My stay in Hoi An was absolutely perfect. Thanks to Quynti no, the staff member, I felt even more comfortable and welcomed. The hotel had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, close to major attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for unwinding. Every staff member was friendly and always ready to help. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality throughout my stay. I would love to visit again and highly recommend this hotel!

The staff is great and really welcoming, and they'll us what to do and what to eat. Shout out and special thanks to Lien at the reception that was really nice and helpful and also the team (reception and concierge) for the providing tickets to show Hoi An Memories and borrowing 2 bicycles to go to the beach and keeping our luggage. The room was really special and the pool was gorgeous. Almanity rocks !

I HAD AN ACCIDENT AND I CANNOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF THE EMPATHY AND HELP FROM THE STAFF ESPECIALLY LIEN. BINH. Minh. Danh.Tuyen. Thanh and allthe other staff that helped they all went to great lemgths to make us comfortable... I would say that the customer service was 10/10

We visited Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge with our driver Vu from Almanity Hoi An resort and spa today. Vu was great. He drove very carefully and provided us with lots of information about what we were seeing and history of the area as we went. He was flexible and happy to stop for photos as we went. His English was quite good and he was freindly and polite. We found him to be very professional. We would definitely recommend him.

Service was amazing - everything from check in, to breakfast, spa and pool attendance was exceptional. The room was very comfortable with lots of room in the loft style suites. The pool was great, with a foot reflexology section and multiple depths. Definitely have a cocktail by the pool! We also had a massage on a rainy day, which was exactly what we needed and very professional. Thanks again for your warm hospitality.

Almanity proved to be an exceptional hotel. It has a great pool with plenty of shade; an excellent restaurant and breakfast buffet; a very good spa and a really nice lobby. The staff was super. I would like to particularly mention Lien, who checked us in and provided a wealth of useful information; Mimi, the restaurant manager who went to great lenghts to provide decaf coffee, and concierge Thinh, who was friendly and helpful. Most hotel restaurants provide mediocre restaurant food but not this one. Every meal was not only very flavorful but imaginatively served. I just wish we lived closer and could come back.

Outstanding introduction from Binh( we stay in hotels 12 times/yr) plus his ongoing attentiveness, responsiveness. Front desk great with bookings. Lovely pool oasis. Rooms clean. Breakfast great. Bar open late eve drink. Location perfect. But Binh made our stay outstanding!!

Vu picked us up from Da Nang airport and took us to Almanity - what a delight! He greeted us with cold water and refreshing hand towel, was so friendly, and is a very safe driver! Highly recommend you request Vu for your next transfer. Thank you Vu 😊

We stayed here for a couple of nights on a group tour. The room we were allocated (#2007) was adequate but a poor outlook considering the pool area is so beautiful. 15 minutes of interesting walking down to the bustling river area. Lovely food but pretty soleless evening restaurant at the front of the hotel. Great breakfast but poor coffee making facilities. Nice pool area. Adequate gym. Friendly staff. Specialty coffee shop attached to the hotel but no Vietnamese coffee (nor cow’s milk, or sugar🤣).

Fun morning cooking experience with Binh, Customer Guest Relation & Chef Hien. Lots of laughs & very well informed demonstrations of foods & their origins. Food was very well prepared & cooking space very clean & organised. Highly recommend this experience for anyone staying at Almanity Resort.

Almanity is the perfect place to stay when visiting Hoi An. It is a quiet, peaceful retreat from Hoi An's busy and exciting atmosphere. And it is within walking distance to the town center. The resort is beautiful -- the rooms are well appointed, the breakfasts are great and the staff is friendly. The swimming pool is large enough to swim laps or just relax in one of the many lounge chairs after a busy day of sightseeing. A special thank you to Dinh Tan Binh, the Guest Relation Manager. Every day he approached us eager to help with restaurant reservations and making sure we had everything we wanted. Many thanks for a delightful 4 nights at your beautiful resort!

We were not lucky with the weather but we certainly were with this hotel from our check in with Binh to our last lunch with yen and yi we had such a lovely welcoming time. Binh gave us the best check in ever with just the right amount of information to ensure we made the most of our stay and Binh remained attentive throughout. The hotel is very well located for walking into the old hoi an town - and the spa in the hotel is a must with a heavenly massage . I hope we will return.
