Just arrived back from this Fabulous Hotel!! All the staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Big thank you to reception and concierge staff who exceeds customers expectations . Central location, bars and restaurants, also 10 mins from Tevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Rome is an amazing place to visit, just bring trainers, lots of walking.

One could not find fault with the Aleph ... location was perfect, room wonderful, restaurant and bar were excellent but it was the staff who "steal the show". They are amongst the best staff I have ever encountered. Friendly and extraordinarily helpful - every single person I communicated with.

Prior to arrival the communication was excellent via email with hotel staff. Upon arrival the check-in was smooth and efficient. Prior to arrival the communication was excellent via email with hotel staff. Upon arrival the check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff were very accommodating with a bottle of Prosecco and a beautiful chocolate cake in our room for my partners birthday. We got a complimentary upgrade too which was well received. The hotel itself is 10/10. It may sound random but the whole of the hotel smelt absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious (prestige twin room) and the bed was turned around 6pm. The bathroom was beautiful and had a relaxing vibe. Overall review is 10/10 and I would definitely stay there again. The stay exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all at the Hilton.

The best hotel we've ever stayed in! Welcoming staff, luxurious rooms and an incredible restaurant. We went here for our honeymoon and have absolutely no regrets. If possible get a room with a terrace. We loved having breakfast overlooking the city.

All the staff were wonderful as usual and the service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, hence why we return! The breakfast selection was amazing, the pool bar food was good too. The best Club sandwich I’ve had in awhile!! Special thanks to Giuseppe (Front Office Manager) for arranging all the extras to perfection.

My wife and I stayed here for the first time (on our fifth trip to Rome over the last 20 plus years) for five nights starting Sat., Sept 7 with check-out Thursday Sept. 12. The hotel is easy to access, two blocks from Piazza Bernini and near public transportation and numeorus good restaurants with a variety of price points and also shopping. The hotel is very up to date and clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a very nice roof top bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best ever, a wide selection of delicious food. The best aspect of this hotel is the staff. They were among the best ever. All the staff from the bellme to the servers and the front desk / reception / conceirge were all incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. They even said specifically they wanted our stay to be extra special. I specifically recognize Roseella and Valeria at the reception though I wish I had the names of all the staff, they really were just above and beyong excellent. We totally recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

This hotel will check every box! Modern, classy, and well appointed. We arrived mid-morning, so they held our bags for us and allowed us to explore the city. Many sights within walking distance and a lot of shops and restaurants. Our room was large and the bathroom was wonderful! A stand-up shower with rainfall head and wand, nice toiletries, two sinks, and a large vanity so we could get ready at the same time. Rooftop pool and bar with awesome views. I travel extensively and I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed in the Basilio suite and it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The suite had an extra half bath which was very handy. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and was not disappointed. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visting Rome

Excellent stay and a beautiful hotel. We only stayed 2 nights but it was great 2 nights. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were very clean with high end fixtures and amenities. Absolutely perfect location. Few minutes walks to shops and restaurants without all the noise in your rooms.
