Paradisus Los Cabos is amazing resort with beautiful facilities, an extremely responsive staff and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool was wonderful, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the drinks were always as available as we needed them to be. :)

Asian restaurant was our all time favorite, Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean were all very good also, I would say that the Sal Restaurant (Steakhouse) which is extra cost (if you are in the Reserve, you get i night there for free) was a disappointment - steaks were Very tough. If you want a good steak, go to the Mexican Restaurant - it was Very tender. The Breakfast buffet was always fabulous and fresh with a large variety to choose from. Had 2 - 80 minute massages at the Spa - they were Wonderful both times. We were Fortunate to have the Humpback Whales all week in front of our Hotel. They were so close and many of them were Breaching for 20-30 minutes at a time. Cons: 1.) Main Pool water is Very Cold. Reserve pool was around 10-15 degrees warmer, but still chilly. 2.) would like to of had a option for Dinner Buffet - buffet is only breakfast & lunch. 3.) Need better room baggage delivery upon arrival and prompt baggage pickup upon departure. We will definitely recommend and return to this hotel. Its almost a perfect Jem.

Attended the cooking class today at Paradisus. It was fun, interactive and delicious. Was grateful for the extras and from learning from their chef from Sal.each day has been relaxing here. Excellent service, delicious meals and options. There has been lots of whales too!

Max was a wonderful food and beverage server and we truly appreciated his efforts. We highly recommend this resort.

This was a wonderful trip to paradise with my girlfriend. We stayed in an Ocean Front Reserve suite (building 3, floor 3, overlooking the ocean. I really cannot think of a negative. We definitely are glad we booked the reserve based on how we wanted to vacation: Low Key, romantic, beach, snorkel, pool, without too much partying. There's something for everyone here, but we definitely had the things we wanted here. Highlights: -Room was lovely, stylish, with fully stocked (and included) mini bar turn down service. -Perfect Ocean views with so many whale sightings and breaching there were too many to count. -Beach Cabanas - Besides the beautiful beach setting and cabanas, the highlight of the beach is CARLOS, the wonderful beach concierge, to make our beach time so special. make sure you asked for hum. He's the guy in the blue with the panama hat! Each day, he made sure we had a beautiful cabana setup, with towels, shade (if we asked for it), And just about anything else we needed. He made the experience on the beach Excellent! Also, Francisco too is the server on the beach and he was always ready with a cocktail and a smile. ** Note- The beach water was close to start(we here is gets much warmer in summer months) but it is very comfortable after a couple of minutes. Grab a snorkel and go check out the fish by the rocks -Santi for breakfast was peaceful and they have some good offerings here. -The Reserve Lounge is also a HUGE plus. With amazing views, full bar, espresso, light apps and desserts all the time. Definitely a great mellow wine o'clock here every afternoon; with whales and snacks galore. For an all inclusive, the restaurant food is not that spectacular, but look for the grills going by the taco truck, or down by the beach bar for authentic tacos, or skewers. Also the Italian place is good pizza, more Neapolitan style. Staff was lovely and gracious at all times. They have a really good team here at Paradisus. 5 star. Highly Recommend! We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful week at Paradisus!!! If you are given the option to upgrade to The Reserve, don’t hesitate! Arim at The Reserve pool was great and always delivered delicious cocktails. My girlfriend and I stayed in Paradisus Los Cabos from 2/27/25-3/4/25 and it was AMAZING. The food was great, the drinks were delicious, and the people were friendly and helpful. The staff literally did not know the word No (although sometimes I wish they did for their sakes) We felt welcomes right away and anything we could need/want was handled rapidly. if there was ever a negative it was so minor that it was easily glossed over by all the positives. The only let down (not a negative just over hyped) was Sal (the steakhouse) for the prices they have listed (we didn't have to pay since we were reserve status) the steaks available to us were subpar. The best option was the short rib. On the plus side of Sal, the melted provolone and the mashed potatoes were amazing! If you want a Filet, just go to the reserve level restaurant and get it for free (we did and it was amazing) The Wagyu Burger at the Reserve restaurant is amazing and melts in your mouth! Overall, the food was great all over! I wish we could have gotten a king bed like we had requested but there were plenty of people there that we understood and it did not ruin our trip so that was fine. They gave us a free bottle of alcohol of our choice when we checked in. I asked for vodka and was expecting a cheap vodka but imagine my surprise when they delivered a bottle of belvedere vodka. They also surprised us with chocolate dipped strawberries and champaign on ice in our room one day. The room service crew came through 2X a day it seemed to ensure the room was stocked with anything we needed/used which was great. Views were stunning and weather was great. Pool was a little cool when you first got in but you acclimated quickly. We were able to easily get into the different daily activities and get reservations easily. I do wish they offered more events but they had aa good selection for us first timers (we did a yoga class, mixology class, cooking class, and a tequila tasting) Huge Shout out to the following staff for doing their best/the most to ensure us/our group/all the guests had an amazing time while there: Damaris, Emma, Juliet, Enrique, and the head sommelier (the one with the tattoo on his neck, I can't remember his name for the life of me sadly but he was amazing)! We did not want to leave and would love to/look forward to returning someday!

We chose Paradisus Los Cabos Reserve for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Having traveled extensively, we have experienced a broad range of hotel and resort properties. Paradisus Los Cabos is, without a doubt, the best we have ever seen. We were greeted upon arrival and quickly escorted to the Reserve Check-In which was performed smoothly and swiftly. Then we were given a guided tour of the property by our concierge. Upon arrival to our room, our luggage awaited us and we were shown all of the in-room amenities which included an espresso machine, electric tea kettle, two mini-fridges, assorted teas and coffees, sodas, fruit juices, water. The room was impeccable. During our one week stay, we did not leave the resort at all. We spent all of our time at the beach, pool or engaging in activities. In particular, our concierge, Diego was always available to assist with dinner reservations or anything else we wanted. The pool concierge, Antonio, made sure we were happy with our cabanas and had sufficient towels, water, sunscreen. Enrique, the activities director, was a constant source of laughter and entertainment and he never walked by without greeting us or engaging in some cheerful conversation. Adriana always ensured we were provided with refreshing beverages and the bartenders were excellent. This is a true all-inclusive experience with top-shelf spirits and high quality mixers. The drinks are not watered down and they are prepared to order with fresh ingredients. All of the restaurants delivered a variety of dishes within the different genres of cuisine which included Asian food, Italian food, Mexican food from different regions, Mediterranean, Steak, and both the breakfast and lunch buffets were nothing short of amazing. Omar, I believe he is one of the food service managers, was ever present and asking for feedback about the food and service. He is a true customer service oriented, hands on captain. One of the best experiences was a cooking demonstration by Chef Humberto at the Sal Steak Cave. We attended that one afternoon and then returned for dinner. At dinner, Chef Humberto came to our table to confirm the steaks were cooked to our satisfaction. After dinner, he invited us back to the kitchen to show us his process and meet his sous chefs. The kitchen was impeccably clean and organized and the staff were working smoothly as a team to produce memorable meals. I do not believe I have ever seen a resort as organized, clean, well-staffed or with such pleasant grounds as Paradisus Los Cabos. We have rarely visited any place and decided to return again while still there because we enjoy a variety of experiences when we travel. However, in this case, we are already anticipating our next visit and hopefully this will become an annual event for us that we can share with other friends and family members over the next few years. I really cannot say enough about how we were treated, or actually I would say cared for. To the general manager, I congratulate you on achieving something truly rare in the travel industry: a flawless team-based hospitality experience that tops anything we have ever enjoyed in our 40+ years of travel. Thank you so much for giving us the best possible 40th Anniversary we could imagine. Gracias! Gracias! Muchas Gracias!

I attended a great cooking class at Paradisus. Chef Alexis, Chef Adrian & Enrique were excellent. We had a step by step demo of how to make Neapolitan style pizza. The class was so fun. It was well thought through and enjoyable. Can’t wait for the next class!

Delta Non-Stop from Detroit - No problems Los Cabos Airport - Easy to navigate. Go online and do the tourist Visa ahead of time. No pressure from the time-share people...just put your blinders on and walk out the airport door. Paradisus is all inclusive. We did the "Reserve" club. It was great. Be ready to eat and drink as if you were on a cruise ship. Room was fine. Loud thumping music every evening until 9 or 10. Then quiet. Make sure to get up early and watch the sunrise (6:30AM when we were there in mid-March). Whales can be seen frolicking sometimes 200-300 yards off the shore usually around 8-9am for us. Ocean is freezing cold. They have a small area for swimming roped off but just hang by the pool. Paradisus is roughly 1/2 way between San Lucas and San Jose. San Lucas no bueno for us. Idiot drunken people (spring break) and people trying to sell you a ride in their boat. San Jose quiet and more cultural with great restaurants. Try Jazmin's and Ruba's Bakery. Plan your trip to be there on a Thursday when they have the art walk (we did not). For sure book a dinner at Flora Farms online before your trip. We did a 5PM reservation on a Saturday and it worked well. Many, many beautiful people smartly dressed and enjoying the amazing outdoor ambience. On the way home, I thought the airport would be a cluster because you take a bus to the plane, but they boarded the buses by zone and loaded the people in the back through the rear door. May have been even faster than usual. Overall, we enjoyed the visit. We are not all-inclusive travelers but wanted to try it. Don't take too much away from negative reviews...it was fine.

We absolutely loved the yoga session with Enrique in the morning! It really helped us feel fantastic throughout the day. He is such an amazing instructor and a true asset to the hotel. We highly recommend joining his class for a joyful and uplifting experience!

Everything was perfect for our getaway! Beautiful venue, plenty of things to do, and a wonderful variety of meal experiences. Enrique from Activities had a great stretching session! Low pressure and just enough challenge to get the body loose.

Good choice. You pay for what you get in the end. Good food, clean room, interesting activities during the night. Asian food and sea food are pretty good. Service are in the good level. Everyone is very friendly. SERVANDO at the beach was very friendly and helpful.

Restaurant reservations, never waiting for a lounge chair, top shelf booze, shuttle to San Jose and access to Sante restaurant were all delightful bonuses I didn’t know I needed. My wife and I have done a bunch of all inclusives and Paradisus has been the best by far.

Overall, it’s a really great place with nice , friendly service. I’d rate the food only about average especially for all inclusive choices. The reserve is better food. Service is all pretty good. The rooms were clean. A little smaller and just “less” than what you’d expect for the money....

We stayed in two rooms for some reason they put us in one building then moved us to the reserve section, though we paid for reserve ocean front suite. But both rooms had great views and were fine. The room NOT in the reserve was nicer than the reserve room. The reserve room felt like it was a back up. Not as clean and seemed neglected. The biggest issue I had with it was the all inclusive meals were pretty much cruise ship, cookie cutter, mediocre. Not worth it. But there’s no other choice other than uber rides at $30/ trip to get other. It was fine just nor really good. The beach service is great and the pool service too. The drinks were like the food. Kinda meh in the regular areas and pretty good in Reserve. The property is nice and lively but it quiets down nicely around 9. It’s fun. I’d go back if I got a deal but probably would choose otherwise if full fare. Give it a shot though, maybe I’m being a snob.

Enrique from Activities - the team put on a great St. Patrick's day celebration full off fun and surprise giveaways!!! Also, Enrique led the daily water exercise class at noon and was awesome!!! Thnx for making our stay at Paradisus a fun time at the Main pool.....

This is our second time in two years at a Meliá Paradisus property using the Reserve services. The Reserve amenities at our previous property (Paradisus La Perla) were excellent. The Reserve pool, restaurant, private bar, etc. were worth the extra expense. That said, our concierge was just ok, and we were concerned that it would be the same in Los Cabos. Fortunately, Juventino was an excellent concierge. Not only was he efficient, he was also kind and attentive. Kevin and the entire staff of Sante were wonderful. Carlos and his team went out of their way to provide a top-notch beach and pool cabana experience. I am probably forgetting several people that should be mentioned. We had a lovely, relaxing experience and highly recommend Paradisus Los Cabos.

I wish we could name everyone because all the staff were amazing. The resort itself was beautiful, had great amenities and gorgeous views. We are definitely returning to this amazing paradise.

Just returned from a great week at Paradisus with my husband. The resort is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean! Staff were all super friendly and we loved the variety of spaces to hang out. Upgrade to the reserve was totally worth it for us. Beach - Our favourite thing was the swimmable beach. If you're up early go reserve a cabana, first come first served. We loved lounging by the ocean and swimming in the turquoise water. We found the ocean refreshing vs. cold. Nice drink service at the beach but no food options. Main Pool - Pretty bumping music during the day and is great if you wanna drink and be social. The water temp is nice, we never found it cold as other reviewers have said. Pool cabanas have to be reserved ahead through your concierge. We were told you could only have one once per stay but we met other people whose concierges were able to reserve them every day. After a few days a little Pitbull goes a long way so more variety in music would have been nice. Reserve pool - Nice chill vibe and a great place to relax with a book. Only complaint is that you hear both the chill reserve pool tunes and the bumping main pool tunes - I ended up just putting on headphones to read. Restaurants - We were surprised by how good most of the food was - nothing was terrible and neither of us had any stomach issues. Cielo (Mexican) was our favourite - great aguachile, mole and cactus salad. The Japanese was fine and we skipped the Italian. The steakhouse was a disappointment. Everything we had other than the steaks was good, but the cuts were tough and over cooked. I would have been upset if we'd had to pay (dinner is included with the reserve). Sante was good, enjoyed the wagyu burger. We liked the lunch menu better than dinner and enjoyed the vibe and view. For breakfast we loved the main buffet, so many choices and good quality - visit the lady outside making the quesadillas and sopes! I also enjoyed the huevos rancheros at Sante. And wow the food truck at the pool - the shrimp tacos and guacamole were so good!! We didn't get around to trying room service but we heard it was good. We did the included reserve tour into San Jose which was a nice way to get a bit of culture. Totally worth it if you've never been into town. Liked the reserve lounge for pre-dinner cocktails and Ginger bar was fun after dinner especially to watch people do karaoke. Not much nightlife which we were fine with. Only real complaint was the margaritas are made with mix and were not good. Stick with palomas! I think some of the drinks we had were watered down and we wished there had been actual cocktail menus at restaurants and the reserve lounge. Top tip - bring a reusable cup cause I don't think they thoroughly wash the plastic cups, just a dunk in soapy water. Oh and check the passover schedule because this hotel is privately booked every year to a Jewish group for 10 days and they need time ahead to prepare. We saw the group leader being quite demanding with some staff during our stay and heard they start closing restaurants and shifting to only buffets about a week before. We left just in time! Overall a positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to visit another Paradisus property.

Spent my 30th wedding anniversary at Paradisus Los Cabos. I was at the facility three years ago for my brother's 50th birthday and had a pleasant experience. For this trip, I made my reservations in December for a late March/early April vacation. I booked an ocean front suite and paid for the "Reserve" experience. The facility, staff, and dining experiences were amazing. You could spend 3-4 days without leaving the property and have an amazing time. Room selection is key to your experience. Your best bet is to contact the facility and demand your room be in a quiet location. In 2002 I had a "Reserve Room" but I was 25 feet from a live band that played past midnight. In 2025 I had an "Ocean Front" room that had a restaurant between my room and the ocean. Nothing like hearing the crashing of a restaurant exhaust fan all night in your "ocean front" room.

Loved our stay here.Since it was a last minute choice to get away we waited to see if we could find a late spring break deal. This filled the niche, first off it was Adults Only so no worry about kids screaming around the pool.And since they didn’t cater to the Spring Break College Crowd we would be assured some peace and quiet. The pool was fantastic, no fighting for chairs and water temp was great for the season. Every bar was stocked with top shelf liquor, not the usual bottom end pours like you see at a lot of all-inclusives. Not a huge facility, so dining options are a bit limited. The Asian was hands down the best experience. The Mexican was very good true Mexican cuisine. The Italian was the only buffet and that was somewhat disappointing after how good the other two were. We never went to the steak house , and it rarely had many tables full since it is not included in all- inclusive. Which seemed confusing, why have an all-inclusive but make one of the 4 night-time options an added cost ? The fancier dining option down by the pool was only open noon-5pm, but would really make a great night- time option down by the waterfront. Then the little mobile wagon down by the bar was really quite good to take food back pool-side. And on the last day we were there a chef was making Piaya on a wood fire that was amazing. Rooms were larger than expected and very quiet. Extra Large King beds and plenty of storage and a two person shower. We took a Garden view junior suite, actually one of the cheaper options and were amazed. Then staff came twice daily to clean, empty trash and turn down beds. Only downside, as you see at a lot of tropic hotels we did have a dead cockroach lying belly up when we returned to room.Both dead, never saw a live one. But maybe due to hotel cleaning and disinfecting during day did them in. Also, the hotel is very heavy on concierge’s, they act as bellboys and welcome staff. And they are trying to sell vacation club memberships ( think timeshares ) to this building. So they bury the Costco and Apple Vacation representatives way ain a back hall for the 3-4 hours they are on-site. We booked our one excursion through them early, so we didn’t have to put up with the lure of a free tasting or excursion for sitting through a high pressure sales pitch. Great location as the whales passed by the pool front area every morning we were there preparing for migration. It’s also closer to San Jose Cabo ( which is an amazing, upscale village and art center) vs Cabo San Lucas which is Spring Break, tourist trap and foam party central ! We’ll be back, hope it stays as nice as it currently is while they are pitching their vacation package plans.

Spent 7 days/6 nights at The Reserve (quieter, separate lounge and restaurant, concierge). Overall, 4 out of 5 ⭐️. Boosting the star rating: ⭐️Our concierge, Roberto. He was in daily communication with us and attentive to our needs. He surprised us multiple nights with special treats because we were celebrating our anniversary, including a lobster dinner on the beach! I hope you get him! ⭐️Attentiveness of staff. Nearly everyone we met was kind, greeted us with a smile, and asked how they could help. Carlos helped us reserve cabanas at the beach on 3 days because they are first come, first get. ⭐️Landscape and weather. You must wake up early to watch a sunrise 🌅. Blue oceans (although it was cold water), crashing waves, sightseeing whales (we were there in March/April). No effect on our star rating: 🟰The food and drinks. We ate at Sante (2 out of 5), Capella (3 out of 5), Tokimeka (4 out of 5), Malva breakfast buffet (4.5 out of 5), Nespresso bar (5 out of 5), and Aquamarina lunch buffet (4 out of 5). We recommend the food truck/taco cart for lunch because it was quick, light, and delicious.Mixed drinks were heavy on the ice and mixer with little liquor. 🟰Excursion to San Juan Del Cabo. We had a knowledgeable driver who shared much history with us. However, there was too much downtime and shopping. The tequila tasting was underwhelming because it was in a souvenir shop. Chocolate tasting was interesting. The 3 hour excursion could have been done in 2 hours; or people the option to stay and shop or return to the resort. Bringing down the star rating: ➖We were once again targeted for the Circle Experience scam. We became Circle members three years ago. Each of the last two years they have coerced us into another presentation to try to upsell us and refuse to take no for an answer. When we have said no, we have been met with both aggressive and passive aggressive responses. We regret signing up for it. ➖Beach. They have a massive beach but only 5-10% of it is available for lounging. As a result, people get up early to go take limited spaces. There is also no Reserve beach space, so each day we experienced frustrations of loud patrons from the non-Reserve side interrupting our relaxation. ➖Limited space. As alluded above, the venue feels too small for the number of suits. The gym needs to be tripled in size because each morning we faced queues for equipment and I even had to do exercises outside because of the crowd.

This resort is GORGEOUS! Food and beverage were all amazing and our concierge Diego was amazing. We saw whales from the resort daily. The staff was consistently helpful and the resort is always spotless-including pool and beach restrooms. It was amazing in every way.

Our visit at Paradisus Los Cabos has been fantastic!! We are here celebrating my wife’s birthday and we have loved our stay! The facilities are beautiful, all of the staff are fantastic and extremely attentive and accommodating!! We had a Couples Massage in the Spa with Maria and Monica and the services were fantastic! Jose and Lunna were excellent hosts for our Spa Services and Juventino, our concierge had been doing a fantastic job making sure everyone knows it is my wife’s birthday at every turn. We have received birthday deserts in our room, at dinner and even following our spa services!!
