This hotel was a bit disappointing. It was very expensive so we had high expectations. The hot tap was broken on one of our sinks, and the other sink kept making loud bubbling sounds like it was blocked. By far the worst part was that on our second day in Vegas we were put from 10 a.m untill 10 pm and when we got back our room hadnt been serviced. We came home to an unmade bed and dirty towels. Horrible. I called the front desk and they said housekeeping was only until 8.30 and it was too late to make up the room so I asked for clean towels and water bottles. We went to the bar and came back later and they weren't there. The next morning we found they had been placed in the valet closet but no one told us they would be in there. The Skybar was being renovated and was very expensive. It wasn't anything to get excited about.

The Las Vegas Waldorf Astoria is an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and first class property in the middle of the strip. The is a 5++++ Star hotel, smoke free, casino free and peacerespite from the craziness of the LV Strip. The staff are kind, helpful and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are spacioous, beautiful and the bathroom is stunning. We had a city view room that gave us a "peek" of the strip on the 12th floor and it was great. The heated pool, jacuzzi and gym are top notch. Everything is spotless and well maintained. The Waldorf Astoria does not dissapoint. It is the small things that matter and I love the beautiful L'Occitane shaving set in each room, bath salts, along with the fresh fruit infused water and cool towels in the gym. When I forgot my toothbrush they provided a complimentary one without having to leave the property and buy one. The bar on the 28th floor is a relaxed and romantic little spot with amazing views. This hotel is located close to the Cosmopolitan, VDARA, planet Hollywood and lots of shopping and restaurants. Do not hesitate to book here, it will exceed all of your expectations.

The WA hotel and it's staff were absolutely top notch!! Room was excellent with a matching strip view. The WA called a local steakhouse for us twice a day and finally secured is a dinner that had no availability for weeks. I can't say enough!!!
Worst customer service. Beware.

Earlier review of comparing this hotel’s customer service to a Best Western is spot on. We had a great weekend planned and chose the Waldorf for V-Day weekend. Delta cancelled our flights 2 hrs before takeoff. We had a lot of high end restaurant reservations booked and they also had to be cancelled. When my wife called the Waldorf and asked for a room cancellation she was told by Jeremy Timono front desk manager, a first night cancellation fee of $494 would apply because we called to cancel so late. The rug was pulled from under us due to a rain storm literally hours before takeoff, ruining our entire weekend. We even provided evidence of flight cancellations and still, the world renowned Waldorf Astoria and their desk manager would not budge. Their robotic attitude and unwillingness to hear us out about our cancelled trip was surprising. I really thought a hotel of this caliber would understand; sympathize with our situation and not apply the cancellation fee. Talk about losing customers before they even walk in the door. I’ve also let my extended family know of how we’ve just been treated. They won’t be staying there either. Waldorf Astoria had the opportunity to do the right thing and in turn will never set foot inside that hotel. Hello Four Seasons, you’ve just won yourself some new life long customers.

Stayed here to watch Benavidez v Morrell. I’ve been to Vegas more than 25 times and stayed at most of the hotels on the strip. This was by far the best stay. Excellent food. Excellent service. Quiet. Great location. Great views. Highly recommended.

Amazing service! Rooms are beautiful and huge, ready for a remodel but are timeless. Great option for Vegas when you want to get away from the casino vibe. Free waters and coffee machine in room! Great breakfast. Very easy to access park mgm, Aria, crystal shops, Cosmo!

During our last visit to Las Vegas years ago, we visited this property for the onsite restaurant and LOVED that there was no gaming and no smoking. We vowed to return to stay on our next visit to Vegas. And, we did. Our three night stay was perfect. The front desk staff was very kind upon checkin and our room overlooked the strip. Of all the hotel stays around the world, I've never experienced a Valet Closet and am now going to judge all future properties on this amenity. The toiletries (Aesop) were yummy and the bed was super comfy. We had some dusty boots after a horseback trail ride and stuck them in the valet closet to be cleaned. They were returned looking gorgeous. This will be our go to property for any future Vegas stays.

We stayed for 3 nights in Jan. The hotel lived up to its name, the vibe was classy, it was SPOTLESS and the room was beautiful. It is a non-smoking hotel which I also loved as I don’t enjoy the smoking smell at other casinos. I loved that it was on the strip but not a casino hotel. It is very central and easy to walk to all of our shows. Beware the washroom has no door if you are staying with people that you don’t know very well it may be awkward. There is a Walgreens steps away from the lobby. We did not try the restaurants or cafe or pool, mostly just used the room to sleep. There was zero street noise from our room, we stayed on the 12th floor facing New York New York. 5/5. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed over Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. This place is phenomenal.
We interacted with the doormen, drivers, valet, front desk, housekeeping, room service, spa staff and even the people who fill the mini bar. They were all top notch with superior customer service and hospitality skills. I'm just a regular Joe but they all made me feel like a V.I.P.
Our room was beautiful. It was extremely comfortable and spotless. The housekeeping team is really amazing here.
The entire experience was 5 star and exceeded my expectations.
The staff here works so hard and puts in so much effort. It's really a shame that people give hotels negative reviews when they don't get the upgrades they feel entitled to.

Nice hotel and VERY nice staff. Used to be Mandarin Oriental. Not a fan of taking an elevator up to get to the lobby and another elevator to get to your room, but iiWii. I am a BIG fan of valet staff who were always pleasant and helpful both with ingress and egress! Even will charge your EV, Tesla or non-Tesla.
There was some slight disrepair with fallen elevator signs simply propped up against the column (pictured).
Low floors have views of rooftop maintenance of proximate buildings.
My biggest beef is the lip service they paid to Loyalty memberships like Hilton Honors, FoundersCard, and Platinum card! You could see screenshots of my text where they wouldn’t even give me one hour later check out. Standard verbiage of the “we’re really busy” verbiage, but I even went back at noon as I was leaving and my room hadn’t even yet been touched!

Total waste of money. Hotel information classes the only restaurant as traditional American but it’s very bad (sushi was inedible, I had to spit it out) Japanese. 23rd floor bar was closed for renovations (not flagged when making the reservation). The only other bar is a soulless room on the 3rd floor that doesn’t even have a spirits list, photo attached. The valet parking staff are just plain rude. Rooms are nice but it doesn’t make up for all the bad stuff.

I have traditionally stayed at a casino hotel when in Vegas, but I tried the WALV this time and I think this is the way to go. The location is great on the center of the strip and it feels like a great reprieve to the constant noise and chaos that is Las Vegas. Room was well acquainted, clean and the service was good. I asked for the concierge to request a taxi for me and it was there before I got down the elevator.

We were actually given notice when we tried to check in that all plumbing in the room is shut off between 11:00pm - 5:00am. Whuh? Hilton failed to mention when we made the direct booking. When we objected, the front desk staff person went “behind the curtain” to the manager, and then came out to inform us that as long as we’re above the 14th floor (which apparently we are the our room grade), it will not be shut off. Whuh?
I’m flabbergasted by the lack of professionalism and misinformation regurgitated by the front desk. We haven’t seen the room yet, lord help us. Wish we were at The Four Seasons.

First, I want to say that this 1 star review is for the horrendous and condenscending customer service and is not reflective of the hotel itself.
I had a stay here from March 2nd - 4th with my wife as the second hotel of our trip to Vegas. On the 3rd, I was woken up by extremely loud sounds of hammering and drilling at 10:00 AM, which if we're being honest is extremely early for Vegas, especially since I had a very late night out. The sounds persisted for almost two hours before finally stopping.
Throughout this, I took several videos of the sounds for evidence. When I eventually was heading out for the day, I went to the front desk to ask about the source of the sounds. The front desk woman told me that there was renovations going on on the 23rd floor for the bar. I told her that I am staying on the 11th floor, so there is no way that this is coming from the 23rd floor. I even showed her the videos I took, where the sounds were extremely loud and in no way was traveling from the 23rd floor. It sounded like it was right next to me.
The front desk lady proceeded to go to a room next to the front desk to talk to the "front desk manager." She came back and insisted that it was the 23rd floor, or that it may even have been yard work getting done, and said that they had gotten no other noise complaints. At this point I'm pretty angry because its obvious from my video that the noises were right next to me, and it seemed like they were unwilling to acknowledge this and essentially were telling me that they don't believe me.
I proceeded to insist that the front desk lady show her manager my videos. After seeing the videos, they said they're not sure where the sound is coming from, and said they would give me a $75 statement credit. Personally, this is pretty laughable, but it is what it is. She also gave me an email of a manager Jenleen Abbin Santos to send my videos so they could "investigate" further.
So of course, I send them an email later. Turns out that there was "emergency maintence" going on in the room next door to me. So now that we've established this, there was no mention of any compensation for essentially disturbing my entire first night stay outside of a $75 credit. As a diamond memeber I really expected better customer service and consideration for guests. Unfortunately I can't upload the videos here and only photos, but believe me when I say it was EXTREMELY loud.
Overall, I don't even care about the statement credit or the fact that there even was noise disturbances because things happen and I completely would understand. Rather, it was the blatant condenscending tone from management that the noises must have been from the 23rd floor, and the lack of treating guests how they should be treated.
On a positive note, the front desk lady that handled my initial complaint also was the one who checked me out and gave me $85 instead of $75, so least she was trying so props to her. The valet guy was also very pleasant, and the hotel as a whole is not bad.
