The hydrotherapy experience each morning was so refreshing. I had a great host in the Spa, his name is Palma and he walked me through each area and communicated what was going on, what the benefits were, and for how much time it will take. The entire team in the spa is so helpful and accommodating. This place gives you the chance to re-boot and have a peaceful experience. And the resort is beautiful and so chill. Highly recommended!

It was amazing! And the attention to detail was incredible. The stuff was beyond kind and helpful. We never got a “No” but a”let’s make it happen.” Plus a beautiful Luxurious romantic setting. Jorge Gama from concierge was incredible and super kind to me and my partner. He got us a special surprise and made our stay magnificent. Ask for him! Definitely coming back. We fell in love with the place. Now we’re members!

My husband and I went here for 5 days to celebrate our honeymoon and it was one of my favorite hotel experiences ever. First, it is spectacularly beautiful and decorated impeccably. Every detail was gorgeous and well-thought out. Our room was ocean-view (I think all of them are) with a balcony and was fully stocked with wine, beer, snacks - and anything you could want your butlers will be able to get for you. Our butlers had amazing ideas (like a red rose petal bubble bath with champagne after dinner or a charcuterie board waiting for us after our boat tour). Everyone who worked there and were staying there was so friendly and warm. It is definitely not a party resort - the late night 'events' were more low key and romantic, but still very fun. One thing that I was worried about was the food (all-inclusives tend to be okay food-wise) - but I was blown away by the quality! Every restaurant was spectacular and even the cafe pastries were amazing (did I have the best strawberry croissant of my life? Yes.) Usually I am not one to want to repeat stays (so many things to see and experience...
