in the numerous bars within the hotel was expensive above the norm Happy hour drinks were above any hotel you will find in capital cities in Europe which spolit or stay so we went out the hotel on an evening

We have just completed a long weekend at the hotel. Room good, little bit dark. Never enough light to do make up! Balcony tiny. Linen, bed, towels, bathroom excellent. Shower door leaked. We ate at Brio ( pizza) and twice at the riverside bar. The food was excellent as were drinks. View from bar is beautiful. Service throughout exemplary. The breakfast area is huge, very busy when we were there. Staff were struggling. Also a couple of birds on the buffet eating the nuts etc! Pool area tropical and lovely but looking a bit tired. All other areas very well maintained. Overall a good stay.

Being on the river of this bustling city provided great peace away from the sometimes overwhelming excitement and buzz from Bangkok. The free boat shuttle service is frequent and easy to use to get to other public transportation sites along the river or the huge shopping mall. It’s also simple to catch a taxi from reception to get to other parts of the city (taxis are cheap and I used the Grab app on my phone to take away the worry of meters and language issues, works like uber). Rooms were very nice and the breakfast was amazing. So much choice for so many nationalities it was hard to choose from. Other than breakfast we never ate at the hotel as we preferred to explore. Didn’t walk anywhere from hotel as the local street didn’t have much of interest.

We stayed 4 days in the resort and I can confirm that the service there is closed to perfection. The breakfast buffet is extensive as of choices with a wide selection of options. The resort is well maintained with a Spa, Fitness and Pool. The rooms are spacious and accommodating.

Check in and check out was great. Room well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was next level with so many options which is great if you are staying a few days (definitely dont get bored with options). Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Plenty of pool beds and the grounds are just amazing. Free river boat shuttle to three piers which is great and very convenient. I recommend this hotel.

I just came home from Thailand after a two month trip and stayed at Anantara for 10 nights in total. Me and my wife love this hotel and can really recommend it to anyone planing to visit Bangkok. The hotel is beautiful located at the Chao Praya River and the pool area is big and very relaxing. It feels like you’re on a resort on an island and you are miles away from the hustle and bustle in Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and very nice, and the beds are very comfortable. The housekeeping are flawless and the staff are so nice. We been eating on two of the restaurants and both have been nice but the high light is the breakfast every morning. If you wanna have some quite relaxing area I recommend book a room that includes Kasara lounge, where you can drink completely drinks and food. Both me and my wife are looking forward to come back in December and celebrate New Years! Thank you for this stay, best regards!
