Amangani means “peaceful home” and you can make this luxurious resort your home for an unforgettable honeymoon in the Grand Tetons. The architecture, like the other Aman resorts, harmonizes with the splendor of the natural setting. Located just five miles north of the town of Jackson, it makes a great base for a skiing trip, and to explore the nearby Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.

The decor, with redwood panelling and blazing log fires, recalls the days of the Old West, in keeping with the spirit and traditions of the town of Jackson. Guest suites come with fireplaces and private patios or terraces, with magnificent views of the Grand Tetons and the Snake river. Onsite facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an infinity pool and wellness facilities such as a spa, yoga studio and fitness center.

The differing dining options, specializing in farm-to-table with locally-produced, organic ingredients, present the regional cuisine of the Rockies as well as classic American food. Honeymoon couples must try the five-course tasting menu, appropriately named Allure of the Mountains. You can enjoy meals in the dining room, or they can be served in your own private suite, poolside or on the sun deck. The kitchens will pack a picnic hamper for you to take along on your outdoor adventures.

Guided tours of Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks with in-house naturalists, in luxury SUVs, explore the various environments – the wetlands, flatlands, forests and valleys. You can expect to see moose, deer, bears, elk and possibly even wolves and the shy mountain lions. Other activities in the area include skiing, dog sledding, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fly fishing and boating.

Take to the air for an exciting heli-skiing experience or a helicopter ride over Yellowstone National Park. In the summer, take a hot air balloon ride over meadows filled with wildflowers, with the mountain peaks in the distance.

Just wonderful

Travel Date: September 30, 2024

The highlight of our journey around the National Parks. Beautiful room, lovely kind staff, great food. Finding it impossible to find fault. Easy access into town, the hotel will even drive you there and pick you up. Very impressed and plan to return.

Tranquil Oasis in Jackson Hole

Travel Date: June 30, 2024

We concluded our visit to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone with a three night stay here. It’s very expensive but they deliver. Right now, I’m lounging by the pool with a jaw dropping view at the Tetons. They are even reflected in the pool when no one is in it....

Beautiful hotel, but boring and quiet

Travel Date: May 31, 2024

If you’re here to visit Jackson Hole to do more than just sit at your hotel, I would not stay here. We had a very good chat with the GM David and Tyler, the food and beverage manager, who really want their guests to feel welcome, but this is purely...

Amangani

Travel Date: April 30, 2023

I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I’d be. The reception was kinda weird. It felt like most of the staff are temporary workers and not really a career. It’s a really small town and all the other towns around it are even smaller. You can eat at the 2...

Got married here! Best decision of my life… the entire place is stunning beautiful and everything was absolutely perfect! The staff was incredible and Melanie helped with the wedding coordination and acted as a wedding planner! She was incredible and the rest of the staff was just as great! Highly...

One of the weaker Amans in their portfolio, although it doesn't have to be that way

Travel Date: September 30, 2023

My wife and her mother stayed here in 2016, and even then, she didn't exactly come back gushing about her stay. While there is nothing inherently wrong with Amangani, it's just not a place that is particularly memorable. Service is adequate, the hard product is aging but is decently maintained,...

Worth a visit

Travel Date: October 31, 2023

Superb hotel with incredible service. Room and view were incredible. Highly recommend! A moose family had moved into the property so we were constantly able to see them at a safe distance. Our package included breakfast which was excellent. The hotel also provides a complimentary continental breakfast in the lobby....

Heaven in Jackson Hole

For the last three nights of our visit to Jackson, we transitioned to the Amangani. What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and helpful. The experience started with pick up from our hotel in downtown Jackson. We were greeted by the General Manager...

Winter in Jackson Hole

Travel Date: December 31, 2024

This was our second time at Amangani, both being around Christmas time. The service is impeccable as always and the hard product has the rustic interior that makes us keep coming back. One thing that I wanted to note for any reservations made with FHR, the $30pp credit for breakfast...
