My partner and I had wonderful dinner at Kapok, Ahau, on our first night in Talum. First class service, delicious, traditional Mexican recipes, a brilliant live band and stunning setting that emphasised natural beauty.. super impressed and highly recommended. We highly recommend staying in a Master Suite where the views are spectacular, and take advantage of the delicious food!

Staying at Ahau was an incredible experience! Room 24 is a beautiful beachfront bungalow with a private patio that opens directly onto the sand. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the ocean breeze right from our doorstep was pure paradise. The location is absolutely prime—everything we needed was within walking distance, yet the property remained peaceful and quiet at night, making it easy to relax and unwind. Housekeeping was fantastic and very trustworthy; our room was always spotless, and we felt completely at ease leaving our belongings. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast included with our stay. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a perfect start to the day. The combination of the stunning beachfront setting, excellent service, and convenience of nearby attractions made our stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend Ahau, especially Room 24, for anyone looking for a tranquil and luxurious beachside retreat!

Phenomenal accommodations and perfect location. The beach is stunning. The staff is so helpful- we had wonderful interactions daily. Junior from the front office was great and helped us organize transport and excursions, making it so easy for us to get around!
