Our stay at Hotel Anantara in Rome turned out to be a wonderful experience, thanks to the incredible hospitality of the team, especially Claudia, the hotel supervisor. From the moment we spoke with her, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She generously upgraded our room and consistently checked in to ensure everything was perfect. Her warmth and professionalism truly stood out—whenever she saw us around the hotel, she greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely valued. Even at check-out, she surprised us with thoughtful gifts, making our departure just as special as our stay. It’s rare to find such personalized service, and we truly appreciate everything Claudia and the team did to enhance our experience. After walking several hundred metres to my room, I discovered that it did not. Walked back, and there was no apology from Luca about the mistake he had made. Hence four stars instead of five stars.

This really is a beautiful, well located hotel in Rome. The staff look after the guests so well and the room we had was beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble and we had an amazing stay here. The breakfasts were also excellent with so much choice.

We had the utmost pleasure of experiencing this beautiful hotel and the warm and outstanding hospitality from the staff on duty during my three nights stay at the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi, Rome, just a week ago. I must express my highest compliment to the team and single out Viviana from housekeeping. She truly embodies excellence in hospitality. Her attention to detail and dedication, thoughtfulness—down to the smallest detail, showed a level of care and professionalism that is rare to find. I am still telling friends how she puts my toiletries just the way I arranged them and curling and tying up cables plus neatly folding my clothes on the bed as I how like them. Big thank you for obliging an OCD like me. The concierge team—Stephania, Salvatore, and Valentina—. Salvatore, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me to tighten the screw on my reading glasses and polishing the lens without asking. Wow!! The team’s insightful recommendations and willingness to assist with requests made the stay seamless. Great cocktails at the lobby bar! You have to try some of their concoctions served by Claudio, the mixologist and his colleagues. The rooftop restaurant and bar (SEEN) did not disappoint. The flavors were exceptional, and the portions were just right, ensuring a satisfying dining experience. The view was amazing too. Perfect if it’s your first time in Rome. What impressed me so much was the consistency of excellent professionalism displayed by every member of the staff. It is rare to find such uniformly high standards of dedication from the service industry!! The only setback would be the sound insulation in the Anantara Suite. The music from the rooftop bar was audible every night, plus the sounds from the streets and sirens made it a little difficult to get restful sleep. It’s just a small issue that I thought would be helpful to note. Drinks at the bar made the noise bearable. Would certainly return for another stay in the future without hesitation. Thank you for a memorable stay. P.S. The Fountain of Naiads, in front of the hotel was under going cleaning when we were there. Nevertheless, the view from the room was still spectacular with views of the left and right wing of the palazzo and the Basilica of St. Mary of Angels and the Martyrs.

Everything since you arrive to the hotel is perfect. Everybody is kind, professional and polite. Rooms are breathtaking. Amenities from Aqua di Parma can´t be better. Breakfast is served by uber professional waiters who anticipate all your needs. Fitness center is very complete. An absolute deluxe hotel

A perfectly located luxury hotel when staying in the Eternal city. A foot stroll away from many of the key sightseeing landmarks, Palazzo Naiadi is an amazing address providing an elegant and storied local experience. The rooms are very well appointed with all the modern luxury, and a wonderful view on Rome, and get you to travel back in time through the extensive history of the building. They serenade you with live piano at breakfast, whilst the spread leave nothing to be desired. The team was very very attentive, and Martha their Head Butler was an expert in ensuring the most comfortable and polished stay and provided some great insights on the city. They have a state-of-the-art fitness center with the latest Technogym equipment providing for a great workout. Several restaurants on site that seemed very tempting, but lacked time to try all. It was the perfect place to relax after long days discovering the Roman vestiges, running around cobbled streets and museums. Definitely one to return to!
