Windsong on the Reef

The resort is beautiful with well stocked accommodations including roomy balconies. Most striking was the fabulous staff. Unfailingly friendly and always with a smile. I use a walker and everyone was caring and always eager to assist. Annette the manger was present and available at all times. I needed a shower chair and she magically provided one. The staff at Jojo’s restaurant was attentive and kind. Thanks especially to Alicia. There was a buffet that required me to climb stairs. Alicia immediately volunteered to bring the food to me. She was up and down the stairs repeatedly. Carmen and Sindy on the 4th floor continental breakfast were superb. They unfailingly made sure I had anything. They always greeted me with a smile. I needed, especially pineapple. My sincere thanks to the entire staff for their warmth and their willingness to assist.

We loved our time at Windsong. The attention to detail by the friendly staff is apparent throughout the resort. We especially enjoyed our time at the Pelago restaurant where the views were the best we experienced in Turks & Caicos, service from Firmane was terrific, and the food was delicious. Chef Abnel came to our table to discuss dietary questions - we were impressed with his effort to create pleasing dishes for all. We felt pampered during our entire stay. All staff was ready to assist at all times. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed for a week in mid January. Overall this is a nice hotel, the lobby is a little small which doesn't inspire confidence when you arrive, but don't let that fool you. The rooms are well appointed, the basic rooms aren't particularly big but they aren't small either, and I don't choose to go to the Caribbean to stay in my room anyway. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast included with the room was fine, we had coffee, juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt and a muffin or bagel every day and typically couldn't eat it all, reviewers complaining about it not being big enough or not including eggs need to take a breath and step on the scales. Lunch at JoJos was pretty good, loved the fish tacos and the jerk chicken sandwich. Dinner at the Beachfront was ok, and the beachside tables were a terrific location, but we chose to eat elsewhere most evenings. If we were to return to Provo we would be happy to stay here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying a few days at Windsong on the Reef in Turks and Caicos. I was greeted like the usual, but soon you start to feel the difference. Clean, tidy, and with excellent service from the hotel staff, who always go the extra mile, the difference is in the details: bed sheets and bedroom rugs changed daily, room service sometimes done twice a day, and toiletries provided by the hotel such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap are all Bulgari brand, imported from Italy, really, really but really good. The decoration is really nice, and there are excellent restaurants on the premises at reasonable prices, considering the surrounding area. Anette, the manager, is always on top of things. A superb continental breakfast is included, with many options to expand upon if desired. I'd say the service is top-notch. Beach furniture, umbrella, are in very, very good shape, clean and neat as well as the beach is, early in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who is planning to stay at Providenciales and specifically, Grace Bay, really nice place.

Pelago at Windsong is a new restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and a relaxed, modern feel. The food is well prepared, with good flavors and fresh ingredients, and the service is friendly and attentive. It’s a nice spot to enjoy a meal, whether for a casual dinner or a special evening out. Thank you to Firmane for the outstanding service!

Had a great time in Turks and Caicos with our friends. It was our third time on the island and our first time at the Windsong. The staff was very welcoming, greeted us with a cold cloth and a rum punch when we checked in. Also, there was no problem in changing rooms. The room assigned to us had steps that my husband couldn’t do with a bad knee so we were switched to a first floor bungalow. Stephanie with housekeeping and all the wait staff at breakfast were friendly and efficient. If you need suggestions on what to do or help booking excursions, dinner reservations, or taxis, Garey is your person there for that. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with to make our trip memorable. The grounds were beautiful and manicured, and the pools were clean. We loved the many relaxing areas to chill at and the yoga on Tuesday and Thursday. Would definitely recommend the Windsong to my family and friends.

My husband and I stayed at Windsong Resort from December 11–15, 2025, and it was our very first visit to Turks and Caicos. We chose Windsong specifically for its promise of excellent on-site snorkeling and included non-motorized water sports, and it absolutely delivered. The snorkeling right off the resort was spectacular. We spotted eagle rays, sea turtles, barracuda, and an incredible variety of reef fish including pufferfish, parrotfish, tangs, baby grouper, jacks, angelfish, and snappers. For even more exploration, it’s an easy 30-minute beach walk to Smith’s Reef, which also offers beautiful snorkeling. Walking in the opposite direction lets you explore other beaches and resorts along Grace Bay—perfect for a scenic stroll. We loved taking advantage of the complimentary paddleboards, and Mark even took us out for a fun ride on the Hobie Cat. Continental breakfast was included, and for just $5 extra, adding eggs made it more than satisfying. We enjoyed several lunches at the resort as well—the rare tuna sandwich with fries, flatbread, and Caesar salad were all delicious. Saturday night’s all-you-can-eat Caribbean Night was another pleasant surprise and well worth attending. Dining options nearby were excellent too. Somewhere Café is just a short walk along the beach and served great Tex-Mex and drinks, while a quick $12–$16 taxi ride took us to Mr. Grouper’s and The Marine Room, both of which we would recommend for dinner. After long swims in the ocean, the hot tub next to the main pool was the perfect place to unwind. We also enjoyed the bar and additional hot tubs on the 6th floor of Building 4, which offered a relaxed atmosphere and great view. Our room in Building 2 was modern and comfortable, equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, a well-lit bathroom, magnifying mirror, and a tub/shower—everything we needed. Above all, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and everyone we encountered on the island was welcoming and kind. Turks and Caicos is truly stunning, and Windsong is a gem. We loved our stay and will absolutely be back!

We stayed here for a week as part of an international conference, with a large group coming from all over the world. The hotel team were genuinely excellent — welcoming, polite, and always helpful. The chefs are clearly working some magic in the kitchen; we enjoyed beautiful, fresh lunches on the rooftop terrace every day. And post-conference (of course), the rum punches definitely kept me smiling. What really impressed me were the rooms: they felt more like newly refurbished, high-end apartments, complete with modern appliances. The views over the bay were stunning and a real highlight of the stay. Thank you for hosting us so well — I would happily return.

The resort is clean and neat at all times. Food was good. Water was clear, although you need to be careful of rocks that wash up on shore while walking. Staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Roof top bar was just re-opened and very nice for watching the sunset. What we wish is that the hotel had a shuttle service to go more places to eat or shopping. They do offer to take you to the grocery store at 4pm daily for a $10 charge per person. Otherwise our taxi was from $16-$24 plus a tip to each dinner place and shopping. We tried to walk the beach but being that the sand is soft and squishy and walking on an angle was a little difficult for a long distance.
