The Bell desk guys are the best! Adrian, Noi & others were there to help an any way they could ! Grace elite Concierge’s was awesome! Carlos at the pool was fantastic so were all the pool servers! Food at all, restaurants was amazing! We cannot wait to come back!

Beatriz was amazing! We had breakfast with her twice and she was very friendly and attentive, always smiling and helpful. She was even remembered our drink order two days later! I would highly recommend requesting Beatriz for breakfast at El Patron if you can!

The room and maid services were exceptional! Ashley maintained our room impeccably! The buffet at El Patron was average, but the steakhouse exceeded expectations, and the food and drinks by the pool were delightful! Concierge Helga could improve her interpersonal skills to better meet her targets.

This place was exactly what we wanted for a vacation. The room was nice; the food was delicious; the infinity pool is perfect beachside and the workers are so friendly and kind; especially Isaac Mayren he was always so quick with our food and drinks.

We’ve been to Cabo many times and this was our second time at Villa La Valencia…and we already can’t wait to go back!!! This time we brought our friends that have never been to Mexico before and let’s just say they are hooked now!!! The facility is amazing and the food overall is very good. I’m a picky eater and though I love going to Mexico, Mexican food is definitely not my favorite. That said, I could always find something that I liked either at the buffet or restaurants needing reservations so it was a non-issue for me. Another thing I like about Villa la Valencia is the this is the first resort I’ve been that actually ENFORCES the “no reserving chairs” policy that pretty much all resorts seems to say, but nothing happens. The disclaimer in that is only at the ocean front infinity pool that everyone wants to sit at. They do keep track of people “reserving chairs” starting around 7am so we didn’t have to get up at 3am to get a decent spot!!! What really makes the trip amazing is the staff. We really got to know our poolside server Alessandro. He is simply THE BEST!!! He MADE SURE we were well taken care of at all times!!! Didn’t matter if we jumped in the lazy river or went to play yard games, he kept his eye on our group and made sure we had anything we needed. He enjoys surprising us with drink recommendations once he got to know our presences at bit and he never steered us wrong!!! THANK YOU Alessandro for making our trip so memorable and enjoyable!!!

We were at the Valencia for 2 weeks. Easy checking in and out. The staff are excellent and we would like to mention a few?…3 wonderful waiters around the pool area. Alma, Marco and Adrian were so polite and accommodating. They really make you feel like family. Orleans Ortega , Roblero Erbin Mayadel, Luis Hernandez welcomed us every night for a special night cap…an experience to trust them with their mixology specialty! And we highly recommend the Coralle Pool Restaurant in the evening. Very good food (especially the Coconut Shrimp and the “catch of the day”). Sheila and chefs were excellent and also very accommodating to slight changes for a husband not high on vegetables! The Taberna Italian Cruisine was excellent and recommend lunch…good sushi….and ask for 1/2 portions if not a big eater….less waste! Enjoy your trip to Cabo and the Villa la Valencia.. but please remember to take smaller Mexican Peso’s….no cash exchange on premises! Need cash for tips!

Fantastic resort. The rooms are beautiful and well decorated. We enjoyed many mornings sipping coffee and evenings sipping tequila on the veranda and got good sleep in the comfy beds. Vicky is friendly and kept our room in top shape everyday. We will be back!

Wonderful resort and accommodating staff. Particularly Sheila a server poolside. She was very attentive, personable and friendly; she clearly loves what she does. If you go there, you must visit the steak house and have their Mexican coffee! You will certainly enjoy the show.

Beautiful resort and friendly staff. Moises Cruz provided excellent food and drink service as well as guidance to the resort and surrounding area. Restaurants are good, not great, but offer a fair value considering the variety of dishes and cocktails.

Josefina and Tatiana the hostess always greeted you with the biggest smile. Abisni and David was our favorite servers. Latitude steak restaurant had a very large selection of steaks. Believe it or not even filet mignonette., rack of lamb, yes even oyster and beef tartare. We had eaten here 3 times during our stay. Susanna the manger was such a hard worker. But yet always made time to call you by your name and talk to you.

Wonderful trip and exceptional service. Every employee we interacted with was delightful, the service beyond top notch. Mario in La Taverna and Carlos at the pool went above and beyond. Rooms and amenities are absolutely perfect. Very comfy beds and pillows and an immaculately clean property.

On our first morning, one of the staff members made us fresh Chilaquiles with over easy eggs. It was fantastic. Yesterday, we had the best Birria I have ever had. In short an amazing experience.

Before arriving, I had read some negative reviews on Google and honestly, I was a bit worried. But in the end, everything went really well and we had a great time! The pools were amazing — we spent entire days doing nothing but relaxing by the water. The poolside service was top-notch: drinks and snacks delivered right to us with a smile. The activities were also well-organized and fun. Big shoutout to Darwin for the great energy during the animations, to Francesca at breakfast for her warmth, and to Alma for taking such good care of us by the pool. The restaurants were good, the food was tasty, and the staff was always friendly. Our room was clean and well kept throughout the stay. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the loud alarm from a nearby factory that went off every night — quite unpleasant and disruptive. Also, the sales reps at the entrance who try to pitch you as soon as you arrive: once we declined the offer, they didn’t help us with anything, including restaurant bookings. Luckily, we were able to make our own reservations easily, even on the same day, and enjoyed dining out every night with no issues. All in all, a very good experience, and I’m glad I didn’t let the bad reviews stop me from coming!

Four diamond rating is accurate no doubt. Food was very good with a wide range of items on the menu from four different restaurants plus the market. Restaurants and pool service were awesome, and the activity team were the best. There were a lot of activities that made our trip special and unforgettable. Special shout out to Enrique, Darwin & Carla with the activities team and Moises and Adrian at the Infinity pool for their great service and for making our trip fun and more than a vacation. This resort is truly a FOUR diamond resort. We could not have been happier with the stay, the room, the service. We spent 10 days on this vacation and the time spent was like a dream. I can say the rooms were super clean. The restaurants were four star; the service was excellent and the food amazing. We dined at the Latitude steak house 4 nights of our stay and were greeted by Fernanda who remembered our names after the first night. We were waited on by Enrique who gave us a dinner and a show when he performed for us the making of Mexican coffee. If you go, I highly recommend the Mexican coffee which is prepared right at your table. Fernando was also a top waiter. The Patron for breakfast buffet did not fail to delight with the side stations that prepared different foods daily. We were waited on mostly by Luis and Beatriz whose enthusiasm was contagious. Every day the activities offering varied from yoga, stretch, pool exercise, bracelet making, porcelain painting classes. There was ping pong, corn hole, bocce, black jack, texas hold em, and a small art walk. These activities were spearheaded by the most fun, warm, funny group of people. Darwin, Enrique and Karla helped to make our stay memorable. I absolutely adore them! The highlight of this resort is the lazy river which can be walked, power walked or you can just drift along in an inner tube. We did all three. The Infinity pool has breathtaking views but get there early if you want a chair. It's definitely the most popular pool on the resort. Because my husband and I are Resident Members we had a butler who attended to our every need - Ivan Castro - made all our reservations, texted reminders of our appointments and made check in and check out a breeze. Angel of the Villa Group concierge is down to earth and provides great information. I highly recommend this resort. I could go on an on but the best thing is just for you to see for yourself why I give this resort 5 stars.

We're staying for our honeymoon/anniversary, and it's been an absolutely wonderful experience. From the private airport transportation all the way to the staff at the pool, it's been 5 star service! Our favorite staff member by far has been Alessandro at the pool. His service is top notch, and he's always making sure we're taken care of. Even going as far as exchanging our drinks mid float in the lazy river. Incredible! We've loved so much about this resort, and the people who keep it operating each and every day. We'll definitely be back!

I would like thank everyone that helped us have an awesome week of rest by the pool. Mr Carlos always made sure that everyone had an opportunity to sit at the infinity pool area. Most people are selfish and set their towels on the poolside chairs then leave for hours. He kept that under control. Our poolside waiters, Pablo, Isaac and Shea always made sure we never went without food or beverages. I recommend this resort to everyone looking to unwind. All the food at every restaurant was amazing. We will be back as soon as possible. We also had a great experience with the massage therapists while both couples experienced separate couple massages. We then experienced the hydrotherapy room which is phenomenal. The steakhouse food was amazing. They had a special cake and sang to my wife for her birthday dinner. Thank you Villa La Valencia staff.

My husband and I had almost a week’s stay at Villa La Valencia in July of 2025. We went with the all-inclusive package, which we believe is a total must and is totally worth it. The resort is gorgeous and incredibly clean. We loved all of the amenities on the premises - especially the infinity pool. The gym was surprisingly modern with a morning juice bar. All of the restaurants offered delicious food and a decent variety. Our personal favorites were La Taberna and El Patron. The staff were very attentive, proactive, and welcoming. We’d love to give special notice about Noe and Adrian of bag check services. They went above and beyond during check-in and check-out. Additionally, Yael from El Patron and Jesus from La Taberna were super accommodating. The managers at El Patron and Latitud were particularly friendly and they continually made sure to check in. This place is very family friendly. We don’t have children, but it was still a perfect couple’s getaway. They offer a variety of activities as well. However - one of our favorite things to do - was to sit on the chairs on the beach at night to stargaze and listen to the waves crashing on the beach. 10/10 would recommend & would return!

Our server at La Taberna Italian restaurant Mario Diaz was impeccable. Suggestions on tastes and wine that would complement each other. We truly hope to see him again in our visits.

We stayed at Villa La Valencia in Cabo and, sadly, the experience was disappointing. For the price, there are much better options in Cabo—we will not return. Dining: The food is overpriced and mediocre with very limited restaurant options. After a couple of meals, you’re stuck with repetitive choices unless you venture out. Drinks are extremely overpriced and taste absolutely awful - all sugar, no flavor. Location: The resort is far from downtown Cabo and the marina, so if you want to dine elsewhere or explore, expect to spend about $40 roundtrip on Ubers each time. This added cost makes the location inconvenient. Customer Service: The front desk staff were not helpful and seemed more focused on pushing timeshare sales presentations than providing quality guest service. As members, we were also surprised to find that internet access was charged, even though it’s free at all other Villa Group resorts for members. We politely requested a credit at checkout but were refused without consideration. Final Thoughts: There are many resorts in Cabo with better service, more convenient locations, and better value for money. For us, Villa La Valencia did not meet expectations and will not be our choice again. We do not recommend it.

At Latitude you have to get the octopus 🐙 they serve it in a white lemon vinaigrette and it is thinly sliced like prosciutto. It is so amazing, we had it twice. New, clean resort. Smaller footprint, but great for relaxing. Pools are warm and nice; cannot swim in the ocean at all - too rough at the resort area. Everything seemed well maintained. The adult pool was nice and quieter. There is no swim-up bar, and the drinks by the pool aren't very strong. You have to order drinks and lunch via the pool attendant - you cannot walk up to any outside bar for drinks or food, so sometimes that can keep you waiting for awhile. The quality of food was quite good, though - lots of options. We did have one day where our room wasn't cleaned, and a few days our fridge and coffee wasn't refilled in the room. Towels were excellent at the pool and in the room. Water pressure left much to be desired. The toilets were super fancy with heated seats and bidets throughout the resort. The balcony was nice. The pool chairs had very comfortable cushions. Abisai, Adriana and Josefina at breakfast were always kind and smiling. Miguel, Oscar and Susanna were also great at meals. Carolina was efficient and great checking us in, and Alma was great at the pool.

Awesome experience! This is our 2nd visit and both times we enjoyed ourselves. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we engaged was very pleasant and made us FEEL like we were on vacation. Food was ver good especially the Pizza at the pool bar and the all steaks. The only con is the location doesn’t allow for you to experience the beach. That sorta sucks but the Infiniti pool is a great alternative. My only recommendation would be to add at least two more waiters to ensure quicker service. Waiting for the tab /receipt to sign can be a little longer than preferred. Overall, I recommend this resort.
