The quality-price of this place seemed fair to us, it is a hotel that preserves a style that tries to compact the modern with the natural, we saw some comments about aesthetic details and to be honest we assume that they have given it a good follow-up since we personally did not see any problems, there are many lounge chairs, in the room the air was at a pleasant temperature, not cold, but at a much more pleasant temperature than outside. The service from the staff in general is good and not to mention the food! It's delicious! It was a pleasant stay!

We can't say that it is a perfect place in terms of appearance if you see that it has its years, but nothing significant to us, what stands out about this place apart from its tranquility is its excellent service, they were always very friendly and clear. Our vacation was peaceful. I recommend you not to miss the Cacao ceremony, it is very interesting! We leave knowing something new and very interesting!

There's a tranquil atmosphere in this hotel, filled with vegetation and beautiful areas that invite you to relax, especially in its beautiful spa. It's an incredible place. During my stay, I had a couple of massages, and they were fabulous! In their relaxation area, you feel a peace that envelops you and you easily forget about stress. On the other hand, in the beach area, they have a beautiful bar with incredible views and excellent drinks! Leopoldo has been very attentive. And you won't be disappointed when it comes to food! They have an excellent variety. Everything has been excellent!

I’m so glad we chose this hotel for our first 6 nights in Mexico. We are fussy about where we stay - it needs to be quiet, low rise and feel luxurious. We are not disappointed with this hotel.as it meets all expectations. Running well below capacity - approx 53 guests when it can cater for 200, there is no rush to do anything, especially the dreaded sunbed bagging! No one who stays here seems to do that ( a very pleasant change). You can rock up to breakfast wherever you want and still find beds on the beach and by the pool. The food is incredible - not one meal disappointed. The staff work hard and greet you with a cheery smile and ‘ola’ each time. We have made the most of the bikes to ride the long shady passageway through the resort - so fun! The bikes need a bit of tlc but we’ve had great fun switching along the route for a better bike. Having read a few harsh judgements before we left, I’d like to put your mind at rest. Our aircon worked well, rooms were cleaned perfectly etc. The cenote is currently out of action...

A few bits may need upgrading soon ( unimportant bits like new taps, sections of metalwork that are rusting by the sea) but nothing to impact your stay. The snorkelling trip ( free) rivalled our ones in Thailand and Barbados). Building work next door can only be heard by the beach/ pool but the strong breeze and lapping waves soon drown it out. Not enough to put you off - I promise. I really hope this little oasis stays and isn’t drowned out by bigger resorts around.
