As with the past 5 times there, the beach was wonderful, sports complex and spa were delightful, entertainment was nice, grounds were perfect, and the staff were amazing. A few to mention who exceeded our expectations are, Cean, Chardonay, Shania, Rick, Hakeem and Marvin. The entertainers in the piano bar were excellent as well. Overall, our trip was top notch!

I can only guess that a one star review has two sides to the story. I am disappointed with myself for reading them and half believing them! The staff were absolutely incredible, worked so hard with every request and everything was done professionally, efficiently and with smiles and jokes. Highly recommend Collinton at reception. He went above and beyond for us. The food quality and presentation is outstanding with again, the most accommodating service. Did not have a bad meal in seven days at the resort. Highly recommend Kashana at the palm as your server and Christopher is the most outstanding team leader and pure gentleman. The rooms are stunning and the room service was flawless. Bed were extremely comfortable. Thank you Shamine. The groundsmen keep the gardens and the beach spotless every morning and always with a smile and a joke. The staff running the water sports and boat tours were so much fun and also very knowledgeable, I highly recommend the catamaran and the glass bottom boat, so enjoyable. (Highly recommend Damion). We have travelled around the world, and this resort is truly outstanding and deserves a five star rating.
