Dream trip - exceeded my high expectations
Just returned from an incredible stay at Secrets Moxché and can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. The resort is stunning – modern, spotless, and set up perfectly whether you’re looking to relax or get involved in activities. The food was another highlight: the sushi at Suki was unreal, and the tiramisu at Allora is genuinely the best I’ve ever had. The entertainment team made the experience even better. Huge thanks to Geovani, Jessica, Aranza, Sergio, Daniela, Regina, Uziel, Ilse, Jazmin, and Jose – they were full of energy, made everyone feel included, and clearly love what they do. Special mentions to Aranza and Sergio from the entertainment team – both went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time every day, and they really made a lasting impression. Also, a big thank you to Victor, the pool concierge, who was incredibly attentive and friendly. He always made sure we were comfortable and went the extra mile without ever being asked. As an English visitor, I felt truly welcomed throughout the trip. The service, food, and vibe were all top-tier – we’re already planning our next visit!
Amazing stay at Secrets Moxche
We had an amazing stay! Shoutout to Aranza and Sergio from the entertainment team, they were so kind, even made us matching bracelrts! The whole entertainment team (Geovani, Jessica, Daniela, Regina, Uziel, Ilse, Jasmin, and Jose) brought so much energy every day. Food, drinks snd room services was excellent, and everything was kept super clean. My favourite restaurant was Suki, the sushi was so so yummy. Would 100% come back and recommend!

This was my second time staying here, and once again, it was incredible! The entertainment team is truly next-level — Sergio, Aranza, Uziel, Jessica, Felix, and Gabriela are all outstanding. Their energy, warmth, and dedication made every single day unforgettable. They took amazing care of us and brought so much fun to every activity — it wouldn’t have been the same without them! The property itself is stunning, and the food is just as impressive. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Can’t wait to come back!
