What Kind of Post-Booking Support Do You Offer?

After you book your honeymoon with Honeymoons.com, your booking will be assigned to a travel advisor. They will review your itinerary details, confirm your booking with suppliers, and contact you to ensure that your honeymoon goes off without a hitch.

If you would like to adjust or cancel your booking, your travel advisor can assist you. If you have any questions during your stay, your travel advisor can assist you.

After your honeymoon, your travel advisor will be in touch to ensure your trip was as amazing as it should be.

What is your cancelation and refund policy?

Accommodations, activities, and transfers are refundable at the following rates depending on your departure date:

  • 46+ days before departure: 90% refundable
  • 15 to 45 days before departure: 50% refundable
  • 0 to 14 days before departure: 0% refundable

Do you offer travel insurance?

Travel insurance is highly encouraged.

At this time, we do not sell travel insurance, but recommend TravelInsurance.com. They offer a user-friendly platform for comparing quotes. This site aggregates policies from numerous top-rated insurance providers, enabling you to quickly view and compare a wide range of options side-by-side.

What countries does Honeymoons.com service?

We currently service the United States for online bookings.

How Do I Select My Airline Seats?

If you book airfare as part of your package on honeymoons.com, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation code can be used to find your flight information on the airline’s website or mobile application. If the seat category you selected includes seat selection, you will be able to select your seats directly with the airline.

Price Match Guarantee

You can claim a refund for the difference if you find your reservation cheaper on another website.
Just remember to contact us after booking and within 7 days of your booking. You’ll have to give us the link to the other offer and it needs to be online and available when we check.

Requirements

  • The other offer has to be for the same property and accommodation type.
  • The other offer needs to have the same check-in and check-out dates.
  • The other offer must have the same cancellation policy and conditions.

When can you not make a claim?

If the other offer is on a website that doesn’t reveal the property or accommodation type you’ll be staying in until after booking.

If the other offer is part of a loyalty or rewards program. We define this type of other offer as any situation where a customer gets a reduced price from a property or other website as a reward for repeat business, logging in, entering a coupon code, referring other customers, or performing any other action that then changes the initially shown price.
