Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort

This was our third visit here and it was just as great as we remember. This is a great resort that has been updated since we were there.....the private island is amazing and the staff are THE BEST. Rosalba was AMAZING and we loved seeing her every morning at breakfast at Fresca.....on the island Natalia, Sugar and Ricardo-they are awesome and took great care of our group. At the pool bar William makes amazing drinks and takes great care of everybody. Can't wait to go back! The staff make this resort amazing especially these folks! :)

I am writing to share how much I enjoyed my recent stay at the Renaissance. The service from your staff was top-notch, and as someone who likes to stay active while on vacation, I truly appreciated the resort's various fitness options. I specifically want to commend Anouk Balentina for the exceptional service she provided. I first met her on Saturday in the newly renovated gym, where her knowledge and positive energy stood out. She took the time to discuss the resort's many offerings with me and another guest, which was very helpful. I also attended two Zumba Fitness sessions at the pool led by Anouk. Her high energy and clear instruction made the classes enjoyable for everyone involved. She is a wonderful asset to your team and Resort

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Anouk during my visit to the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort in Aruba. First, she made quite the impression with her bubbly energetic professional presence and warm smile while interacting with guests and patrons poolside engaging them to enjoy Aqua Zoomba. Great energy, great music, great activity lead by Anouk's hospitality and charm. Second, I was surprised to find her again building sand castles and sea turtles with the guest's children telling island stories while creating memories in the sand. With her island vibe and playful manner, it was hard to tell who was having more fun. Anouk, or the children? And third, such a surprise, Anouk appeared later in the week in perched in full costume as the "Resident Renaissance Mermaid" full tail and all, welcoming guests again with her warm wit and smile completing a memorable, magical experience. Thank you Anouk for your warm smile, island vibes and enthusiastic energy. Looking forward to coming back soon.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize two truly outstanding employees at your resort. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made a lassting impression on us. Anouk Balentina, Aqua Fitness/Aqua Zumba Instructor Santusha, Waitress at the Fresco Their positive attitudes, and willingness to help did not go unnotices. It's clear they take great pride in their work and in representing your resort at the highest level. They are a true cridit to your team, and we are grateful for the exceptional service they provided.

Amazing stay at the ocean suites Renaissance Wind creek. We had 6 nights here before heading off to Curacao. Great location in downtown close to shops bars and restaurants. We did the bus round the area which was free of charge and done a bit of shopping. Staff were very friendly and polite and made sure our rooms were close together. They also managed to swap around so we could have a cabana on Renaissance island. Which we had a fab day. The restaurants and arcade just outside were great keeping our teens amused. Rooms spacious although pull out bed was not comfortable for my 16 yr old son they quickly added toppers to it which made it so much better. Pool bar and beach area were great staff were amazing at getting us our beds as was 6 of us. The bar staff on top form would definitely comeback.

We stayed for 9 nights, booked fully inclusive. On arrival we got upgraded to a room overlooking the marina. The room is well equipped, excellent shower, coffee making facilities, bed was very comfortable. The bar in the hotel is next to the swimming pool, excellent service, cocktails cost around $12, overlooks the marina. We did not eat in the buffet style Aquarius, as we found it very overlooked, lacking privacy. But we ate twice at Fresco, Italian eatery, excellent food and service. And the L.G. Smith steakhouse was an experience, excellent food, excellent service and a real treat, especially the cocktails being made at the table. Attached to the hotel is a small but excellent shopping mall. But the main attraction is the private island, with the Papagayo Grill. Boats go from the lobby of the hotel every 15 minutes, start at 7 am, Starbucks opens at 6.30. We had breakfast every day at the Papagayo Grill, lunch several times. We also had lunch served at our loungers. Special mention to Carla, Sugar and Miguel for their excellent service. Snorkelling is quite good, even better once you find the shipwreck just outside the Flamingo Beach sea wall. And talking about flamingos, they are the main attraction. Wonderful stay, would love to return

We spent a wonderful 5 days here as family over spring break. The property was lovely and the people who work here could not have been nicer. I would be giving it 4.5 stars if that were an option. The only real down side was that we rented a cabana on the private island for a day (it was SO nice and definitely worth it if you’re looking for a splurge), and the service was pretty terrible. It took over an hour (and two reminders) to get drinks. Later, when we ordered food, it never came, only to be told 45 minutes later that the kitchen was closed, for a reason no one could describe (it was 4pm and we were told food would be available till 6pm). Given that we had spent hundreds of dollars on a cabana, and there were no other options to get food on the island, this was quite frustrating.
